Made it in to work eventually - better late than never! It wasn't quite as bad as I expected, but my heart still lurches any time someone walks past. "Is it him?" I ask myself. I find I'm watching people all the time, seeing if they are glancing at me surreptitiously. I'm looking for knowing smiles or arrogant smirks. The "I've seen your cunt" kind of look, I suppose you'd have to call it...

It's the weirdest feeling in the world. Somebody's seen me and I don't know who. There's somebody with whom I have a totally relationship in the evening from the one I have during the day, and I don't know who it is. But at least I'm slightly more relaxed about it now, because (I think anyway, though you can't be sure of anything) he doesn't seem to be trying to blackmail me. Apart from the website, that is, but I've tried googling on my name and on medusa and it doesn't come up, so I have to take him at his word that he hasn't done anything to promote it.

I'm still going to find out who it is though. I've been keeping my chart of who I speak to every day. Today, I deliberately didn't speak to Nigel but made sure I spoke to everyone else. So I'm going to go online soon and I'll ask whether he spoke to me today. If he did, I can discount Nigel. I'll eliminate everyone but the culprit eventually... :-)

It's a bit of a risk, I guess, because it means I have to go online and chat to him again, but it's worth it. It might be easier to just walk away, but I don't think I can - not when I don't know who's doing this to me. I need to know.

Had a sesh in Chandlers at lunchtime with Tess.
