Chapter One Continued As soon as he sat down at the table he realized just how famished he was. "Would you like something to drink from the mini-bar,” she asked. "Water is fine,” he said in between bites of his sandwich. He watched as she walked to the mini-bar and pulled out two bottles of water and returned to the table. The sandwich did not taste as good as she did, but it was more filling. They ate in silence but they also watched each other. Finally, halfway through the meal, Sabrin spoke. "Are you married?" he asked. "Why? Worried an angry husband is going to come looking for me?" "I wouldn't want anyone at home to be upset with you or harm you," he admitted. She shook her head. "You don't have to worry. No one at home knows where I am." "You snuck away for the weekend then? Do you do that often?" "If you mean taking weekend getaways by myself - yes. Breaking into a hotel room to seduce a very sexy man - first time." He grinned. It made him feel good he was the only one she had given herself to in this manner. "When you take these getaways, what are you trying to get away from?" He was curious about her life. If he asked enough questions maybe she would slip up and tell him more about whom she really is. "Normal life. Everyone needs a little fun and excitement. I know of a website where this woman posts all your scheduled appearances and this Con was on the list with enough notice for me to make the arrangements." Sabrin asked the name of the site and she told him. He knew it. He had granted the woman a phone interview about two years ago. It was one of the few sites he did not find offensive. "What kind of work do you do?" he asked, hoping. "I have a boring 8-5 job and you don't want to know about it." She got up and came to sit in his lap. With her arms around him, she grinned. "After this weekend, you and I will never see each other again. I don't intend to harass you, so relax." Relax? How could he relax with the thought he might never see this amazing woman again? He tried again to glean more information from her. "Where do you live?" He started to run his hand up and down her thigh hoping to distract her enough to get some specific answers. "The mid-west," she replied. "What part of the-" he did not get a chance to complete his question. She had gently placed her index fingers on his lips. "Sssshh. No more questions." "Why? What are you hiding?" he asked, some of his frustration ringing in his voice. “Sabrin, I’m not going to cause you any trouble. Once this is over, it’s over. If you think I’m going to try and get between you and Niki after tomorrow-“ “What if I want you to?” The words were out of his mouth before he could stop them. His words surprised her. He was serious. "Sabrin, this is one weekend. Do you really want to risk ruining things in your life over a weekend fling? You're being impulsive. When you have time to think about it, I'm sure you'll want to continue on with your life as it has been." He held on to her as if he never wanted to let her go. She ran her fingers through his hair as they sat silently. He was about to ask her to consider continuing their relationship when the phone rang. Sarah hopped up from his lap so he could answer, but as he walked over to pick up his cell, he knew who it would be. Niki. "Are you okay? You didn't call?" Niki asked, once Sabrin said hello. He looked over to see Sarah silently eating the rest of her lunch. "I-I'm fine. The convention has kept me busy. Everything there all right?" he asked, knowing it would be, unless she had run out of money. "The dogs got into the pool again, but other than that...you sound strange. Are you coming down with something?" Niki asked. "I'm fine, maybe a little tired." Tired from making love all day and most of yesterday to the most desirable woman he had ever met. "How was your meeting?" she asked. The meeting - he had completely forgotten he had to meet for dinner with Brad Herman. "That's tonight. I actually have to get ready for that soon." "Well, I just wanted to see how you were doing. I'll see you when you get home." He hung up the phone and looked at Sarah. Should he not feel guilty about being with her? He sat back down at the table and stared at Sarah. “So how's your significant other?" Sarah asked, calmly coming to stand beside the chair Sabrin had just taken. Sarah did not seem jealous at all. Sabrin suddenly felt slightly hurt or was it angry? "She's fine. I'm sorry. I forgot. I should have called her while you were getting your things. I-" Sarah placed a finger on his lips as she had done before and silenced him. "That life you live is not going to stop because for this moment in time we are here together. I have no illusions about what this is. I wanted to meet you and the more I thought about meeting you, the more I thought about being with you. This has been much more wonderful than I ever dreamed. I'm going to go home happy," she assured him. He doubted he would leave Denver feeling the same way. "Before you think I'm some sort of callous bitch or anything, I want you to know that I have never done anything like this before - seduce a man in a long term relationship, I mean. There is just something about you..." she did not finish her sentence, as she could not find the right words to properly describe what she meant. "What time do you have to leave for the meeting?" "In a couple of hours. The meeting itself should only take about 45 minutes and then Brad and I are going for dinner at Le Beouferie after. I'll try to get back here as quickly as possible." "Don't worry about me. I ran into a very dear friend I haven't seen for months at the convention. We were going to have dinner together tonight." “An old friend? Man or woman?" Sabrin knew he should not ask, but there it was, coming out of his mouth. "It’s just a dinner with a friend. You have your life and I have mine. We'll meet back here tonight and pick up where we left off." Her tone made it clear this was not up for debate, but she smiled a second later. "So where do you want to leave off?" she asked, teasingly. She leaned closer to him, reaching over to run her fingers through his silver hair. He smiled as the best he could. He did not want this to end but he did not want to waste the time he did have brooding about that. He stood up from the table, taking her hand and led her back to