Chapter Two Continued

They were soon on their way to the body decorating shop. Lore kept smirking at Ja’hara as they walked down the walkways. He had chosen a two-piece outfit for Ja’hara to wear - a low riding mini and a sexy halter. She felt like a local when she wore this. When they arrived, Lore spoke privately to the artist about what he had in mind. The artist escorted Ja’hara to a table and asked her to push down her skirt about four centimeters before lying down on the table so he could start his work. Ja’hara looked at Lore, not knowing what to expect. He still had that smirk on his face. He was enjoying this.

Lore stood on one side of the table as the decorator set to work applying the pigment to the skin just above her pubic hairline. Ja’hara gasped slightly at the first touch of the cold metal machine that was brought to her skin, but she remained still.

It was quickly done, but Lore held her down and then told her to turn over on her stomach for the second one. The machine was reprogrammed and brought down to her right shoulder blade. Ten minutes later, Ja’hara was looking in the mirror at her newly decorated skin.

"Do you like?" Lore asked.

"I do!" she replied as she ran her fingers over Lore's name. She turned to get a glimpse of the entwined letters L and J on her shoulder blade. "What do you think?"

"Sexy!" he grinned.

They thanked the artist before leaving and headed to the beach. The sun was starting to set creating a spectacular self-portrait on the water. Lore was admiring the artist's handiwork on Ja’hara's back when she suddenly grabbed his hand and pulled him into an unlit lane. The look on her face told him she was concerned about something.

"Ja’hara, what is it?" he asked.

"Starfleet security - they have phasers. Can you hear what they're saying? Are they looking for us?"

Lore, who had better hearing than the average canine, pulled his lover into some cover and listened for anything the officers might be saying. They were not a talkative bunch.

"They're not saying anything for me to hear!" Lore snarled.

"Should we run or follow?" she asked.

"I want to know what they are doing here. I also need to know what ship they're from."

"Is your brother assigned to a ship?" she asked.

"Yes, the Enterprise."

Ja’hara gasped. "The flagship?!" she exclaimed in a strained whisper. Lore nodded his head.

"They're from the LaSalle. They've come to escort an escaped Maquis fighter to a rehabilitation colony," he started to laugh "They found her when they got a report about a Bajoran woman who was brought in with head injuries from a bar fight."

Ja’hara began to laugh, "Bitch deserved what she got."

"That's my girl. Always enjoy the taste of the kill and don't waste your time regretting. However, we are going to have to be on our toes, Ja’hara. Where one Starfleet ship goes, another may follow." Lore touched a finger to her nose and held her gaze.

"Do you think we should find a way to disguise you?" Ja’hara asked, looking like she was thinking out loud.

"Not just yet, but I do have a trick or two up my sleeve if things move in that direction." Lore assured her.

He kissed her lightly on the nose before they resumed their walk on the beach. The sunset reflecting off the water was even more beautiful now. They walked slowly, hand in hand, down the beach. There were several beach chairs lining the shore area. Lore and Ja’hara sat down, looking out at the sun.

"Tell me about your brother and his position on the Enterprise. I need to know what we're up against. We need to make plans on how to warn each other or where to meet if we get separated. Don't keep me in the dark on anything Lore."

"This is not one of my strong suits, Ja’hara. I don't ‘open up’ easily, unless you count this." Lore lifted his thumbnail back and showed her.

"Very funny," she said dryly.

"Actually, this would be a good place to start. This button activates a personal transporter. I should outfit you with one. I could hide it in an earring." He was thinking out loud, but it was productive, so Ja’hara let him continue.

Lore gave Ja’hara a rundown on some of the tricks he had been using in the past to keep Starfleet three steps behind him. He then began to tell her about Data finding him disassembled on Omicron Theta and the various run-ins he had had with the Enterprise and his second officer brother. The part about Data's chip and the "family reunion" was not so easy to explain, but Lore decided if she couldn't take him as he was, then he wanted to know now.

