Clipping Coupons

By

Mara Maharakshasa <MaraMahaRakshasa@aol.com>

Annette wades through the job ads in the Sundays, and circles a  few. Now, the coupons. This feels so cheap, she thinks. But,  why not? Since her job at the plastics factory evaporated -- or  really, went to China -- she's been hard-up. So, here I am, like  everyone else in trailerland, saving pennies, she sighs.
What is it with these weight-loss ads? Who could  believe them? The 'before and after,' so obviously faked, the  promises ridiculous. But she could lose a few pounds, she  thinks, prompted by this thought. The job at the supermarket  clashes with the gym.
Look at this one! A 'novel massage therapy' for  weight-loss. What baloney. But, there's a coupon for a free  one-hour visit, no obligation. And, it's local. She'll call  tomorrow, when she's done sending resumes.

It's a storefront in a half-deserted strip mall. Next to a gift  shop, which looks on its last legs. Inside, behind the closed  vertical blinds, there's a small reception area. Deserted.
A man appears from a back room, and raises an  eyebrow. He's tall, possibly Italian, more likely Middle  Eastern, in his forties. But a pleasant smile, she thinks. Not  creepy, as she'd feared.
"I called yesterday? I'm your ten o'clock?"
"Ah, yes." He hands her a clipboard with a xeroxed  form. "Just in case your insurance company reimburses?"
"I don't have any," she replies, but fills out the form  quickly.
"What concerns you most, weightwise?" he asks as she  writes.
"Oh, I'm not fat or anything. But, my butt, I guess."
"We'll focus on that area, then?"
"Sure."
She's left, to read People, for a few minutes. None but  the skinniest here, she observes glumly.

"Annette? Come this way, please," a nurse calls. She follows her into a large back room, with a massage  table at the center. She's directed to a curtained-off corner,  where she changes into a backless hospital gown. Clutching it  round her, she reappears, and climbs on the table, facedown.
The masseur reappears, and peels the gown open,  running his hands over her thighs and buttocks. His hands are  cool.
"Hmm, not much cellulite at all. A Stairmaster should  cure most of this, you know?"
"That's very honest," she says.
"But," he adds, "Our paddle treatment is good for toning. Some women like it, others don't."
"Is it what it sounds like?"
"Yes."
"You could try," she replies.
"It's better if ..."
"I bend over the table? Okay."
She moves, thinking, well, this could be fun, as well as  good for my ass.

She's right. He takes a heavy wooden paddle, and begins  slapping her, hard. It's a beautiful sensation, and she is lost in  it.
By the time he's done, she's breathless, glowing, and  quite aroused.
"Oh, that's wonderful!"
"I'm pleased you think so."
"How much does it normally cost?"
"$30," he purrs.
"Oh," she laments. But notices the bulge in his pants.
She licks her lips.
"Could we arrange a discount? Or barter?"
Hand already tugging his zipper, he nods happily.

Spanking for weight loss is a very old theme in spanking fiction, but it's usually done with a guilt dynamic and here it's pure sensation play, thus proving once again that in the hands of an inventive writer, an old theme really can learn new  tricks.

It's amazing what you can find in the newspapers these days! Happily for Annette she receives a real bargain in the end.  They both do..

Spanking as a method of weight loss is certainly a novel idea. This  is a fun little story, with a simple setup and denouement which is nevertheless competently told.

Interesting yet tasteless.
