Chapter 2: A Second Concert and More Revealed!

Earlier in the day, Ricky Cooper had risen from a good
nights sleep in the Edwardsville hotel bed which he found
more comfortable than the sleeping accommodation in his tour
bus, and partook of a healthy breakfast which along with his
mothers had been delivered to his room. After dressing in
the privacy of his bedroom and packing his clothes ready for
this afternoon departure from Edwardsville after his matinee
concert, Ricky accompanied by his mum and Chuck his security
guard went down to the hotel foyer where he had under his
mum's watchful eye validated the second day on his exemption
tag in the conveniently located validating machine.

It was only then when Jane Cooper enquired about security
overnight with Chuck that his mum found out from Chuck about
Ricky's private sojourn yesterday to sign autographs for his
fans. To say his mother was livid that he had disobeyed her
orders was an understatement. He knew his mum only did it to
embarrass him in front of Chuck and that she would never be
game enough to do it in reality, but his mum had even
threatened to remove his naked exemption tag there and then
like the clerk at the court house had mentioned yesterday
….. "You give your mother any trouble whilst you are
visiting and your mother can remove your tag on the spot"
and make him go around naked.

She even rummaged in her hand bag and produced the green
band waiving it in front of him and laying down her
expectations about his behaviour and attitude and the
consequences if they did not improve immediately. To Ricky's
relief, though he was a little nervous at his mothers
attitude, she didn't carry out her threat but he still had
to suffer the humiliation of a public admonishment in the
foyer of the hotel. For once he was glad there were no fans
around.

His validation successfully completed Ricky, Chuck and his
mum headed off to a small conference room located at the
local theatre where Ricky would be performing later that day
to begin the first round of local press and radio
interviews.

Later in the morning whilst Ricky was relaxing in his
dressing room after having completed the last of his
interviews, the courtyard behind the Edwardsville Theatre
was already abuzz with expectation of his imminent arrival
for his scheduled meet and greet. Jane Cooper had no time to
rest and was already mingling with the crowd working the
local dignitaries who had turned up upon invitation.

The mayor had sent his apologies but a number of county
officials were there including Judge Judy Nichols of the
Benjamin County Juvenile Court who was interested in
anything that attracted so much juvenile interest and
accompanying her, Michael Rogers, the Director of Special
Punishment Programs for the Benjamin County Juvenile Court
who had not been going to go, having no interest in a young
teenage singer, when he found out that his two daughters and
son had gained backstage passes to the meet and greet.

With her whole family going Mrs Rogers had accompanied her
husband and children whilst offering to escort Freddy,
Charlie and Valerie Kershaw along with Sheila and Beth
Powell, the parents of both these families being unable to
gain admittance having not been issued back stage passes to
the meet and greet.

During her mingling amongst the invited guests, Jane Cooper
at one stage approached Judge Nichols and Mr and Mrs Rogers
and the group of children who accompanied them. She greeted
them all, the girls in particular were very excited to be
meeting Ricky Coopers mum. The naked boys looked less
enthused and Jane had been politely trying to avoid looking

Trying not to let on how awkward she felt in front of the

Polite conversation ensued between Jane, the Judge and the
Rogers; the children just stood aside politely waiting. When
Jane found out that Judy Nichols was the local juvenile

Benjamin County's juvenile initiatives. The Judge and Jane
even swapped business cards. The more she heard the more she
came to the conclusion that a dose of Benjamin County law
was just what her son needed to bring him back under control
however she knew that such notions were just plain crazy.
The very idea of Ricky running around and performing naked
was beyond her comfort level.

When she was about to move on and mingle some more, Jane
turned to the children and said, "Well I know you will enjoy
Ricky's concert, have a great time".

The disappointed looks on faces of the assembled girls
bought a questioning look from Jane Cooper.

"I'm afraid the girls were unable to get tickets, the
concert sold out before we got to the front of the line"
Mrs. Rogers informed.

"Oh really were there many who missed out?" Jane Cooper
asked, "I hadn't realized there was such a demand her in
Edwardsville".

"Yes you could have sold out the theatre a second time over"
Mrs. Rogers responded.

Jane Cooper moved on to mingle but an idea was quickly
forming in her head. There was a financial opportunity here
that should be taken advantage of!

