NOTE 1: This is a sequel to Melissa Tells All. As the author explains in her introduction, this story can
stand on its own but she recommends, and I concur, reading Melissa Tells All before reading this story.

NOTE 2: This is not a retread of Melissa Tells All. In other words, it is not the same story told from a
different point of view. Mark's tale, like Melissa's is divided in two. The two halves book-end Melissa's
story. The events in the first half taking place before it and the events in the second half taking place after it.

SUMMARY: Mark describes some of the pain and pleasure that he and his girlfriend, Melissa, have experienced over the course of their relationship; some with and some without the assistance of her family.

COMMENTARY: I liked the unexpected twists and turns that this story takes. It isn't straight forward or simple. The author does a good job keeping it unpredictable. Having read Melissa Tells All, I knew how the first half of this story would turn out. That did not spoil anything for me because I didn't know how Mark and Melissa would get from point A to point B and because the author, as I have indicated, includes enough twists and turns to make it a fun read.

It is the character development, in part, that helps to keep the story unpredictable. Mark, and Melissa, are tested throughout the story. They aren't the same persons at the end as they were at the beginning. The changes in their personalities seem appropriate given what the experience. The fact that they do change also makes them seem that much more realistic.

It is not just about sex, although there is a healthy dose of sex in this story; hot sex. Sex scenes that do not just focus on the graphic details but also on the emotional states of the persons involved and convey more than just the lust they feel for one another.

One problem I do have with this story is the fact that there really isn't a back story. What I mean is that everything in the story seems to be connected to plot. There are no subplots that aren't directly tied to the
main story. In a story of this length I think that it helps to have more than one plot line, primarily because multiple plot lines can help to smooth the flow of the story out. Especially a story like this one that has some rather startling revelations.

WARNING/PREVIEW: There is one scene very close to the end of the story that might turn some readers off. I do not want to describe it, but I will say that involves two men doing things that heterosexual men do not usually do. It isn't what you are thinking and that's why I haven't coded this story for male homosexuality. Still, given that I have not coded it as such and that this particular happening seems to fall into a gray area I feel obliged to offer this warning. Of course, it will probably turn some of you on just as it will turn others off.
