As the authors note, this collaboration is «Every English school story you'll ever read, in exactly 50 words!» It boils the classic school punishment scenario down to its barest essentials, lightly poking fun at the genre without diminishing its appeal. Very nicely done.

The intro to this one says it all! I've been reading English school stories for years, and you really have captured every one of them in exactly 50 words! Too bad you couldn't have 51 - I would have loved to see plimsoll worked in there somehow! Bravo!

As the author claimed - the whole story in 50 words. The only bit that jarred for me was the word comforts. It just didn't match the scenario for me.

Well at least Abel has done what I would do in the space and thats treat the whole thing as a joke. Yes he's right..every English school story you'll ever read. What does it prove?
