The New Clinic Chapter 1

Prologue

Grandma Ida was thrilled to see her girls were unharmed
after the fire that destroyed their clinic. She saw it all
on the news but was unable to confirm that her
granddaughters Dana and Krissy were fine.  She had talked to
them on the phone earlier, but seeing the two girls she
raised since before their mother left them was what she
really needed.

Over dinner Grandma Ida heard the details of the fire from
her youngest granddaughter 13 year old Krissy. Her older
granddaughter Dana, who was a nurse at the clinic was now
without a job and worried about her future.

The next morning the girls were joined at breakfast by their
Aunt Audrey. Aunt Audrey was a Doctor just like Grandma Ida. 

Grandma Ida told the girls about their next project. "Not
that we need the money, but who wants to sit around all day
when we can be helping people. So I arranged for the family
trust to put in the winning bid on a new medical clinic." 
The family trust was famous for its generosity and it's
size. The family was one of the wealthiest families in the
state.

"We have taken over the old infirmary at the West Beach. We
have 2 weeks to staff, supply and open our new clinic".
Grandma Ida added. "If you have any friends who are looking
for part time work, have them call me."

West beach was one of the nicer beaches on this coast.
Because of the low cost rentals and cheap beach passes, West
Beach had started to draw a certain crowd. Single parents
with a larger family and limited income flocked to the beach
every summer. They often came up short on medical insurance.

"It isn't about the money" Grandma Ida told them. "This is a
great chance to fine tune your medical skills."


Chapter One

Two weeks later the New West Beach Clinic opened.

Another two weeks of scraped knees, sand in the eyes and
false alarms had Allie the 17 year old receptionist bored to
tears. 

Two other girls working at the clinic busied themselves
filing paper work and cleaning up where needed. Receptionist
Allie was stuck sitting at the desk. 

Allie walked back to the front desk after bringing the last
two patients back to Dr. Audrey. Two ten year old girls with
poison ivy wasn't the kind of excitement Allie hoped for
when she took the job.

Allie looked over to her friend Nurse Dana with doubt in her
words "I can't believe this. We are so close to the beach
and I am stuck in here. I thought this job would be a little
more interesting."

"I can't argue Allie." Dana told her friend. 

"I am this close to quitting. I mean I think I would rather
enjoy my summer on the beach."

"Don't quit girl. I mean I don't know if Grandma Ida would
be cool with you staying at our beach house all summer if
you didn't work here."

"I know. I won't. I am just bored."

The two girls sat silently for a while.

"Tell you what!" Nurse Dana said with that soon to be famous
look in her eyes. "The next patient. No matter what they are
here for will end your boredom. I promise."

"What do you mean?"

"Don't worry. Just bring the next patient back to curtain 5.
Leave the rest to me." Dana instructed.

"But.." Allie might have been trying to protest when she was
interrupted by the ding from the bell that rings when the
door opens.

"Curtain 5" Dana said as she disappeared into the back.

The first one Allie saw enter the clinic was a young blonde
girl. She was no more than 9 years old. She was  dripping
wet probably from swimming, her wet yellow bikini clung
tightly to her young body. 

The young blonde ran up to the reception desk where Allie
was standing, the little girl was talking a mile a minute.
Allie heard the girl but didn't pay much attention as the
bell rang again.

Another girl a little older than the first one pushed into
the door. The second girl was taller and a little more
mature looking. The long haired brunette wore a white one
piece suit. It was also wet and clinging to her young body.
The beginning of her young breasts almost transparent to the
world. 

"Oww" it hurts." Another voice cried out.. 

As Allie began to understand the first girl, she noticed a
young boy leaning on the 2nd girl. The boy who was no more
than 12 years old was limping and trying not to cry.

"Stepped on something in the water." The young blonde said.
"Maybe a jellyfish"

The boys right foot was beating red almost in sync with his
screams of pain.

"Bring him this way." Allie told the girls as she led them
into the back. Allie ignored the wheelchair and stretcher
they passed and escorted the three back past many empty exam
rooms to the last room in the hall,  to exam room 5. She
called for Nurse Dana as they rushed into the back.

Exam room 5 like all the others "exam rooms" was not a room
at all. It was just a curtained off exam area.

Nurse Dana joined the group in exam room 5. "What have we
here?" She asked as she motioned for Allie to help her lift
the young boy onto an exam table.

The 12 year old boy screamed out as the two young nurses
lifted him up and placed him on the exam table. The skinny
young nurses had no problems lifting the boy onto the table.
The boy was as tall as the older girl but he looked half her
size. 

Allie couldn't help but notice the skinny young boys ribs
were poking out of his skin. He wore a blue swimsuit that
was looked to be to big for him. The white string around the
waist was tied as tight as it could be.

Nurse Dana ignored the young boy as he screamed in pain and
asked his two escorts a few questions. 

The older girl explained. "Toby is our cousin from
Tennessee, he is visiting for the summer." She went on and
on until Nurse Dana stopped her.