"So, your father never even tried to get back there, get you and fix you. You're lucky he didn't scrap you, no offense, love, and use parts of you for Data." She sounded furious.

Lore was excited. She was perfect! She understood him and the way he looked at things perfectly!

Ja’hara moved from her chair and into Lore's lap, wrapping her arms around his neck. "It's just you and me, love. There's no one else who cares if we live or die. We're disposable to them," and with those word she began to tell Lore of her life before him. She spoke with anger of what the government expected from people like her as well as about her mother and stepfather. She told of the verbal abuse and mind games she had suffered and how her “family” had only kept her around because her stepfather thought she was useful for his business.

"We really are two of a kind," Lore whispered. "No one will ever hurt you and get away with it again, I promise.

"And I have your back! And I left scratches there to prove it," she quipped, rubbing her hand where she knew the scratches to be.

"I think we will need to get you properly trained in the use of a phaser and any other weapons that may be handy, should the need arise. You need to be able to defend yourself well if you’re going to be with me. I know you can fight hand-to-hand, but what can you use?" Lore looked like he was formulating a plan, but he needed more information.

"Most of my training, if you want to call it that, is hand-to-hand," she described matter-of-factly. "It was impossible to conceal a phaser, or any weapon for that matter, at most of the places I frequented to get information.  My experience with them is limited but I'm a very quick study."

"Then we need to start your training right away." He stood up holding Ja’hara in his arms and carried her down the beach. "You'll enjoy this. I'm an excellent teacher."

When they got back to the shopping area near their hotel, Lore took her to a replicator shop and ordered a Tilkin dagger, Frek throwing stars, a bat'lith and a metal rod about one meter long. He gathered these items after paying for them and the couple headed back to their room. Once they were alone in the room, Lore pulled out a phaser he had concealed in the bag of their things.

"Now the fun begins," he told her, handing her the bat'lith. She held the bat'lith as if she knew what she was doing. "Have you used one of these before?" he asked.

"No, but I have seen one in use. It has an interesting feel to it." She moved the bat'lith as she recalled having seen it being done before suddenly making a quick motion towards Lore that actually startled him.

She laughed. "I would have had you."

"Not likely," he shot back, smirking with glee.

He drew out the dagger she had not even seen him conceal and lunged for her. He got very close, but she dodged his attack at the last possible second with the bat'lith, knocking him away. Lore laughed with delight. "Nicely done, my sexy lady. Now try this one for size."

He drew out one of the throwing stars and tossed it so it went right by her head. She pulled her head to the side and turned to see where the star ended up. That was her mistake. He made a quick motion towards her. He maneuvered her expertly so he was standing behind her with one of his arms at the side of her head, pushing it back far enough to expose her neck. He held the blade of the dagger against her neck with his other hand, close enough that she could feel the coldness of the blade.

"Never take your eyes off your opponent," he said as he lowered the blade from her neck. She elbowed him hard in the stomach and, although it didn't hurt him, it surprised him. She spun out of his control, facing him with the bat'lith drawn.

"And never let down your guard," she countered.

Lore regained his composure and began to laugh. He laughed so hard as he moved to avoid the Bat'lith that he bent over, placing his hands on knees. It was almost a frightening sound. Ja’hara lowered her weapon and stared at her lover, a curious expression on her face. It was then that Lore struck. He jerked the bat'lith from her hand and swung it around until she was now the one being threatened by it.

"What did you say about letting your guard down?" Lore asked, with his priceless smirk.

He took a jab at her with one end of the bat'lith but she moved away from the tip expertly keeping her body square to his. He jabbed a few more times at her when, out of the corner of her eye, she spotted the metal bar. He swung one more time but this time she somersaulted under the blade, getting behind him. She picked up the metal rod and swung it at the back of his knees. Because Lore was an android, his knees did not buckle, but they did give a bit since he was taken by surprise. Ja’hara brought the metal bar up to defend herself as he swung around to strike again. They sparred for several minutes and during this time the sound of metal clashing against metal was almost deafening.

