 Naki Dawn Chapter 13
   A/N: This chapter will introduce what I think is kind of needed in the
manga of One Piece which is more Sea Battles.  The only problem is that
there is kind of a disadvantage due to the weakness of Devil Fruit Users
and the fact that most of the arcs are spent on islands then the sea.  Also
I know that some arcs start out at sea, but most of the arc is spent on
some kind of land or ship.  I will try to put in more Sea Battles to make
up for the arcs in this story taking place out of the sea.
Also remember to reread from chapter 4 as I made a lot of changes to the
story and characters before I post this chapter.  Also Tikal's and Sacul's
name come from Mayan origins.
   The Kagechaft moves as the servbots got the cannons ready as the crew
got on the middle deck to help defend the ship.  "Zurina D.  Naki, give up
now and no one has to get hurt.  All we ask is for you to die as that is
the Goal of the Ladies of Sin.  If you don't give up then we will send your
ship and crew to an early grave," said one of the enemy pirates.  `Ladies
of Sin, who the hell are these people and why are they after me?  Whatever,
I just have to take care of the main person and that is the one with the
name Pride,' Zurina thought as she sighs.  "How about no, FIRE!!!" Zurina
shouted as the servbots fire the cannons at the enemy ships.  The cannon
balls hit a shield as Zurina figured out that there must be magic users on
the ships.  "Hey, we are going to need to get close and board their ships.
Anyone that can put up a shield do it to protect the ship.  Tron, have the
servbots fire bombs at the shields to weaken their shields," Zurina said as
the Kagechaft moves towards Pride's fleet.  "Gomu-Gomu no Fuusen," Vena
said as she inflates herself rapidly through her mouth, further increasing
her resistance to blunt attacks.  With her inflated body, Vena deflected
cannon balls back at one of the ships.
   Zurina is at the front of the Kagechaft as she looks over the fleet and
saw up to ten ships.  "Ok, Tron get us close to the main ship as everyone
that can fly head and attack the other ships," Zurina said as Iris, Ashlee,
Rouge, Topaz, Shoubu, Ben, Gwen, and Lydia went to attack five of the
ships. Vena use Gomu-Gomu no Rocket to get her to one of the ships as the
Kagechaft got close to the main ship of the fleet.  The rest of the crew
except for Tron and Rooru attack the main ship.  Zurina look around as the
captain of the ship walks up to them.  "What are you playing at Debora?"
Zurina asked Debora as she grins.  "It is easy, our leader orders your
death and I am going kill you," Debora said as Zurina sighs.  "Whatever the
problem that your leader has with me, she can come and deal with me
herself," Zurina said as she covers her right arm in black smoke.  Debora
dash towards Zurina as Zurina appear in front of Debora then punch her
sending Debora into the mast of the ship by launching her using the black
smoke.
   Jessica is attacking one of the ships near the main one as she hits some
of the pirates with her whip.  She avoids an attack from a pirate wielding
an axe as the pirate smirks.  The pirate is wearing a cloth that covers his
head except for his eyes.  He charges at Jessica as she hits the pirate
with her whip as she then throws a dagger at another pirate.  The pirate
psyches himself up as his tension increase to 25 percent.  "Tension huh,
then come on," Jessica said as she swings her whip taking out another
pirate.  The hooded pirate jumps in the air as he slams his hammer which
Jessica blocks with her forearm.  "If you can't master Tension then it will
be used up with one attack," Jessica said as she kicks the pirate away. 
"Hinotama (Fireball)," Jessica said as she sends a fireball at another
pirate burning him.  The hooded pirate psyches himself up as his tension
increase to 60 percent.
   Jessica sighs then dash towards the hooded pirate as he charges at her
then swings his hammer as his miss.  Jessica then kicks a few pirates as
Rosalind kick one that was behind her in the head as Rosadia destroy the
mast of the ship by throwing a pirate into it.  The hooded pirate jumps in
the air as he slams down, but got slice in half by someone.  "You're,"
Jessica said as she look at one of Zurina's teachers, Retsu Unohana.  Retsu
Unohana has the appearance of a very youthful woman with blue eyes, peach
skin, and black hair.  Her hair is long and is always worn as a large braid
in front which is tied by a gold band with eleven green oval-shaped gems on
it.  She is motherly to everyone and has a large string attached to the
sheath of her Zanpakutou and carries it over her shoulder.  Her sword,
Minazuki (Flesh-Drops' Gorge), is a nodachi with its guard has an oval
shape and the handle is red.
