Woman charged with trying to run over husband with pickup

An Elm Mott woman was charged with aggravated assault after allegedly trying to run over her husband in a GMC pickup truck Monday morning in Waco, police said.

Three other vehicles were hit by the pickup as it drove around the parking lot of a bar at 641 Ruby Ave. at around 2 a.m., officials said.

Police arrested Kimberly Hackett, 33, in connection with the alleged attack.

Hackett, who also was listed as Kimberly Chudej, was released Monday from the McLennan County Jail after posting $3,000 bond, jail officials said.
