Hi Anonymous. Sorry to hear about your condition, it must make sexual relationships very difficult. This is probably why you have become attracted to your mother, as I am guessing she has been your primary provider of care and attention for your entire life to this point. It is not unusual for disabled people to develop intense feelings for those who care for them.

Due to the difficulty of having a normal sexual relationship when disabled, masturbation is generally easier, both physically and emotionally, and it is a fantastic way for those people to release sexual tension. There's nothing wrong with it, but the fact that you do it while fantasising about your mother may eventually become emotionally unhealthy for you. Your increasing desire for a relationship you cannot have may lead to depression which can be devastating.

I suggest you have a talk with your mom and gently broach the subject of sex with her. In time you can let her know about your feelings for her, and perhaps she will be able to help you through it. I would also recommend seeing a psychiatrist in the near future, which may be something you and your mom can do together.