   Retsu is here with two more people.  Isane Kotetsu has peach skin, gray
eyes, and short messy silver hair as some of her hair shoulder-length and
is braided on the right-side of her head.  Kiyone Kotetsu has peach skin,
gray eyes, and shoulder-length dark blonde hair.  Isane is the identical
twin sister of Kiyone as the sisters aren't the same height with Isane
being taller then Kiyone.  They have weapons sealed in a silver crystal
armband that they wear on their right wrist.
   "I heard that Zurina had left the island before I could see her so I
decided to find her and wonder if she wants me to join her crew," Retsu
said as Jessica said the Zurina is fighting on the main ship of this fleet.
On another ship, Charmcaster is dodging attacks when she saw her mother,
Chantcaster, appear.  Chantcaster look like her daughter, but a little
older and wear the same outfit as her daughter.  Chantcaster asked when Ben
and Gwen are.  "Their mothers are looking for them and I wonder where
Zurina is at since that is her Jolly Roger," Chantcaster said as on top of
the mast of the Kagechaft is a black flag.  The Jolly Roger on the black
flag is a white skull with two white bones in an X as there is a black X on
the forehead of the skull representing Zurina.
   "Father is on the main ship of this fleet fighting someone named
Debora," Charmcaster said as Charmcaster is one of the children of Zurina.
Ben's mother, Sandra is on a ship fighting some pirates as Gwen's mother,
Natalie kick one of the pirates in the stomach.  "Where are they?  When I
find Zurina, I'll get her to tell me why she was late to the meeting spot,"
Sandra said as Natalie sighs.  Sandra Tennyson has peach skin, green eyes,
and blonde hair that stops at her beginning of her back.  She wears a green
tank top, black pants with two extra pockets that have one pocket on the
left side of the pants and one pocket on the right side of the pants, and
white sneakers with two black stripes over the top of them.  Natalie
Tennyson has peach skin, blue eyes, and red hair that stops at the middle
of her neck.  She wears a blue tank top, purple pants with two extra
pockets that have one pocket on the left side of the pants and one pocket
on the right side of the pants, and white sneakers with two black stripes
over the top of them.  Ben and Gwen ran into their mothers as Ben and Gwen
are cousins and half siblings because the sisters gotten pregnant by a
sperm from the same person who is Zurina.
   Anyway, Ben told them that Zurina left Twilight Island a day earlier
then planned to meet up with Vena on their birthdays.  "What is Debora
doing, but first we have to take out her and that daughter," Natalie said
as a woman and her daughter appear.  The duo are Bianca D.  Naki and Bianka
D.  Naki as they have blue eyes, brown skin, and blonde hair as Bianca has
her hair in a low braided ponytail that stop close to the middle of her
back while Bianka has her hair in a bob cut hairstyle.  "Why are you going
against Zurina when she is the father of Bianka and the other two daughters
of your half-sisters?" Sandra asked Bianca as Bianca sighs.
   "We aren't against Zurina, it just that Debora is doing her own thing.
She has too much pride to tell us if she is being controlled or not. 
Anyway, I want to fight against you, Sandra, so are you ready?" Bianca said
as Sandra smirks.  Bianca dashes toward Sandra as Sandra blocks Bianca's
punch then counter with a kick that was blocked.  Bianca put her right hand
in a claw position as she sharpen her nails to try to stab Sandra.  Sandra
dodge the attack as she turns her right fist into steel then punch Bianca
in the stomach then grab Bianca in a headlock.  "So you want to keep
fighting or do you give up?" Sandra asked her opponent as Bianca gave up.
"Also Debora isn't being controlled as it would have broken already,"
Natalie said as they saw a ship get destroy by cannon from the Kagechaft.
Tron moves the Kagechaft out of the way of more cannon balls as she return
fire with her own cannons sinking another ship.
   "Gomu-Gomu no Gatling," Vena said as she rapidly punch a bunch of
pirates off the ship that she is on then one of her punches hit a magic
shield.  "Sorry, but can you stop defeating the members of this crew," said
Nera D.  Naki as Vena smirks then got ready.  "Bouncy Shot," Vena said as
she shots an arrow from her bow as it bounce off the railings towards Nera.
