I know what you mean about the damage part. My wife had known about my trampling fantasies and until recently, i was trampled with her sitting in a chair. No big pressure, but it was at least something.

Last new years eve, she had a lot to drink and noticed I was checking out other women and their shoes. well she is 6' and never wears more than 2" heels. We got home and she was fired up. Asking me if i liked the other women better than her.

Now I have read about trampling and thought I knew it, but I was wrong! she gave me the trampling I wanted and it was the last time we did it that way because she felt bad for weeks. With my legs beneath the bed and my hands tied to the dresser, my d*** and torso were there for her to walk on. We (thank goodness) put a blanket on my face. Well those 2' inch heels and drunk, not caring, pissed wife destroyed me. All 200 pounds were on the little tips at times. By the time we got done, I was bloody, my d*** met the heel and lost, it was so cut up we couldn't have sex for over 2 weeks. Everytime I got hard was a new lesson in pain.

I have no idea how the Rugman does it or others, but I know i'll have to work up to it to live through that again.
