'T' Zing (poem)

By

Courtney <Courtenesca@aol.com>

T-ball
Treehouses
Tea parties
Timid timeless trappings

Teen-y trauma
Trying-too-hard
Tame tirades
Taken to task

Teeming thoughts
Travel-time
Teases
Tempests'n teapots

Tasteless toxins
Temperature tilts
Tragedies
Training treatise

Tushes tanned
Trading temptations
Tongue-lashed
Tough-loved

Teasing trips
Trapezes
Tits touched temptingly
Tunnel-trough tireless

Tailspin talent
Tremendous
Titillating tension
Triumphant

Tearing-tales told
Trails-bold
Tantamount
Tenderness trafficked

Tainted-temples tumble
Thunder-torn
Tsunami
Throbbing...

The End

Totally titillating.  Terribly twee.

Ah, another entry in the alphabet series. This one told a clear story of provocation and punishment. I enjoyed reading, and trying to work out why you put each word in, and didn't choose others. Very interactive reading. <G>

This is an interesting free verse poem.. I like the use of one or two word lines.. The 5th stanza definitely can be related to spanking.

I don't get too much structure here, but that's fine, because a strength of this one is the amazing juxtapositions, which continually startle and puzzle. And in puzzling, force odd and original images. Some great fragments, then, but fails to really bring them together successfully.