the bed. He surprised her by lifting her up and throwing her gently to the middle of the king size bed. "Where's that bag of toys of yours?” he asked. She laughed and pointed to a bag sitting on the mini-bar. He walked over and rummaged through it until he found what he was looking for. Before he pulled it out he turned to Sarah, "Close your eyes. I want this to be a surprise." She complied with his request. He quietly walked over to her and slipped the blindfold he had found in the bag over her eyes. He sat next to where she lay on the bed and lightly swept the feather he had also found along her stomach. She laughed and grabbed at the bed cover to keep from moving, but it was not easy. Not being able to see him, she did not know where he would tickle her next, but she noticed that she could smell him more. God he smelled good. The shower gel they had used did not smell like that, it was him. As she fought to keep the blindfold on and not move away from the path of the feather, she did her best to commit these moments to memory. She never wanted to forget a second of this special time with this special man. He moved the feather over her breasts in a slow circular pattern. She moaned her approval. It felt so good. She could not wait to feel its next destination. She did not have to wait too long as he slid it back down her body towards her thighs. He tickled the inside of her thighs causing her to spread her legs further apart. She could feel him shifting positions on the bed thinking he was going to move the feather further down her legs. She gasped in surprise when, instead, she felt his hot tongue on her clit. She arched her back and sighed as he began his intense tongue-lashing. He seemed like a man in the desert and she was the only moisture. After several moments of delightful torture, she felt his mouth leave her, to be replaced by only his hot breath. "Lunch was good, Sarah, but you are the best dessert a man could taste." ~ So, not desert – dessert. ~ She sighed with relief as his tongue returned to French kiss her between her legs. He continued his oral fixation until she was close to the edge. He then slowly ran his tongue up her body concentrating his attention on one area and then another until he had reached her luscious lips. He was now inside her. Her senses seemed even more acute than when he first put the blindfold over her eyes. It felt so good to feel him, smell him, and taste him. He did not move once he filled her with his length. He kissed her once before nuzzling her ear. Then he whispered, "You once asked me if I wanted this, Sarah. How much do you?" "I really want it,” she whispered back. He began to thrust slowly and stopped again. "How much?" "More than anything," she responded. He began to thrust again and stopped. "What are you willing to do for it?" "Almost anything. Please, I want it now." "Will you make love with me all night tonight?" he asked, thrusting slowly. "Yes!" "Will you make love with me when I can be here tomorrow?" "Yes!" "Will you tell me your real name?" "Maybe." "Maybe isn't an answer. Will you tell me your real name?" "I'll-I'll think..." she almost could not speak anymore as she felt the orgasm surging through her body. "I need to know your name." "It's-it's...ahhhhhh!!" she was not able to finish her sentence as her floodgates of passion flew open. Sabrin felt compelled to keep trying, but his own desire caused him to push that wish aside and allow his own orgasm to pulse through his body and disrupt any coherent thought he had had. He lowered his mouth to hers and he kissed her savagely. All he could think of was how much he wanted this woman. And how much he wanted this to continue. He collapsed on the bed next to her, pulling her close to kiss her on the forehead. She kissed him lightly on the lips. "It's time," she told him. "Time? Time for what?” "To get ready for your meeting. You haven't forgotten about it already, have you?" He had. She had a way of making him forget about anyone or anything but her. He sighed heavily, he did not want to move or leave, but he wanted this job. “Shit,” he said before pulling her into a kiss. “Does your mother know you talk that way?” Sarah teased. He grinned. “She talks even worse than I do. And who was it telling me to fuck her harder earlier?” he teased back. Sarah laughed. “You have been busy. Screwing some foul mouthed woman this weekend in addition to me, huh?” She pulled herself from his embrace, chuckling. “I barely have the energy for you, I couldn’t take two of you,” he exclaimed, trying to pull her back. “You are relentless,” she told him, pointing to the bathroom. “Hit the shower, Sabrin. You look like you’ve been having sex all day.” “Is that what we've been doing all this time?" he laughed. He went into the bathroom hoping she would join him again but knowing he really did not have time. ~ I need more time, ~ he thought. He showered quickly and returned to find she was now sitting on the middle of the bed wearing nothing but an over-sized tee shirt. "I'll wait until you've left before I start getting ready for my dinner date," she informed Sabrin. "I'll try not to be too late getting back here." Dinner date, he did not like how that sounded. Who was she meeting and how long was she going to be with this person, he wondered. Sabrin was dressed in cream-colored slacks and a medium blue shirt. He went to the closet to get his shoes. Sitting on the bed to put them on, Sarah leaned over his shoulder, sniffing. "You smell wonderful. And you look fantastic. I hope you're still dressed when I get back. I would love to take that outfit off of you. You have the sexiest chest." She nuzzled his ear and Sabrin had to close his eyes to keep control. He had to leave her. He had to. And the time when he had to do that again was coming up fast as well. This time was only for a few hours, the next time looked like forever. "I have to go, Sarah. Wish me luck?" he asked, trying to smile. "You don't need luck, you have talent. Now go knock his socks off." He grinned, kissed her quickly and was gone. As soon as Sabrin left, Sarah called her dinner companion to finalize arrangements. Dinner at Le Boeuferie in one and a half hours - they would meet outside the restaurant so they could arrive together. She smiled as she went to take a shower and get ready for the evening. |