The theatre booking in Bountiful the scheduled concert venue
after their next concert which was in Carroll had fallen
through, leaving a small hole in the tour itinerary. Instead
of wasting the time resting, Jane made a mental note to
discuss with the tour manager the possibility of returning
to Edwardsville on a slight detour for one extra concert if
the theatre was available in three days time on their way
north to the next series of concerts. There was much at
stake financially on this tour and any opportunity to make
some extra revenue should be taken she felt.

As soon as she could Jane had the tour manager and the
theatre manager over to one side of the courtyard
negotiating an extra concert. Long before the meet and greet
had ended and well before the concert was scheduled to start
Jane announced to an ecstatic reception from those assembled
in the courtyard that there would be a second concert in
three days time. Tickets would be available in two days time
from the theatre box office.

Jane Cooper had already calculated with the tour manager
that by stopping outside the county line they would arrive
back into Edwardsville just after midnight ready for the
second concert and leave straight after the morning matinee
performance finished, ensuring they were back on schedule
for the remainder of the tour. Ricky still had an unused
third day on his pink exemption tag after today's concert
and Jane planned it with the tour manager that by delaying
their entry into Benjamin County till late, Ricky would not
run foul of the Benjamin County juvenile ordinances.

Just to be sure of their calculations Jane went and located
the Judge and Mr. Rogers and double checked all would be ok
with the exemption. The Judge confirmed that if they entered
the county after midnight all would be legal with the third
day validation.

Standing to the side both Megan and Sarah Rogers were
disappointed to hear that Rick Cooper had an exemption from
the nudity ordinance. They both had thought that he would,
but hoped in their hearts that Ricky might somehow have to
strip naked like all the local boys and they could fully
check out his totally sexy hot body.

"Well what do you girls think about the extra concert?" Jane
asked the two Rogers girls when she finished checking the
details with the judge and Mr. Rogers.

"It's super cool" Sarah responded enthusiastically.

Megan was much more formal and replied, "Thank you Mrs.
Cooper for organizing the concert and giving us the chance
to see your son perform."

"I hope we can get tickets this time' Sarah blurted out,
"I'll be double disappointed if I miss out again."

'Sarah, your manners" Mrs. Rogers chastised her youngest.

Jane just laughed, and then looking at Mrs. Rogers said,
"Seeing it was your comment that has lead to the extra
concert, come over with me to our tour manager and I'll
arrange free VIP tickets in the front row for your family to
the second concert.'

"Oh thank you Mrs. Cooper that would be such a thrill for my
children." Then Mrs. Rogers noticed the glum looks on the
faces of Sheila and Beth Powell and Valerie Kershaw who
along with the two Kershaw boys were standing near the
Rogers children.

"As you can see we have a pretty big crowd with us today,
would it be asking too much if you could find some extra
tickets at least for these three girls here who are my
daughter's friends and desperate to see Ricky perform too"
Mrs. Rogers asked.

Jane Cooper looked at the group of juveniles, the five
dressed girls and three naked boys and then winking at Mrs.
Rogers  said, "No problem at all, I have contacts, lets get
you tickets for all eight of them plus you and your
husband".

A cough from Judge Nichols bought a smile from Jane Cooper
who quickly added, "Eight plus three adults of course".

Judge Nichols smiled back.

When the time came for the Meet and Greet the audience of
young juveniles was organized into a line and the adults
stood back to the side of the court yard. Tyler, Freddy and
Charlie didn't want to join the queue but the look on Mr.
Rogers face soon encouraged the three naked boys to
accompany their sisters and their friends in the line. They
though they would have a long wait to meet Ricky Cooper as
the other juveniles had quickly rushed to where they thought
the head of the queue was forming and with the three boys
dragging the chain the eight youngsters were the last in the
queue. However doors were swung open immediately behind

Sarah Rogers and Beth Powell were the most excited about the
upcoming VIP seats and having met Ricky personally, so much
so that during the three day hiatus before the second
concert the deteriation in their behavior and attitude made
life almost unbearable in the Rogers and Powell households.
Sheila Powell and Megan were both excited as well, but being
a bit older and both having experienced first hand the
consequences of the Benjamin County juvenile ordinances they
restrained their behavior. Ten year old Valerie Kershaw was
not yet really into young teen heart throbs like Ricky
Cooper and so was causing her parents no added concerns.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Rogers were trained child psychologists
and great supporters of the Benjamin County juvenile
initiatives. Both parents had early realised and discussed
the need that sooner or later both Megan and Sarah were
going to have to undergo a Nudie Juvie sanction to keep them
on the straight and narrow and not feel they were superior
to the permanently naked boys of the county.

