Hi Werd. Yes prostate massage is VERY pleasurable for guys, and it is one of the reasons why gay guys love anal sex so much. Women don't have prostates so anal sex does not have quite the same feeling for them.

The prostate gland's main function is to secrete fluid which forms part of semen. The more stiumlated it gets, the more fluid it releases. That's why orgasms triggered by direct prostate stimulation can be mind blowing.

Believe it or not, the best way to massage your prostate is with your finger. If you're okay with inserting a finger in your ass, you will find your prostate located just behind your scrotum. It will feel like a wallnut sized lump, and it will increase in size when stimulated and at orgasm.

You may want to invest in an enema kit so you can clean your colon out before you insert your finger in there. At the very least take a dump before you try it, and make sure you wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.
