 Wolverine Shinobi Chapter 01
   Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto, X-Men, Avengers, Iron Man, and Marvel
Comics.  Also I don't make any profit from this story and this is a work of
Fiction.
   A/N: This is one of the story ideas that snake1980 from Fanfiction.net
and Adultfanfiction.net came up with me.  For this one, I really don't have
to explain the idea since you can get what going from reading this chapter.
Also before you read, Naruto has both parts of the Kyuubi inside of him in
this story.  I am introducing a new character here before having her in my
other stories so try to guess who Juni's parents are before the end of the
chapter.
Sasuke looked at Naruto before leaving the Valley of the End as Kabuto
walks over to Naruto and carry him off with some sound ninjas carrying
Tayuya.  They headed back to where Orochimaru is using a different way so
they don't cross paths with Sasuke.  `The Uchiha is just a body for
Orochimaru while this brat will be the weapon that he needs to take over.
He wanted someone that can survive getting Proto-Adamantium into their
bodies.  Combining the Kyuubi's healing power with the DNA of the Kaguya
Clan and the Proto-Adamantium will make a great weapon,' Kabuto thought as
his group made it back to the base.  Orochimaru told Kabuto to get going on
the experiment as he waits for the Uchiha.  "Also make sure that the Uchiha
doesn't know about this," Orochimaru said as Kabuto went to work.  Kabuto
hopes that the Shikotsumyaku (Dead Bone Pulse) would fully work inside the
body of the brat.
   Meanwhile, Kakashi found Naruto's forehead protector along with Sasuke's
as he took them back to Tsunade.  Kakashi walks into the office of the
Hokage as Tsunade looks at him.  "Naruto is missing as I found his forehead
protector with Sasuke's.  It is unknown if Akatsuki got him or Orochimaru
or anyone else.  I want to know what you're going to do," Kakashi said as
Tsunade sighs.  "I have to tell the old fools and Danzou while you are to
try and search for Naruto with Jiraiya.  I can keep them from putting
Naruto and Sasuke as missing ninjas, but I won't be able to keep them from
telling everyone about what is in Naruto.  When you find Naruto, I will try
to keep Danzou's nose from being anywhere near him.  She will most likely
search for him too as I notice that she sense he didn't come back with
you," Tsunade said as Kakashi nods then left.
   A few days later, Sakura is heading to Tsunade's office to ask Tsunade
to teach her medic jutsu and train under her.  Tsunade is relaxing in her
office looking at something as Sakura knocks on the door as Tsunade told
Sakura to come in.  "I know why you are here and I will train you in what
your mother didn't teach you.  I bet all of your friends are going to train
to get strong enough to find Naruto," Tsunade said as she told Sakura to
head to a training ground as Sakura left the office.  Tsunade put away what
she was reading and got ready to go and train Sakura.
   Kabuto has injected the Kaguya Clan DNA into Naruto and hasn't found
anything that could count as Naruto getting the bloodline limit yet.  He
waited a few days as he went to check on Naruto and see that something is
limiting the bloodline to make Naruto able to bring out 3 bone claws on
each hand as the claws are located between the major knuckles of each
finger with the first one between his little finger and ring finger, the
second one between his ring finger and middle finger, and the last one
between his index finger and middle finger along with the fact that the
skin repairs itself when Naruto retracts the claws.  It was decided to put
the Proto-Adamantium over Naruto's bones and train the brat to be a weapon
of Orochimaru.  It took a few days, but the Proto-Adamantium is now a part
of Naruto's bones and the brat survive getting the metal inside of him.
   Two and a half years have passed as Sakura is with her teammates,
Yamato, Sai, and a girl name Juni.  Sakura was thankful for her training
with Tsunade as she was able to beat Sasori with help from Sasori's
grandma. She doesn't really know much about Juni except that her parents
are powerful and joined Konoha a year ago.  Right now, they are confronting
Orochimaru, Kabuto, and Sasuke in one of Orochimaru's many bases.  "Odd,
Naruto isn't with you and I didn't think I see her again," Sasuke said as
Juni smirks.  Juni turns her left arm to blue diamond while her right arm
now made of red fire.  Before any of them attack, one of Orochimaru's
ninjas landed near them as the ninja look up at Orochimaru.  "Sir, the brat
has escaped," was all the ninja said about something crushed his head
sending an eye at Orochimaru while the brain was smush under what crushed
the head.  "So what are you going to do now, you snake bastard," the person
said as he clean his boot of the brain matter that got on it.  "Well now
that you are out, how about you kill those people that are from the Leaf,"
Orochimaru said as the person smirks then gave him a middle finger using a
metal claw.  Orochimaru told Sasuke to take care of the person as the
weapon wasn't any used to him anymore if it doesn't obey him.  The person
removes the cloak to reveal to the Leaf ninjas that he is Naruto.  Kushina
and Mikoto appear out of the hole that Naruto made as Sasuke's attack was
block by Naruto's claws.  "Those claws must be made of Adamantium as Naruto
almost broke that guy's sword," Juni said as Sakura looks at Naruto. 
