This is a very helpful tool come tax time when men have to
pay
'Growth Tax'
on their property. You can always tell the size of the fortune of a Cherish
gentleman
by the size of his chattels' busts.
[I plan on adding a detail of the Cherish Tax Code at some point. There is a
Growth Tax on every breast enlargement, but also a Property Tax assessed
annually separate from Growth. Thus, only the wealthy can keep
a bevy of
buxom beauties, and, for common utility women, an excised bust is preferred
as it cuts down on maintenance costs. Trophy busts, those ones not attached
to a
living woman, are exempt from taxation.]
