We have three categories to rate these stories, but I sometimes think
there should be a fourth. I've read several stories recently where
the setting is just as important as the plot or characters. Bernadette
and Crimson Dragon spring to mind as authors who make great use of
their settings.

"The Beach" is a story where setting is everything. In this story, a
woman wanders off to an isolated stretch of beach and masturbates
while thinking of her lover.

That's really all there is to it. But Solange Lafemme does a very
nice job making me feel like I am right there on the rocks, watching,
as she pulls on her nipples and rubs her clit.

Technically, the word "i" is left in lower case throughout; based on
the author's email name, I'm guessing this may be a submissive game of
some kind. The narrator also refers to the object of her fantasies in
second person, although in this particular story, that's only a small
distraction.

This is a nice story from a first time author. Check it out.
