To assist with announcements, DrWho has setup a mailing list through Yahoo groups. Information on how to subscribe or unsubscribe can be found below.

This is a temporary solution as DrWho plans on implementing a custom discussion forum and mailing list system when he acquires a better server that allows the use of PHP programming and MySQL databases.
