Pleasure Cruise
This is actually a collection of stories written around a common
premise: a hypnoerotic-themed Caribbean cruise. Each piece can stand
on its own, but you'll find a number of recurring characters and themes and
interwoven events throughout. You can read the individual parts
through the links below, or download
the whole collection in PDF form.
The original Pleasure Cruise stories were written by me and artie.
Since then, other authors have asked about contributing pieces and two have
actually done so. The Cruise is open to any author who wants to
participate, provided you're willing to abide by a few simple rules.

The Rules
From time to time, authors contact me asking if they can write stories and
add them to the Pleasure Cruise series. In general, the
answer is yes -- but there are some rules that apply to all prospective
additions. These rules are not meant to limit you, but to act as
guidelines to ensure that the new pieces blend smoothly into the work as a
whole.
- Be faithful to the people, events, and realities that have already been
defined in the existing stories. It's okay to borrow existing
characters as long as you remain true to their established personalities and
appearances; it's okay (even encouraged) to make reference to known events
as long as you don't contradict something that has already been written
(such as having someone other than Suzerain headlining on the second night,
or inventing cabin numbers and locations that don't jibe with the existing
descriptions of how the ship is laid out).
- Any character, location, or event that hasn't already been defined by
another story is fair game. That includes the ship's crew and
performing talent. Similarly, any detail about the ship or the program
that hasn't already been documented can be made up to suit your purposes as
long as you don't contradict anything already invented.
- A major component of all Pleasure Cruise stories is the way they integrate
together. Each part is a separate storyline, but they each contain
small details or references to people or events from other chapters -- those
references are what glue the different parts together into a cohesive
whole. When possible, new stories are expected to continue this
practice.
- Before you post the story anywhere, artie and I need to see it. We
will make the final decision on whether or not the story can be posted as
part of the Pleasure Cruise series based on whether we think it's a
good fit.
If your story is accepted for addition to the series, artie and I will
determine where in the order of stories it fits (if you have a place in mind,
suggest it). I ask that, at a minimum, it be posted to Simon bar
Sinister's Erotic Mind Control Story Archive.
You can also post it anywhere else that you like -- it's your story, after all
-- but the EMCSA is a requirement. (
Note:
this means
your story will have to meet Simon's requirements for posting on his
board. See his FAQ
for details on those requirements.) I will probably also ask your
permission to add the new piece to the downloadable
PDF.
