"She'll be here in a few minutes.", said Carl to the two other executives as they stood around the computer's terminal, a little confused about how to operate the special program.

Looking toward the door, Paul, another top individual in the company , said to his buddies, " Here she is...hi Kate, so how's it going?"

" Not bad..., so what's the problem..you guys don't know what to do...like they say...it takes woman to get something done."

"Ha, ha, c'mon..., Kate...we've gotta get this program done...wanna get outta here...today's Sunday, you know.", mentioned Art.

Grinning, sexy dark-haired Kate, dressed in her black skirt suit and a nice pair of stiletto knee high black boots, replied to the man, " What's wrong, gotta go out to the golf course...can't wait, can you?"

" Ok, please everyone..., that's enough of the dry humour.", said the big boss, Carl.

Looking a little guilty, everyone remained silent for two seconds until Carl said, "So, Kate...you're the expert here...you're sure you can get this program running..., right?"

" Oh yea...all it needs is a little debugging...I can do that...I'm good at all this..., I was the head of my class in college."

" Great."

" So what's the problem anyway?", ask Paul ,leaning against the
workstation's edge in the main office, Carl's office.

" It's got to do with the rate of growth dealing with plants and animals.", said Kate as she began entering commands into the keyboard.

" It's pretty interesting...wish I knew more about that stuff.", replied Carl to Kate's remark.

" Well...that's why you hired me...I know what I'm doing."

After ten minutes, she had some parts of the program running.

" Got it fixed yet?", ask Carl.

" Not just yet...I've gotta fix a few more things."

Watching Kate work away as she bent her sexy frame forward a little, straining to see the screen, Art said, " Boy..., Kate, you've got a nice figure."

For a second, the self assertive lady froze; next , she stood straight, pushed her dark maine to one side, and then replied to the guy's remark, " You bet I've got a nice firgure...everything's nice about me."

Finished with the program, the supper smart and sexy lady said to her boss,

"Ok, Carl, it's all set...this'll work to control the rate of plant growth."

" We'll make millions on this.", said Art, also satisfied with the results.

" Yea", this genetics industrty'll really take off..., now that we've got one of the best minds in the filed working for us!", added Carl.

As all four individuals just stood there, Art continued to measure Kate off as the lady turned and strolled  to the door, ready to leave and head back to her lab. Right before she was about to push open the entrance, Paul ask, "

Grinning again, the dark-haired beauty replied, " What 's in it for me?"

Despite his serious nature, the big boss man, Carl, said, " Yea..., why not, today's Sunday, we're all alone up here on the top floor of this skyscraper... let's have a go at it."

" Like I ask before...waht's in it for me?"

"We'll pay you.", answered Art, eager to get the fun rolling.

" How much?"

" How about a thousand?", said Carl.

" Ha..., a thousand bucks to do it with all three of you guys...what do you think I am?"

After two seconds of thought, Paul said, " That's already been established, all we're doing now is hacking over the price."

" Very funny...nevertheless I want more."

" Ok". mentioned Carl, how about ten thousand?"

" Now you're talking.", replied Kate as she sroled back to the men, standing before them now.

" Let's see the bread."

" Sure, Kate, I'll simply right a check here against the compay...I'll deal with the book keeping later..there's all kinds of ways to use corporate funds for...how shall we say, business expenses."

By his desk now, the middle aged guy openned a drawer and removed a large binder having checks inside. Afterward, he wrote out the specified amount upon the paper and gave it to the attractive lady, saying, " Here you go...all for you."

Looking down at it, sexy Kate answered with a little enthusiasm, " Yea, thanks."

" When you've got it all off, keep the boots on.", said Paul, also taking off his clothes while the other two men did the same.

Confused, Carl simply stood there and ask, " What...what's going on?"

" Guys...get out of the way, move!", screamed the dark-haired beauty.

" What's she talking about?", ask Art, also confused.

Before any of the men could say another word, the light got brighter and brighter until it caused everyone in the room to cover their eyes. For the next five seconds, everyone simply stood there, seeing nothing. The time up, the light went away, and the moniror went dead.

Moving his hands away from his face, Carl looked around and ask, " What, what the...I don't get it..were am I?"