Very early on Megan had suffered her comeuppance which both
parents had noticed had had the desired effect on their
older daughter. Sarah however had not presented an
opportunity to her parents to implement a reality check on
their younger daughter, till now that was!

Mr. and Mrs. Rogers had also noticed the decline in Beth's
attitude when she had been over visiting; a simple phone
call to Mrs. Powell had established that Beth's parents were
unhappy with her attitude as well. Mrs Powell confided that
her husband and her were considering grounding Beth and
preventing her attending the Ricky Cooper concert.

Mrs Rogers putting on her professional cap had suggested
that that might leave a bitter long time scar in Beth's
relationship with her parents and suggested the alternative
of a Nudie Juvie sanction. Mr. Rogers was an authorised
county intake officer which enabled him to impose a Nudie
Juvie sanction, in practise it meat the Rogers and Powell's
would not have resort of a formal juvenile court hearing to
bring the two out of control girls back under control.

Late in the afternoon the day before the second concert the
Powell family visited the Rogers on the pretence of a BBQ
invitation. None of the children knew the true reason for
the visit. Even the older girls, Sheila and Megan had been
kept in the dark.

It was only when everyone was settled in the Roger's back
yard that Mr. Rogers with Mr. Powell's approval ordered both
Beth and Sarah to come stand before him. Sarah was wearing a
tight fitting sleeveless black top and equally tight black
bike shorts along with a pair of flip flops on her feet. She
was not that tall yet as she was only eleven, about 4 foot

out on the Ricky Cooper concert there were moans of distress
from the two girls, followed by sighs of relief when he
announced they had decided against that idea.

Mr. Powell and Mrs. Rogers had already signed the required
forms that Mr. Rogers had bought home from his office in the
courthouse and when he produced two red bands from his
pocket there were instantaneous gasps from not just Beth and
Sarah but from Tyler, Megan and Sheila as well'

It had been Megan's desire these last three months to see
her sister humiliated like she had been forced to endure
when Megan's own lack of breast and pubic hair development
had been exposed to everyone.

Like wise Sheila was shocked, that her sister Beth who was
always the good well behaved one out of the two of them was
going to be made a Nudie Juvie. Sheila had already served a

little over a month ago when the intake officer had placed

Sarah tried a different approach and stared at her father
and said incredulously. "Dad, you can't be serious! It was
just the excitement of meeting Ricky Cooper and getting
tickets to his concert! Lighten up dad please!"

"The only thing that Mr. Powell and I will be lightening up
is the amount of clothing that both you girls are wearing"
Mr. Rogers informed his daughter with a smirk.

Sarah crossed her arms and pouted at her father. "That is so
not funny dad, this is so unfair, and you're spoiling the
greatest moment in my life. I'm not going to let you ruin
it, I'm not!"

Having gotten no where with her father Beth tried a
different tact, looking for support from her mother.

"But mum! We didn't do anything to deserve being made Nudie
Juvies!" Beth protested

"I think that it's pretty obvious to everyone else that your
attitude and behavior these last days has been well below
expectations," Beth's mom replied looking at her daughter.

Mr. Rogers had had enough of the small talk and stalling. He
raised his had to stem all conversation and then declared by
the power authorized to him as a juvenile intake officer
that Sarah Rogers aged eleven and Beth Powell aged twelve
were sentenced to two days of Public Nude Juvenile
Punishment, complete with an oral, but not anal, sex
requirement.

"Right girls" ordered Mr. Rogers, "Start stripping, I want
you two standing naked in front of us within one minute."

"Get to it, Girls!" he added for emphasis.

"No Way! Not out here in your backyard, not anywhere!" Beth
snapped back, bringing a gasp from Sheila, who knew that,
that was a very wrong move.

"Don't you ever speak to an adult like that again Bethany
Powell" her mother thundered, accompanied by a quick
forceful slap across Beth's face which sent shivers

girls quickly realized that their fate was well and truly
sealed.

Sarah was the first to begin undressing removing first her
flip flops, then her tight fitting sleeveless black top and

who had previously not noticed the fact that Sarah was
