Here's a sort of stop-gap measure...

I know how you feel. I still haven't told my wife that I want her to crush things for me. I've gone as far as to tell her about the foot fetish aspect, and she's cool with that. :-) But I've just got to make that connection to the crush side of things at some point, 'cause it's driving me crazy.

But anyway, if you want to see your lady crush something but are still nervous about broaching the subject, what I've been doing is secretly putting beetles or flies under her shoes before she goes to work. (She leaves before I do).
Just last week for instance, I put a beetle under the 2 inch block heel of her mule.
She came downstairs with me, talking about something or other, I wasn't really paying attention 'cause I was thinking about the impending crush.
She walked barefoot across the kitchen and slid her gorgeous foot into the mule and then put her weight on it as she slid her other shoe on, wriggling her toes under the strap.

I stood there, practically panting, as I watched her. She kept right on talking while the beetle was being crushed under her heel and I could even hear the little 'crunch' as its body went flat. She didn't notice it at all, and when she turned around to step forward the smashed body was thrown a few inches by her turning heel.
She then kissed me good-bye and walked out the door, totally unaware that she'd just crushed a little life out beneath her foot.
I examined the mashed body after that, and also saw some pieces of shell, legs, etc, where she'd originally stepped on him. Jeez, it was incredible.

But nothing really compares to having her do it for you intentionally, I guess. What I'm planning to do (after we've both had a few probably) is ask my wife about her most secret fantasy or something like that, and after letting her have her say I'll bring up my crush fetish. Maybe she'll see it as a 'growing-together-as-a-couple' sort of a thing or something, who knows? I'll let you all know how it turns out, if I can summon the nerve to go through with it.
