The Naked in School Format
This archive serves to be inclusive and allow for the 'genre' to
expand while still keeping to its core theme.
Nearly all NiS stories contain these story codes:
-
NiS - this code identifies a 'Naked in School' genre / world story (even if it takes place outside of school).
-
naked - story is in a world / place where it is normal or accepted for a notable class of people to be / live naked.
-
hs - Story is about high school age protagonists
-
exhib - exhibitionism is an element of the story or 'attraction' for readers.
-
voy - voyuerism is an element of the story or 'attraction' for readers.
-
pett - heavy petting, such as mutual masturbation.
-
oral - oral sex.
-
mf - sex occurs between male and female of high school age. NiS archive considers this 15-17, occaisionally 14 and noting that high school age often hits 18 in the last year.
I will try to list out other codes that also appear in specific stories. Also, if a code occurs only in one chapter, or
is somehow unusual in its appearance despite being also a common to 'Naked in School' code I will call that out as well.
Universe Lines
There are three basic 'lines' for NiS stories to follow. The 'traditional line', which
makes up the core page of the archive, follows the week in school format and focuses
on one or more students of at least high school age. The story in traditional is
consensual and avoids the 'hot-codes'. These stories also stick to at least the majority
of 'The Program pamphlet.' The traditonal line is then further subdivided into core stories and
either single or partner protagonist lines to aid readers in finding desired themes and styles.
The 'naked universe line' follows the same consensual nature, avoiding 'hot-codes', but can take
place outside the school format, outside the bounds of the students, outside the 'Pamphet',
or whatever. It's for the stories that take place in the 'reality' or 'world' of NiS, but
not under the same time, place, people, or format.
The last line, the 'NiS_hotcoded line', is where stories that touch on the hotcodes go. These
stories can vary in theme and outside of their hotcodes may be either very close or very
far from the themes in the traditional and universe lines. The stories here are further
subdivided by the general nature of what in them makes them hotcoded.
To join up, all you need to do is write a story that fits into the NiS universe.