"Oh." The older girl told nurse Dana. "We were swimming in
the ocean and Toby stepped on something. I think it was a
jelly fish. He has been screaming in pain ever since. We
aren't supposed to meet our grandmother  at the house for 2
hours and we didn't know what to do so we brought him here." 

"You did the right thing girls." Nurse Dana said with a wink
towards Allie. 

Allie ran out to the front desk to grab the paper work. She
left the curtain to the exam room wide open.

Not sure what to do the two young girls began to follow her
out towards the waiting room.



"Wait girls." Nurse Dana instructed. "I need you two to wait
here and help Miss Allie fill out the proper paper work
while I examine your friend."

"Cousin." The older girl corrected.

"Perfect. It is our policy to have a family member present
during the examination of all minors."

"What?" Toby asked 

Toby screamed out in pain as Nurse Dana gently grasped his
foot. Both his cousins looked over at him, helpless to do
anything. The redness of his foot was now spreading up his
tiny leg.

Allie returned and instructed both girls to sit as she asked
them Toby's medical and personal history.

"Ok Toby, no need to worry. We will have you fixed up in no
time." Nurse Dana told the young boy. "Jellyfish stings are
my specialty."

The calmness in Nurse Dana's voice put Toby at ease and he
stopped screaming.  While his cousins answered the last of
the questions Nurse Dana carefully took Toby's blood
pressure.

"His foot and leg are so red. Are you going to be able to
help Toby?" Linda the older cousin asked.

"Yeah. Poor Toby looks like he is going to cry." Younger
cousin Ann said as she walked over and took Toby's hand in
hers. "You will be ok Toby. Don't cry."

Dana noticed the tone in the little girls voice drain the
last of the maturity out of the young boy. Toby was on the
verge of tears again.

 Dana, in her most parental and official sounding voice
instructed Toby  "Lay back for me baby."  

With Ann still holding his hand Toby laid back on the exam
table. "First we need to take your vital signs, then we need
to re hydrate you and then we fix your footsie wootsie."
Dana continued to talk to him as if he were a 5 year old
boy.

Nurse Dana gently inserted an IV into a vein on Toby's arm
causing him to belt out a half a scream. 

As Dana was about to take a blood sample she called towards
Linda. "Come here please dear." She asked Linda to hold
Toby's other hand. "It is of vital importance that you both
hold little Toby's hands steady for the next few minutes. No
matter what. Understand?"

Both girls nodded yes. Toby managed not to scream as Nurse
Dana took a small blood sample. "What a good little boy."
She told him and patted him on the head.

"No matter what girls. Do not let go of his hands until I
say so." Dana told the girls again. "Once we get little
Toby's vital signs we can prepare the exact dosage of
medication  to cure him.

"Ready girls?" Dana asked and both girls nodded a yes back.
"Ok here we go." Nurse Dana nodded her head towards Allie
telling her to move closer to the table.

After double checking the IV was secure Nurse Dana gently
took a hold of the bottom of Toby's blue swim trunks and
slid them down past and over his feet. 

Toby screamed louder than ever and Nurse Dana couldn't help
but smirk at Allie as she reminded Toby's young cousins. "Do
Not let go until I say so." Dana couldn't help but smirk
again when she saw that neither of the young girls could
look away from their cousins privates.

"Quickly.. Follow me." Dana instructed as she helped Toby
off the table and stood him up. She wheeled the iv pole into
Linda's other hand and told her to bring it with them. 

Nurse Dana pulled open the curtains and led Toby out of the
exam room. Both his cousins holding firm grips on his hands.

Toby was clearly in shock. His two young cousins were
pleasantly shocked. Toby didn't know what to do as they
walked down the hallway and farther away from his swim suit.
With out the use of his hands he tried in vain to hide
himself by crossing his legs.

"Hold a second" Nurse Dana told the group as she stopped to
let another nurse walk past. Two others followed the other
nurse past them. A boy who looked a little older than Toby
gave him a surprised look as he walked past.

Toby relaxed a little. He was still embarrassed but another
boy seeing him like this was the least of his problems. In a
moment Toby regained his composure and in another moment he
lost it.

The other boy's mother followed quickly behind her son. She
looked past the nurse and his cousins and seemed to stare
right at Toby. With a quick smile she walked past Toby and
then stopped.

"Come on Amy!!" The boys mother yelled. Her eyes left Toby
and he followed them down her arm to her hand. A smaller
hand was held firmly in the mothers. Toby followed the small
hand, past the small wrist to the small face of a small
girl.

The petite 13 year old girl's eyes opened as wide as they
could. They were locked on Toby's privates. Her mother
couldn't pull her away. In a moment of clarity Toby realized
that he was showing this girl, this young strange girl her
first naked boy.

Toby's erection started growing faster than when he would
sneak down stairs to watch ‘after dark' on cable.

"Mom its growing" The girl whispered out.

"AMY!" The mother yelled again. She pulled her young
daughter down the hall but the girls eyes didn't look away
from Toby until they disappeared around the corner.

"It is growing!" Allie announced trying to stop her self.

