October 5, 2002: The notoriously temperamental Netscape 4.x doesn't seem to like the Ryan and Reese page, for reasons I haven't fathomed. However, I've created a simplified version for Netscape 4 and an automatic redirection for Netscape 4 users, so the problem should be solved.
October 2, 2002: Thanks to the fabulous folks at ASSTR, I was able to get back the lost feedback messages after my screwup. They couldn't retrieve the email addresses, so I won't be able to reply, but I did get the text, and the problem is fixed now. Thanks, ASSTR, and thanks to the unknown people who wrote to me. Oh! You wanted stories. I have those, too. Ryan and Reese's story continues, or more accurately rolls backward, with Maidenhair Down [mf, rom, cons, inc, bro/sis, teen, first]. I've also made a front page just for Ryan/Reese stories here. This is kind of redundant for now, but it will make it easier to keep track when I start adding non-Ryan/Reese work later in the month (since the main story page will list stories by date).

I am a twenty-eight year old female writer of both general and erotic fiction, as well as non-fiction writing in the offline world. I cut my teeth in freelance and academia, and have been a major contributor to a couple of books. I am also rather well-known in the fanfic world under another name. So, I'm not a new writer, by any means. But I'm still settling back into erotic writing after a break from it, and I'm new to the world of the A.S.S. hierarchy and its structures. Please forgive any faux pas - I'm still working out how it all works around here. So far, I'm feeling pretty welcomed and supported, which is really nice.
My chosen area for adult writing is that of romantic and consensual erotica. You'd think "romantic" automatically implied "consensual", but I'm told that some authors take a rather, well, liberal interpretation of "romantic". My own interpretation of romance in erotica is erotica grounded in love of some kind. It might not always be the purest of loves, or the most ideal of loves, but it will be love, just the same. I tend more toward the literary side of things, although I hope I'm not too literary to write good smut into the bargain.
I have a special interest in writing contextualised, same-generation incest, especially sexual awakening stories between siblings. However, I also write more general adult het and lesbian stories. That's not to say you won't find anything dark here, but usually the darkness will be tempered with hope. You will not find non-consensual stories here, nor paedophilia or inter-generational incest. Nor will you find stroke fic. I'm a firm believer in plot, in character, in circumstance. The story, to my mind, is what gives sex its power.
