What a clever, complete, compilation of the consonant C. This canny, compelling, and creative collection manages to captivate the crowd with Courtney's crafty critique. How commendable!

What Courtney's attempted here is extraordinarily difficult. It leaves so little freedom that the creation of anything of coherence and substance is a minor triumph. Which this one is. There's a real story here, no matter how concisely it's told. The words strain here and there, but in doing so show some wonderfully quirky choices too. An original approach, successfully executed.

A second poem based around words beginning with the same letter, and one which I thought worked better than B Team. It had more of a sense of structure and narrative progression. Again some effective use of alliteration, and some interesting images. I thought «Combatant Cupcake» was particularly funny and evocative.

An interesting and unique poem. Difficult to accomplish given the limitation of a single character as a common element, but it works quite nicely.