Ja’hara was covered in a sheen from sweating in minutes, but she did not stop or even slow down.

"You're doing great. If I weren't an android you would have killed me by now." There was definite pride in his voice. They continued their "battle" with one getting the upper hand and then losing it to the other. Finally, Lore called it a draw.

"We need to get on to other aspects of your training," he said, but both were hesitating to drop their fight stance until the other did.

Lore finally put down the bat'lith but it wasn't until he went to the bag where the phaser was that Ja’hara put down the bar. She kept her eye on him closely. He wasn't going to get her twice. He brought the phaser out, quickly turned and fired at her. She jumped out of the way and the phaser burst hit a chair that had been behind her.

"Excellent," he commented. Suddenly a Frek throwing star whistled by his face and was implanted in the wall. Lore looked at her and caught the grin on her face. "You are full of surprises, my love. This is set on stun," he said of the phaser. "See if you can hit me with it." He tossed it to her and ducked out of her way, behind the bed. Ja’hara plucked the weapon out of the air and moved for a clear shot at Lore.

"Lore sweetie, can I ask you a question? How does this work? I've never used a phaser like this before," she asked. Lore stood up and was about to walk to her when she pointed the phaser at him and fired. He ducked out of the way just in time by diving back behind the bed.

"You lie as well as I do, my dear," he called to her proudly.

They continued their cat and mouse game for some time. Lore's speed was the only thing that saved him from her aim until Ja’hara finally had a clear shot and fired on, Lore striking him in the torso. Lore looked down at his chest and gasped.

"Training is over for today, my dangerous lover. You are better than I expected and that will work to our advantage if you can persuade our future adversaries that you’re helpless. It will shock the hell out of them to find out just how far from helpless you are."

She put the phaser down and ran towards him, leaping into his arms. She straddled her legs around his waist and kissed him with great vigor.

"Training makes you frisky," Lore laughed.

"No, not the training. I just want to be the teacher's pet," she replied between kisses. He carried her to the bed and lay her down. He removed his shirt and threw it to the floor before joining her on the bed. "I ruined your shirt," she pouted. "I was naughty."

"Yes, you were. I will have to punish you now for that. I would put you in the corner, but I think I will just spank you instead." Lore grinned and reached to smack her backside, but she jumped out of his arms and grinned, challengingly at him.

"Have to catch me first," she teased, tossing his ruined shirt in his face.

He grabbed the shirt and threw it to the floor to give chase. Ja’hara ran out of their quarters and down the beach. They had been training all night and now it was close to dawn. Lore caught Ja’hara around the waist and raised her off the ground.

"Don't struggle because I'm not letting go," he told her as he put her feet back to the sand. She turned in his arms to face him.

"I don't want you to let go."

They lay on the beach in each other's arms. The sound of the tide added an intoxicating rhythm to their lovemaking. A few early risers passed them as they made love, but this was Risa, so no one was surprised to see a couple engaging in this activity in the open. It happened all the time here, so the lovers were not disturbed.

Lore was surprised by her timing, but Ja’hara fell asleep in his arms after they had made love. They lay with their clothing half removed or undone in the sand of the beach. The tide was low and they lay in its path as it rose, but Lore decided to let her sleep until the water reached them. The cool water lapping at their toes woke the beautiful woman in his arms two hours later.

"Why did you let me fall asleep?" she wasn't completely awake yet. He kissed her forehead.

"We had a long night. You were tired and I didn't want to wake you. Your look is deceiving even when you're asleep. You look like such an angel," he grinned.

"Well, this angel is starving."

They adjusted their clothing and returned to their quarters. They cleaned off the sand in the shower, played a bit with each other, but did not make love again. While Ja’hara was dressing, Lore called for the maid to come and clean up the mess they had made of the food tray last night. Once she was ready, Lore took his lady out for breakfast.

