My question is where does size matter most? I am a larger endowed male than most and had had to be careful with several

Medically speaking, it all depends on the female in question. Some girls have a lot of trouble accomodating large penises in their vaginas, and mainly it is due to poor lubrication. There is no medical evidence to suggest that the anus is better equipped to take on a large cock than the vagina, and remember that the ass was never meant to be fucked! I would imagine that due to the proximity of the cervix in some women, the pain may be caused by the penis hitting the cervix during sex. This is very painful and dangerous - it increases the girl's chance of developing cervical cancer early. The bottom line remains - if your girl is experiencing pain during sex then something is wrong, and you should stop until you find out what it is, and how to fix it.