"Ok time to move" Nurse Dana ordered trying to change the
subject. 

Toby could hear other girls somewhere in the distance as the
group led him closer to the front. His erection was growing
faster and faster. 

Toby finally managed to get his feet to stop. "WAIT" He
shouted. He struggled to free his hands from his cousins
grip. He wanted to run back down the hall way and grab his
swim suit.

Nurse Dana changed his plans. She simply turned around and
knelt down so she was face to face with Toby. She seemed to
ignore the fact that his almost full erection was nearly
brushing against her Nurses uniform.

"Toby" She told him as she gently put her hand on his
shoulder. "Does your foot still hurt?"

Toby realized it didn't. "No" He answered.

"Are you in any kind of pain at all?"

"No" he answered again.

"Do you know why?" Nurse Dana asked.

"No" Toby answered when he realized he didn't.

Nurse Dana pointed at the IV. "The drugs in the IV are
working. You will be 100 percent healthy soon. " Her smile
faded "Unless you continue to struggle. If you pull that IV
out you will be in 10 times the pain. You could do more
damage to yourself.  That infection is working its way up
your leg. If you lose the medication for to long it will
spread to here." 

Nurse Dana gently took the tip of Toby's tiny penis and held
it between two of her fingers. "If it gets here, you will
lose it and you will never get to put it where it is meant
to go. So you need to be calm. Understand??"

She let go of his penis and after a moment to think Toby
nodded his head yes.

"Good" Nurse Dana said "But if I see you struggle or act up
again I will have to remove the IV for your own safety It
will take hours for the pain and infection to go away
without the correct dosage of medication." She turned and
walked away.

Toby's two cousins without prompting led a less resistant
Toby behind her.

Seconds later they reached the scale. Nurse Dana informed
them. "As soon as it is free we will get your measurements
Toby."

Toby looked past the Nurse and saw the long blonde hair of a
young girl standing on the scale. She was dressed only in
one of those blue doctor gowns and facing away from him.

"Why can't I get a gown!!" Toby shouted. 

The young blonde girl turned around when she heard Toby
shout. The pretty young girl looked right at Toby with her
bright green eyes. She smiled a hello towards him and then
Toby watched as her smile changed to shock and then
enthusiasm. 

The look of total and utter amazement on the young 11 year
old girls face sent a wave through Toby's body. He tried to
break away from his cousins again. They held their grip on
him firm and Toby was helpless to do anything when his
orgasm exploded.

"Don't let him go girls!" Nurse Dana said with a smile. Dana
was happy to see her friend Allie watching the young boy
with anticipation.

Helpless to hide or run, Toby screamed out in joy as the
pleasure of his orgasm left his body. His scream turned to
fear and then embarrassment. 

The young blonde girl on the scale didn't move. She just
stared at Toby's orgasm as if hypnotized by it. Not even the
fact that some of Toby's orgasm had sprayed onto her paper
gown broke her concentration.

"Keep him standing girls" Nurse Dana asked.

Toby's  knees went weak but he remained standing as his
cousins held him up. Had he been able to turn his head he
would have noticed that they too were mesmerized. 

As the last of the joy drained from his body the first of
the tears started.  Toby bowed his head down in a vain
attempt to hide his tears. He could hide his tears but he
was unable to muffle the sound of his own crying.

To Toby the room seemed to be silent for ever. Reality was
different. 

"Oh my." Toby could only hear the voice of the other nurse
say. With his head still down he could only hear her talking
to her patient. "Well little Lucy. Looks like you enjoyed
the show?"

"Uh huh. Very much" The sound of the young girls voice made
Toby cry some more.

"Well lets get you cleaned up and out of here." The other
nurse said.

Toby heard young Lucy let out a tiny scream as he saw her
blue doctors gown hit the floor around her feet. As the feet
stepped out of the gown Toby tried to force himself to look
up.

‘This might make it ok' He told himself.

As the naked feet of young girl whished away Toby's head
sprung up. She was gone.

Nurse Dana put on some rubber gloves as she tossed the gown
away and started to clean up the mess. Crouched down just
inches away from Toby's now limp penis she looked up at him
and again took a hold of it in her fingers.

Toby jumped a mile high just from her touch almost knocking
his cousins down. 

"Girls, please take little Toby to the showers and clean him
up." Nurse Dana released Toby's penis and reached over to
unhooked the IV in Toby's arm. "The showers are right out
that door. Be quick, with out the IV Toby's  pain will be
back in a few minutes."

The two young girls led their naked cousin to the door as
instructed. Nurse Dana called back to them as they swung it
open. "Oh and girls."

Toby was blinded by some bright light as the door swung
open. His cousins had turned back in time to miss the glare.
"Be sure to clean him good. You know. Down there." She told
them as she handed Linda some wet naps.

Linda and Ann turned and led their naked cousin through the
door to the shower. As it slammed shut behind them Toby's
eyes managed to clear up. The sounds he heard told him where
he was before he could see it.

"She didn't say the showers were outside" Little Ann
