Perfectly Lovely at The Library

Dorothea was perfectly lovely. Pamela wasn't surprised to see her friend elegantly dressed and perfectly coifed: Dorothea was the epitome of stylish perfection.
But Pamela was surprised to see her friend standing next to the check-in counter of the library, naked from the waist down, with her freshly spanked bottom on public display!
When Pamela heard that the Library was issuing paddling punishments for overdue library books she had thought it was a joke. But the sight of her tearful friend fidgeting through her extraordinarily public corner time made Pamela a believer.
Dorothea was standing on a stool, and the mirrored walls reflected her naked crotch and crimson bottom throughout the library.
Pamela watched in horror as two 18 year old High School punks casually discussed Dorothea's cute fanny and curly red pubes.
Dorothea bit her lip and blushed as Beavis and Butthead loudly appraised her friend's naked charms.
Pamela gasped. How embarrassing! How humiliating!
How exciting....
Pamela pretended to peruse an article on cement mixing while eavesdropping on two female gawkers.
"The little whore got what she deserved", the first old biddy hissed. "Look at her...standing there half naked!" "She should have been horsewhipped!"
"It looks like that's what that snot nose Tommy Johnson did, judging from the shade of her bottom!" the other old woman snickered. "He's spindly, but his hand is like a paddle!"
Pamela shuddered at the mention of Tommy's name. Was the nerdy boy who tended her lawn in charge of library spankings?
Dorothea and Pamela were closet exhibitionists, and they loved driving Tommy crazy. Pamela relished lounging by her pool in her bikini and brusquely ordering the sexually frustrated Tommy around her yard. Being just out of the horny nineteen year old geek's reach made the rich, pampered housewives feel like Goddesses.
Teasing, merciless, untouchable Goddesses!
"Tommy decides who's spanked and who's fined", the first woman explained. "Apparently he decided to teach one of the spoiled little vixens on his route a lesson!" she snorted.
"Not that she minds...I can smell her from here!" the other woman purred.
Pamela studied her friend more closely. Dorothea's erect nipples were clearly visible though her expensive silk top.
Pamela squinted. Was that a tiny rivulet of wetness running down Dorothea's thigh?
As Pamela finally understood why her shallow friend was borrowing library books, she could feel her own excitement growing....
Pamela looked at the crumpled paperback in her hand. It was due today, but it was old, and the fine was only a nickel.
Besides, Pamela needed to get her nails done...and her hair.
Pamela looked at the two snickering boys. Maybe she needed a bikini waxing...
Pamela walked past the book return slot and winked flirtatiously at the two leering teenagers. Dorothea was a natural redhead.
But Pamela was a natural blonde....
Pamela walked out of the library with the soon to be overdue book still in her hand. Dorothea was perfectly lovely. But the competitive Pamela knew that tomorrow she would be lovelier still.

Excellent, seamless use of the first line here, in a story that's delightfully twisted. Slightly more about exhibitionism than spanking, but the public corner time is a neat use of both at the same time. Great visuals, and a clever playing with some issues of gender and power. Oh, and it's hot.

Interesting reading. The story itself flowed well. It was very well written. The originality lacks a bit. Though the overheard conversation makes it fresh. Pamela's plot was humorous as well. I enjoyed reading this story.

I'm sure this pushed buttons for some but not for me. Was it well written? Yes. I thought it interesting but it did nothing for me. It does feel contrived a bit but had sort of a funny ending. Glad I read it.