Naruto has wild like blonde hair now with bigger muscles and an animalistic
feeling coming from him.  Also he has blue eyes, peach skin, six birth
marks that are like whiskers with three on the right side of his face and
three on the left side of his face, and is wearing a white tank top, black
jeans, and black sandals that reveal his toes and heel of his feet.
   Sakura Haruno has long pink hair that stop at her thighs with her bangs
making an M shape as one bang is on the right side of her face and one bang
is on the left side of her face as both bangs start from each ear to a
little bit in front of her face while the right bang stops at her right
nipple and the left bang stops at her left nipple, peach skin, green eyes
that she can change to blue, and has a big pink vertical rhombus-shaped
diamond on her forehead which also stores chakra.  She wears a red
sleeveless cheongsam top that has a white circle on the back, black
skintight latex mini-shorts, black fingerless gloves, black boot-type
sandals that shows her toes and the heels of her feet with 16 cm heels, and
a short gray apron skirt to cover her shorts.
   Juni has eaten a Seku-Seku Kantaruupu as she can change her hair color
and eye color as she has peach skin.  She wears a sling bikini that is red
on the right side and white on the left side, latex fingerless gloves that
stops at the middle of her upper arms as the right glove is red and the
left glove is white, and latex platform thigh-high kinky boots with 16 cm
stiletto heels as the right boot is red and the left boot is white.  Naruto
kicks Sasuke in the stomach as Sasuke felt like he was hit by a club.  What
he doesn't know is that the Adamantium has increase the power behind
Naruto's close combat attacks since his metal bone made his body weigh
more. Sasuke prepare a Chidori as Naruto blocks it with his claws then
punch Sasuke in the face breaking Sasuke's nose.  Sasuke was about to
attack when he saw his mother and notice that his mother has a new
Doujutsu.
   Mikoto has activated her Akumagan (Demon Eye) as it has nine white
tomoes that have three on each of the three black circles that surrounds
the red irises, pupils, and stop on the red scleras.  The three black
circles are position on both eyes as the third black circle separating the
sclera from the iris, the second black circle is in the middle of the first
black circle and the third black circle, and the first black circle
surrounds the pupil.  It has the powers of the Sharingan, the Rinnegan, and
the Byakugan as it doesn't have the weaknesses of the three doujutsus. 
"Leave Sasuke or I will have to take you down," Mikoto said as the set of
tomoes on the third circle on her eyes begin to spin.  Sasuke backs away as
he left with Orochimaru and Kabuto as Naruto yawns.  Sakura walks over to
Naruto as Yamato sends a bunch of wood at Naruto, but Naruto just slice the
wood to pieces.  Naruto walks towards Yamato as Yamato started to do
something, but was tied up by golden chakra chains from Kushina.
   "We know what your true master order you to do Yamato as we can't have
that happen.  So we are heading home and you will not do anything or I show
you why the Uzumaki Clan was feared.  Oh hi Sakura," Kushina said as Yamato
sighs.  The group head back to the Leaf Village as Sakura heard Juni said
the name Logan when she is talking to Kushina about Naruto.  `I wonder if
this has something to do with those claws that Naruto has,' Sakura thought
as they walk into the village of Konoha.
   The group walks into the Hokage's office as Tsunade turns around and
sees Naruto.  "It is nice to see you are back Naruto, but right now we need
to go to a meeting with the council about you," Tsunade said as she lead
them to a meeting room.  `Naruto has changed since those years ago and even
seem to be a little wild,' Sakura thought as the group walk into a big
room. There in the room is the leader of the clans, some Jounins, some
Chuunins, and a few people that own business that help the village.  "So we
are here and what do you want with Naruto that you couldn't let me talk
with him more?" Tsunade asked Danzou Shimura.  "The reason is that we don't
know if we can trust Naruto after being with Orochimaru for so long.  Along
with the fact that we don't know what this Adamantium does to him and if he
hasn't been taken over by the fox," Danzou said as Naruto seems to be
sniffing the air.  "Wow, I never smell a bigger load of bullshit from
anyone before in my life," Naruto said as Danzou glare at him.
   "All I am saying is that we should not give him back the right to be a
ninja until we are sure that he can be trusted," Danzou said as Naruto gave
Danzou a middle finger with a claw.  "You really are smelling like a bull
shitted on you right now.  How do we know if you can be trusted when I
smell no more then twelve different scents on you with one of them coming
from your bandaged eye," Naruto said as Danzou glares at him.  Naruto
smirks then make his claws appear as he got ready then said, "So are you
going to reveal what those scents are from or did you steal a Sharingan
from someone." The other people in the room are shocked as Danzou got ready
to leave when Naruto tackle him.  "How did you guess that it was a
Sharingan and not the Byakugan?" Sakura asked as Naruto smirks.  "Because
why would someone want that low class doujutsu when they can get the get
and powerful Sharingan.  Also there is the fact that the Uchiha clan was
killed and Mikoto told me that some members were missing eyes.  The Uchiha
Clan loves their Doujutsu unlike the Hyuuga Clan who only like their main
family to keep it," Naruto said as he then stabs Danzou.  Danzou was lifted
by Naruto as Mikoto removes the right part of the top of Danzou's robe to
reveal the face of the First Hokage on Danzou's shoulder.  "What the, why
isn't it working?" Danzou asked as Naruto smirks.  "On our way back, Mikoto
told me about a former Uchiha that can deactivate the abilities of the
Sharingan even Doujutsu: Izanagi," Naruto said as Zakia steps out of the
shadows.
