Well I guess I have just got use to it I dont really feel the kind of pain you would expect my nut may sting a litte for a minute or two. my balls spread far apart easly. however once a woman was standing around doing something she had on rubber thongs and stood across my balls instead of between and they could not escape that after about 15 seconds I started feeling real pain, and was getting alarmed I was going to get up at any second then she shifted her weight off boy was I relived.