He loved walking with his arm about her. She was in a white dress that had a short ruffled skirt and her feet were clad in white sandals. She was too sexy not to be noticed by almost every male they passed. Lore loved that the woman he was with made him the envy of so many others.

They ordered breakfast at the outdoor cafe. The warmth of the sun was offset a little by a gentle breeze. It looked like it was going to be another perfect day on Risa. Ja’hara removed one of her sandals and began to play footsies with Lore. Once again, he was pleased to see the looks of envy on the men who could see what she was doing.

"What's the plan for today, my love?" she asked. "More training or more relaxation."

"I need to work on a personal transporter for you but that won't take long. Other than that, we can do whatever we want."

"Can my earring have a design like this tattoo?" she asked, pointing to her shoulder blade. Her foot was making its way to his crotch, but the caresses of her toes were already having the desired effect. Lore was breathing harder and the servos in this groin area were tightening.

"I can do that. I'll get some gold to cover the works. I have most of the things that I need in the ship, but the decorative aspects I'll need to get. Ah...Ja’hara, if you don't move your foot now, you won't get to have breakfast!"

She laughed as she moved her foot away and slipped on her sandal.

"Under normal circumstances I would skip breakfast but I'm famished," she smirked as the server brought their order.

Lore gave her a few more details about the personal transporter including what its range is and other important information. He told her what items they would have to acquire to complete the task. She listened intently as she ate.

"And speaking of your training, when we leave Risa we'll start your Lorefleet training on all aspects of our ship."

"Lorefleet?" she giggled. "You're funny. But your humor is one of the many things I absolutely love about you. That and you are insatiable," she said with an evil grin.

"And you're not?" he questioned. "I love that you can kick ass right along with me. And that you have such a sexy ass!" Lore matched her grin for grin.

He reached out and took her hand. To look at them you would mistake them as being a typical couple vacationing on Risa - a man and a woman in love with no cares in the world. They were in love but they were anything but typical.

Lore located a shop for the gold they would need and, as he haggled with the shopkeeper over the price, Ja’hara was being shown a number of pieces by the man’s assistant. She kept the assistant so busy he didn’t notice that some of the jewelry had disappeared. The low powered dampening field in her purse would ensure that any alarms or theft protection devices were kept silent as she and Lore exited the establishment.

They weren't in a hurry to go anywhere else so they walked at a leisurely pace back to the resort. Lore didn't think it would take long to modify the earring now that he had everything. They arrived at their room to find the maid had been there already. They immediately noticed a new chair in the room and laughed.

Lore sat at a desk spreading out the tools and components he would need to make the transporter earring. Ja’hara pulled a chair next to him to watch. She was transfixed by the speed of his hands as he put the device together. When he was finished, he showed her how to operate the transporter and then he removed the earring she had been wearing and replaced it with his work. She could see her image in a mirror behind the desk and smiled.

"I have something for you too," she told him. She opened her purse and removed a small box. "Open it!" she urged. Lore did and saw a matching set of latinum rings. "If you really are the marrying kind of guy..." she started to say.

"One – do you really want to be tied to me this way? And two - where the hell did you get these?" Lore asked grinning. He knew damn well where she had gotten them, but he wanted to hear her say it.

"That jeweler had more stuff than he really needed. He also overcharged you. This was my way of evening the score. Now, I really do want to be tied to you in every way up to and including with restraints," she said with a suggestive wink. "What do you say, Lore. Will you marry me?"

"Answer me something first. Should we change our clothes first or do you want to get married in that," he smiled. "Of course I'll marry you."

They embraced and sealed their engagement with a kiss.

"Is there a special ceremony or something you need to have done or do you want to get married Risa-style?" he asked.

"Risa-style would be just fine," she replied.