   Zakia has a tanned skin tone as her skin tone is near light brown, long
purple hair that stops at her booty, black eyes, black polish on her
fingernails and toenails, and black lipstick on her smooth lips.  She wears
a red cropped tube top that shows her midriff, black latex shorts, a black
flak jacket which looks more like a vest with pockets on the lower part of
the flak jacket, a zipper in the middle of the flak jacket, and three
rectangle pouches on each side of the chest to hold scrolls, kunais, and
other tools, red thigh-high stockings that are open to show her toes, red
fingerless gloves, and black sandals with a strap between over her feet
near her toes and a strap over her feet near the ankles of her feet.
   "So what are you going to do now?  Kill me like the demon that you are,"
Danzou said as Naruto removes his claws.  "No," Naruto said he slice off
Danzou's right arm and destroy the eyes of Shisui Uchiha.  Naruto then
sheathes two claws to have the middle one out as he made the middle one a
little longer then slice Danzou's head off as he smirks, "I killed you like
the ninja that I am." "Well now that is over with, I'll like to welcome
Naruto Uzumaki back as a shinobi and member of team seven," Tsunade said as
the members agree.  "You know for someone that hasn't been training, you
have great skill with those claws.  I wonder if I can get Xaura to teach
you some things," Juni said as Naruto looks at her.
   "I guess I explain a little about myself.  You see me, my parents, and a
few others came to this world when a portal open up and suck us in it as
there is no way back.  In my original world, there was a guy that liked one
of my parents called Logan and his nickname was Wolverine.  He almost has
the same abilities that you have, but I never seen him being able to make
his claws longer," Juni said as Naruto, Sakura, Juni, and Zakia went out of
the manor.  Sakura told Naruto about what happen and about Gaara as Naruto
was thankful that Zakia was there at the time.  They met up with the rest
of Naruto's friends as he got to know them again.
   Juni was looking at them as they don't know that she is reading their
minds at the time.  `That Hyuuga heiress is going to get on my nerves with
her thoughts that she can get Naruto to like her.  Maybe I should,' Juni
thought before she smirks then change to look like Hinata, but with part of
the bangs missing on the left side of her hair.  Juni removes her bikini
and jumps around as they are in a public place and people are seeing
Hinata's body through Juni looking like her.  Hinata ran after Juni, but
Juni then made a pole and rubs against it as she then use the pole to hit
Hinata on the head then shake her body at the crowd.  Juni then removes
Hinata's clothes and left back to where the others are after putting on her
sling bikini.
   "What was that about?" Sakura asked Juni as Juni just smirks then said
that it was payback for when Juni first met Hinata.  "She tried to
embarrass me so I just did it back and she isn't a virgin in both sense,"
Juni said as Sakura just looked shock.  "So the metal in your body makes
you weigh more then you normal do.  That must make your taijutsu more
powerful then it normally would be," Tenten said as she is looking at
Naruto's claws.  "Well, I learn about what you all been doing, but what
about our teachers," Naruto said as Sakura decided to take this question.
"Well, Kakashi is the same, Asuma is also the same, and Kurenai has been
busy with something.  We all know that she isn't pregnant since she never
came to the hospital, but she been going on a lot of mission with others. I
heard that this Xaura is on the team that Kurenai is with on missions.  So
I thought it had to do with them, but they always seem to be heading
towards Kiri," Sakura said as Naruto nods.  `I wonder if the rumors about
Tsunade and the new Mizukage have something to do with some of the
missions,' Naruto thought.
   "I think it has to do with the new Mizukage that I heard about as Kiri
is starting to change.  Maybe they are helping with stuff as this village
is now allied with Kiri," Zakia said as Naruto was walking up a tree.  "Ok,
I did everything that you asked and shown you that I didn't forget stuff so
can we go and eat already," Naruto said as everyone went to a restaurant to
eat after finding Hinata.  Juni told Naruto and Sakura that Xaura should be
back tomorrow and that she will take them to see Xaura, her friends, and
her parents.
   A/N: The Akumagan will look like the one that been shown in this chapter
for now on as I don't want it to be confused with Sasuke's Rinnegan and the
Rinnegan of the mother of the Sage of the Six Paths.
Also due to the ability of the Shikotsumyaku, I will have Naruto be able
to make the claws as long as he wants to.  Also I wonder how many episodes
of the anime are going to be used to make up dreams of the characters
trapped in the genjutsu.  It just a question that I want you to think about
even if you don't watch the anime anymore.
   I decided to make one big council instead of two councils like most
stories have.  If you can't tell, Juni when she looks like Hinata was
mimicking the Road to Ninja look for Hinata.
