Just a quick FYI on the News/Blog section.

There is an Atom feed available for use with external news readers. There's all kinds of readers available, some for free and some for a small donation/payment. An updated list is available at: http://www.atomenabled.org/everyone/atomenabled/index.php?c=5

Also, anyone can post comments here. Just click on the "x comments" (where x is a number) link at the bottom of the message you want to comment on and then click on the "Post a Comment" link at the bottom of that message only page. You can then log into Blogger (free account) or post anonymously, which ever you prefer.

Finally, ASSTR is always in need of donations. Running a service like they do isn't cheap at all and they currently don't charge users a dime for it. That's a great thing and we should all do our part to ensure it stays this way. No amount is too small and all donations to ASSTR are tax deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law. Chapter 1 of Fred and Jackie - NIS has been posted finally. I started to write this back in early summer and had most of it (4/5ths) done on the first night...but things kept popping up and I couldn't find time to finish it or do much of anything else with my writing. If all goes well, I should be able to post chapters about every 10 days until it's done. There's only going to be 5 total chapters in this one.

I wasn't able to run it by any proofreaders or the editor, so it might still be a bit rough. Let me know if you find something horribly wrong, but also keep in mind that Fred is a country boy so to speak and not fond of 'proper english'.
