It was bad enough that the strap had Ann's name and a cartoon of her getting an underpants downer. But then her Aunt hung the strap behind Ann's register!
The rural customers took malicious delight in finding new and creative ways to tease the blushing Harvard coed....

I liked this little piece of spanking story very much indeed. It reminded me of the South. Also imagination easily put my Mother, born 1921, into the place of the niece. The word choices painted a really nice period piece feeling. The Auntie, is she the antagonist or is it the niece, or maybe yet the customers? That's what I like about a good spanking story, who is the one causing the other the more trouble and pain? Plus the use of public humiliation and stress of impending whipping still lingers in my mind and gets me all hot and bothered. What a great job within such a short span of word usage. Kudos.

I wonder if Ann ever indicates that she was a sampler for the strap and that her job is to use it on misbehaving customers...I wonder if she could work her embarrassment away into something more dominant.