They checked the information provided by the resort and found there was a special wedding package available. They headed to the reception area to get more details. Ja’hara teased Lore until he finally agreed to attend the ceremony in a lightweight gold silk shirt and brown shorts. Lore did not like the shorts idea, but after ten minutes of her special brand of begging, he relented. The area set aside for just this function was always kept breathtakingly beautiful. It was outside, with a fountain behind the altar. Flowers wound around rows of columns, and the three gods of Risa were in the center of the fountain. Riszana, the mother of sex, Ruxin, the father of pleasure and Pilissa, their daughter, the child of bliss and fulfillment.

The resort supplied all the necessities for an authentic Risan ceremony. Both Lore and Ja’hara were happy the ceremony was relatively short unlike some worlds where the ritual could take days. There was even someone taking holographic pictures for them so they could share the special day with friends and family. Lore laughed at the thought of sending Data copies of his wedding photos. What would his dear brother think of that.  He whispered his stray thought to his new bride and Ja’hara jumped on the idea.

“I love it Lore! Let's do it!"

"If he had a picture of you, he can track us easier," Lore warned her.

"We could have my image distorted and I could have my face hidden."

"You really want to do this?" he asked.

"I'll do anything if it will bring that sexy smirk of yours to your lips!"

They decided to pose with Lore holding Ja’hara as if they were following the Terran tradition of carrying the bride over the threshold. They positioned the photographer to stand to the side to take the picture. Ja’hara had her head turned towards Lore so Data would see them sharing a passionate kiss. Ja’hara's face was not visible in the picture so no amount of computer extrapolation would give away her identity. They decided to make arrangements for it to be sent to Data by subspace message three days after they left Risa.

Once the pictures were taken and the whole thing paid for, it was time for the honeymoon. Ja’hara had been given (for the small price of two slips of latinum) a veil. She wore it for the pictures and was wearing it as Lore carried her from the ceremony site to their quarters.

"Any other man would have tired too quickly to carry you all this way, you know?" Lore informed her.

"Are you saying I'm overweight?"

"Of course not!" he protested.

She buried her head against Lore's shoulder, "Married for ten minutes and my husband thinks I'm fat." He knew she was teasing him.

"I don't think you're fat. Is this the way you want to start this marriage off?" he teased back. They laughed.

He carried her over the threshold and they began their honeymoon...the old fashion way...He fucked her brains out! And she, pretending to be the good and proper virginal blushing bride flattered him shamelessly.

"Oh, my husband. You are so big and strong and...BIG! I’m not sure you will fit in your inadequate new wife. I am just a simple woman. I am sure I will fail to please you, my husband." Ja’hara's mock innocence caused Lore trouble not laughing and concentrating on showing his wife a lesson in sex. "Oh, my very well-endowed husband, have mercy on me! You cannot fit all of that within ME!"

"I can see I will have to find a way to silence you, my wife!"

He wasn't able to completely silence Ja’hara but he did turn her teasing into yelps of surprise and moans of pleasure. He soon had her begging "more Lore, deeper, please!"

"But I thought I wouldn't fit in my inadequate new wife?" It was his turn to tease but then he complied with her wish. They spent the next two days in bed enjoying their honeymoon. As Lore was holding Ja’hara in his arms, he brushed a piece of her hair away from her face and kissed her forehead. "My love, I think we've done Risa. It's time to move on," he said.

"Are you saying you've gotten tired of making love to your new wife?" she teased.

"I think I'm saying I have many more planets that I plan to visit so I can make love to my wife there too. Have you ever heard of Argelius II? You would not believe the marks they have there. Want to go?" Lore looked to be almost drooling at the idea of fresh meat to steal from.

Ja’hara grinned at him and agreed they should if that was where he wanted to go. They lounged in bed a little longer before gathering their things.

"Are you up for some more training when we get to the ship?" he asked.

"Ready, willing and able, skipper," she saluted.

"That's insubordination," he said with mock indignation.

They took a shuttle from the resort to their ship as they had acquired quite a few items during their stay. Lore gave the shuttle driver six slips of latinum to send the subspace message to Data in three days. The driver could tell Lore was not one to mess with and promised to follow his instructions to the letter .