Just as confused, the other two men did the same, rotating their heads in everydirection, not realizing their fate. Suddenly, Carl turned at the sound of footsteps. Looking toward the wall, he said, " Holly shit...look at Kate, she seems like a giant!"

" It's not me that's changed..it's you guys.", mentioned the naked sexy woman as she finally stopped before them, looked down, and shifted her weight a little.

" What happened?", ask Paul.

" It seems like you three have been reduced to only three feet in hight

Thinking, Carl ask, " Kate..., can you bring us back to normal?"

" I'm gonna try...I'm gonna need all three of you to follow me out into the hall and walk over to the lab...I'll need a few blood samples from you."

Desperate to be normal again, Art suggested, " Maybe we should have her call for some outside help."

" Are you kidding, Art.", mentioned Paul, " This is too embarassing...then everyone'll  know...we'll never have any peace.

With a sigh, Art responded, " yea..., guess you're right."

" Ok guys...the sooner I start, the sooner your chances of being back to normal."

Turning, the tall and attractive female strolled to the office entrance, followed by the three reduced men. Out in the hall, Kate gracefully walked down the corridor, headed to her lab a few hundred feet ahead. As she moved, her boots echoed from the walls, producing a very errie sound. Right behind her were Carl, Paul, and Art, following the women like school children, looking like they were completely under her command.

While Carl strolled directly behind her, the lady's ass was almost touching

Doing the same with Paul, Kate finally finished up with Art and then took the samples over to a microscope, placed a few drops on a slide,and then peered into the lens.

" Hmmm...., this is strange."

" What is it? What is it?", ask all three, eager for some results.

" Something I've never seen before...can't quite make it out."

His heart beating now with excitement, Carl cried out, " Can you find out what it is..please tell me!"

" I've gotta run an analysis test on this...it's take a minute or so."

"Well..., please hurry..., I really wan be normal again.

When the time went by and the test was through, sexy Kate gazed down at the computer's monitor that was used to run the diagnosis and said, " It's weird, I'm not sure what's going on here, something's quite unique..that program must have done things that I'm not even aware of."

" But can you do something?", ask Art.

" I've gotta study this some more..give me time."

As the three men just stood there and watched the much taller lady do her work, Paul suddenly yelled out, " What the fuck...I'm feeling weird!"

A second later, Carl and Art felt the same thing.

Looking around, Carl screamed, " Oh no..., it's happening again..we're shrinking again!"

Distracted by their yells, Kate turned her head and watched as they got progressively smaller and smaller. Obviously transfixed, the women ventured over, stopped before them, shifted her weight, and just stood there, watching the men get reduced.

" Kate..., you gotta do somehing...this can't be happening to us..please help!" , yelled Carl up to the towering female.

Ten seconds later, all three men stopped shrinking.  Now, they were only a foot and a half tall!

" What's happening to us?", cried Paul, finally realizing his new hight.

Her mind working, Kate said, " Seems to me that you guys are shrinking every thirty minutes to only half of your previous size."

" Is it gonna stop?", ask art.

" Not sure...gotta study it some more."

Frightened and a little angry now as well, Carl burst forth, " Then get busy do something!"

" I am..., Iam..just hold your horses."

" This is serious!"

" I know...don't worry, I'm going to work right now."

Turning around, naked Kate was about to go back to the lab table when she suddenly stopped and ask, " But whose gonna run this plac if I don't find a solution?"

The three men looked at one another when Carl finally said with some reluctance, " "I think you're gonna have to...you're the most qualified...you 're gonna have to be the boss."

" That's right...I'm gonna run things here...I'll be the boss."

" But please..., hurry up and help us", insisted Carl.

Just standing there, Kate said, " Before I do anything...we've gotta put this on paper."

" Put what on paper?", ask eighteen inch high Paul.

" We've gotta all sign a form that puts me in charge so tomorrow everyone'll know who to follow incase I can't cure you guys by then...I mean..., it's for the best interest of the compay...right?"

With a sigh, Carl answered, " Yea..., you're right,Kate."

" Good..., follow me back to the main office."

Again, sexy naked Kate went out into the hall, followed by the three men, this time each only a foot and a half tall. As they strolled along, with Kate up front, Carl had to look up to her ass while he moved. Dropping the form before them, Kate went over to Carl's CEO desk and took up the thing, returning afterward. Sqatting, she gave the writing instrument to 'em and said, " Well...,sign."

