After only having my site up and running for a week, I was making so many changes that I felt I needed some way of keeping track.

  • 07 July 04 - Things have been busy for the last few years and now I've got some time to get back to this site. I've been writing, mostly technical stuff and roleplaying scenarios, but its nice to put together some porn erotica every now and then. Since ASSTR has been struggling with bandwidth, I've also zapped all of the Frontpage Themes I'd been using and cleaned up some of the links.

The real problem is that I needed to clean up a lot, so the site has made some real changes. Take a look and let me know what you think.
  • 23 May 02 - OK, so I haven't posted anything, but I have been writing. I've got the second installment of Robbing the Bunker outlined (no promises on when it will be done), lots of ideas for more adventures in the world of Grim Fairy Tales, and a remake of a chick flick. My Best Friend's Wedding was supposed to be a quick story but I have written and rewritten parts of it until I can't stand to look at it anymore.
  • 29 Dec 01 - It's been a hectic month but I've found the time to finish Grim Fairy Tales, get ready for Christmas, and squeeze three month's work into three weeks. What a hassle!
  • 17 Oct 01 - I have been busy, despite not having uploaded anything in 8 months.  I started working on an idea that I had outlined last June but had shelved.  I'm not the kind of writer that can post "incremental" stories.  I have to write and proof the entire thing before I let it out the door.  As such, I have put a lot of work into Grim Fairy Tales, including the hours devoted to making the scenario consistent and believable. The result is a good story with lots of character and plot depth.  I also learned some valuable lessons about writing, the first of which is "the more subplots you have, the harder your ending."  Book 3 (which will come out in November 01) was undoubtedly the hardest to write since I had to tie up all (or at least most) of the loose ends.
  • 24 Feb 01 - Thanks to HTTP File Upload I'm back in business.  I've uploaded "Saving a Village" to both FTP and Web sites.
  • 4 Dec 00 - I'm completely frustrated.  I can't upload to ASSTR!  I keep getting disconnected or I time out.  So I started a mirror site at Geocities.  Not a bad site, but I had to do some renaming to meet their file name guidelines.  In future, the Geocities site will be the primary, with things getting posted to ASSTR when I can.
  • 3 Dec 00 - I haven't been home much in the last two months, but now that I'm back there's lots of little things that I'm catching up on.  I changed the Theme Banners so that the pages download quicker.  I also added a links page. If you've got any comments on these changes, shoot me an email.
  • 7 Oct 00 - I finished formatting A Rough Week and sent it out on ASSM for comment.  Celeste agreed to critique it and here is her review and some of the other comments I received.  On the whole, I'm please with the response.  The lesson I learned is to really proofread so that I don't make anymore "word meaning" errors.  In other words, don't use MS Word's thesaurus without double checking!
  • 26 Sep 00 - I finished "A Rough Week", a story that looks at a suburbanite executive that follows his dick through the secretarial pool.
  • 16 Sep 00 - Wrote my first Spotlight to introduce the site.  Created this page.  Moved "Weekend at Storm Cottage" under Letters so that all of the Edward and Renee stories would be together.
  • 11 Sep 00 -  Upload everything in the website.  Over the next few days, I also converted and uploaded text files and fixed some broken links in the "Robbing the Bunker" story.
