AUTHOR VERIFICATION STATEMENT
Applies to all stories that appear under and as submitted under this author
name.
Under the US Supreme Court ruling made on April 16, 2002, that adult material
depicting minors but that was not made through the use of any actual minor is
protected free speech. This ruling was against the child pornography
prevention act of 1996 (CPPA).
Stories under here are fantasy only, no child has been involved in creating
them. No real children have ever been touched inappropriately, harmed,
exposed, abused or exploited in the creation or distribution of the stories -
despite what the stories appear to suggest.
These stories do not represent the author as having had any involvement with
any form of underage sexual activity - nor has the author ever had any
intentions to be involved in such matters - they are written as exercises in
the literary creation and use of the English language and if readers note
carefully, any under-ages quoted in the stories can quite simply be
numerically changed to depict any human being aged 18 or over.
The author has no intention to offend any person from any part of the world.
Should offence be taken and a request to remove a story made the author
hereby states that the story considered offensive shall be removed as soon as
it can possibly be removed, regardless of whether or not the author deems it
offensive or not.
The author is neither desirous of nor attracted to nor has the author ever
been involved in any form of sexual activity with any person under 18 at any
time.
Persons named in these stories do not exist nor are they remotely based on
any living person nor based on any person preexisting the date of the story
posted or held on file - other than possible references to historical persons
of note.
Any legal authorities who in the course of their respected duties choose to
find these stories offensive / illegal are quite at liberty using their
powers to unilaterally remove them or by contacting the ASSTR site
controllers / owners / moderators, to request their removal, for whatsoever
reason they deem it appropriate to do so and from the authors point of view,
this will be fully accepted without complaint, let or hindrance.
These stories may appear real - this is the hope of the author. The author
wishes to convey a sense of reality to the reader in the same way other forms
of literature are written such as science fiction or indeed any form of
fiction - however in reality, they are simply erotic creations of literary
fantasies that are totally unreal and the subjects and situations created are
not found in the real character or nature of the author.