Once by one, the three little ones put their signatures to the black lines. When they were through, Kate took the thing, stood up, and stoled over to the main desk, placing her ass in the seat of highest authority in the company. Looking at the paper, Kate put her signature on it too and then said, " Well..., this is it, I'm now in charge here..., this whole place is gonna follow me...you guys are now under me..., ha, ha..., under me..get it!"

"C',mon, Kate, let's go back to the lab, you've gotta help us.", begged Carl.

Her conscience acting on one half of her brain, and ambition working on the other, Kate decided to indulge her conscience for one last time, saying, " Ok, let's go, I''ll give it one last shot."

" Good I knew I could count on you."

Getting up, Kate mumbled to herself, " Don't hold your breath."  

Again, they marched down the hall, moving to the lab. As she stoled along, Kate pushed her hairs to one side, letting the reality of it all sink in. Twenty feet before the lab, she finally realized the full truth: SHE'S THE BIG BOSS NOW!

Inside the research area, Kate sat down behind the microscope and studied the strange phenomena some more. Ten minutes alter, she spoke to the men and said, " From what I've gathered here...I can definitely tell you that you three are finished."

His eyes wide open, Carl ask, " What do you mean?"

" I mean that the effect is nonstopable...every thrity minutes, you three are gonna shrink to only half your previous size and there's not a damn thing I or anyone else can do about it.

" You sure...there's gotta be away!"

" Nope...I'm sure."

Before the men could think of something to say, they felt the strange sensation come on. " Fuck..., man, we're shrinking again.", screamed Paul.

Seeing this, Kate went over and again stood before them, her weight shifted and one hand on her hip. Finally, they stopped shrinking at only nine inches in height!

" Kate..., do something.", pleaded Carl.

" There's nothing I can do...you guys are just fucked, that's all that's to it."

" Help...!", cried Art, screaming into the air, acting on an emotional urge of despair.

Folding her ar0ms now, Kate said, " Follow me back to the office.

" Why?", ask Carl

" Just do it?"

" Do you have something for us...something that'll help us?", inquired Paul.

A grin on her face, she responded, " Just follow me...I've got something all right."

Once more, they walked behind her, really looking up to her magnificence this time. Her boots struck the hall's tile, resounding with a haunting echo, making her an image of control and power, reminding the men that one day women will have it all!

Back in the office, Kate went over to the desk and sat behind it, placing her ass in the black leather seat. Motioning them with her finger, Kate said," Come here... little ones..., come here."

Suddenly, the strange effect began again, shinking 'em some more. When it was over, Carl, Paul, and Art were now only four and a half inches tall!

" Ha, ha..., look at you guys...getting smaller and smaller before me...all men'll one day shrink before women...this is nothing but the beginning!"

Terrified, the guys begged, " Kate..., HAVE MERCY ON US!"

"Fuck you!"

" Kate..., please!"

" I didn't say you could stop!"

Again, they placed their lips to her boot's edge and kissed away.

Letting the whole thing really inflate he ego, she told 'em to go on and on, allowing the time to pass. Soon, another half hour went by, and they were now only around two inches in hight.

" Kiss up to me, you little shits! ", screamed the boss bitch, enjoying her new role as commanding count.

Two hours later, the men were only a tenth of an inch in height. Through with having her boots worshipped, Kate bent down and reached for them, taking all three guys up between her finger tips. Stretching her other hand out, she let 'em fall into her palm and said, " Ha, what a bunch of tiny loosers, how does it feel to be one of the little people now...I  mean..you're not big shots any more..., I'm the big shot here now!"

From Carl's tiny mouth, she could barely hear, " Kate, don't hurt us, please!"

A wicked smile on her face, Kate said, " Yea...you know what?"

" What?"

" I'm gonna put you three where you really belong...you're gonna go there and shrink away, lost forever.

" What are you talking about?"

Moving her thumb and index finger closer and closer to Art, Kate raised him up and slowly moved him to the back of her ASS! With precision, the lady slowly insisted him into her butt, pushing him up it's crack.

" No, no...!", hollered Paul as she reached for him next, doing the same, sticking him up her ass!
