As an author, I sometimes revisit small moments in my life and transform them into stories that take on a life of their own. I often find myself falling in love with my characters. They run around in my head as I try to fall asleep at night. I feel their emotions, thrill at their ideas, pulse with their yearnings. My main audience is myself.
