Someone to Discipline Me

By

Cate Bronte <ouchigirl@hotmail.com>

There's a somebody I'm longing to see.
Don't you know he
turned out to be
someone to discipline me.

I'm a naughty girl he's taught to be good.
Warned that he should,
promised he would,
put me right over his knee.

At first he started with his hand some,
then hairbrushed my bare bum,
unmoved by my promise and plea.

Though I try excuses for each misdeed,
he says he knows
just what I need:
someone to discipline me.

The End

I unfortunately am not very familiar with the music, but I loved the parity anyway.  It's nice to see one that you don't need to know the music to appreciate.  I will have to go looking for the music now and see just how they do compare.  Thank you

I enjoyed this little gem even before I looked up the original lyrics and found out how clever it really is.  A masterful parody with nary a misplaced note.  Well done

One of the keys to a good parody is choosing the right target, and this one's a doozy.  It cries out for a spanko twist, and it's done very pleasingly here.
