"The Wedding Conception" by Mon (posted by dee@onramp.net).{Story Link: Our narrator was a virgin bride. She and her hubby had trouble conceiving a child - though not for lack of effort. For reasons of morality and macho husbandly pride, they have ruled out adoption and artificial insemination. The doctor tells them they have been trying too hard. So they decide to abstain from sex for six weeks and then get pregnant at the wedding reception of their friend Bob. On the Day of the Reception, however, Bob has to work latel and so his wife goes to the reception alone and gets pregnant by his business rival. Go figure.