"Baria Engai (Barrier Dome)," Nera said as the spell forms a barrier to
protect her in the shape of a dome.  "Gomu-Gomu no Kane," Vena said as she
stretches her neck backwards then snaps it back to deliver a powerful
headbutt as the barrier is destroy.  Nera's daughter, Zera, appear to
defend her mother as Vena stop one of her attacks.  Nera D.  Naki and Zera
D.  Naki have blue eyes, brown skin, and blue hair as Nera will have her
long hair down or in pigtails while Zera has her hair in a bob cut
hairstyle.  Nera is the half-sister and cousin to Debora and Bianca.
   Zera told Vena that Zurina is the father of Zera as Vena told them to
head to the Kagechaft.  Vena, Nera, and Zera left the ship as Tron destroy
it with the Kagechaft.  Tron look around to see that everyone is back as
she moves the Kagechaft towards the remaining ship of the fleet which is
the main ship as Zurina dodge an attack from Debora.  Debora's daughter,
Defora, is watching them as Zurina hits Debora with a low kick making
Debora land on her butt then got ready for another kick.  Zurina build up
power in her right leg then swings it at Debora as Debora dodge the attack
and the kick went through the bottom of the mast knocking it over. 
"Debora, tell me who your leader is and I might lessen the punishment that
I will give you later," Zurina said as Debora jumps in the air and spins as
she is holding a big hammer.  Zurina dodge the strike as Debora left a hole
in the ship.
   Debora harden her hammer as she swings it at Zurina as Zurina just grab
it then push it away making Debora trip.  "Your Busoushoku Haki isn't
strong enough to be used against me," Zurina said as Vena wonder about what
Haki is since she heard that word again.  Debora looks at Zurina in anger
as Debora stands up then dash towards Zurina as Zurina use Soru and knocked
out Debora as she took Debora and Defora onto the Kagechaft.  Tron destroys
the last ship after the crew got the stuff off of it then move the
Kagechaft away from the site of the battle.  Debora was woken up as she
looks at Zurina then sighs.  Debora D.  Naki and Defora D.  Naki have blue
eyes, brown skin, and black hair as Debora has her hair in a puffy ponytail
that stops at her booty while Defora has her hair in a bob cut hairstyle.
Defora, Zera, and Bianka are daughters of Zurina as they are all talking
with each other.  Zurina told Tron to change the flag on the mast to the
personal Jolly Roger of Zurina and the new Jolly Roger of the crew.
   "Zurina, I heard the word Haki twice now and I wonder what it is since I
think that I can learn it," Vena said as she heard Chel talk about Haki a
day ago.  "Well then I think I can teach you about Haki.  There are three
kinds of Haki as two of them can be learned, but the last of them is only
one that is a gift to people.  Kenbunshoku Haki (Haki of the Color of
Observation) lets anyone able to sense the presence of others along with
being able to sense the moves of others, the strength of others, and the
emotions and natures of others.  The thing is that random attacks can't be
predicted by using Kenbunshoku Haki along with the fact that you have to be
fast to dodge the attack that you predicted and must be aware of yourself
and your surroundings.  Also you must keep your concentration up or this
Haki will fail you in battle.  I used Kenbunshoku Haki when those ships
weren't too near the Kagechaft to get Tron ready for the battle," Zurina
said as she told Vena.
   "Next is Busoushoku Haki (Haki of the Color of Armaments) which lets
anyone form an invisible armor to defend against attacks.  Also this
invisible armor can be use to increase attack power as it can be used as
pure brute force or imbued into weapons to increase their effectiveness. 
Any attacks enhanced by Busoushoku Haki hit immensely harder then attacks
without the Haki.  If any Devil Fruit alters the body of someone then
Busoushoku Haki can break through those protections.  Busoushoku Haki also
works on anyone that has body-altering powers not from a Devil Fruit too,
but those people are harder to fight against even with Busoushoku Haki. 
This Haki is useful against Paramecia Devil Fruit Users and what is called
the most powerful class of Devil Fruit Users, the Logia.  Now, this Haki
helps fight against Logias and Paramecias, but this Haki doesn't disable
the Powers of the Logia.  It lets you grab them as if their body is still
solid and damage them as Logias shouldn't fight someone who has a greater
level of Haki since their transformation state is just increase body
volume," Zurina said as Vena now knows that her grandfather had use Haki to
hit her.
   "Also you can harden your body to a point that it changes color as it
will always turn to be a shiny black color.  These parts are denser and any
attack using these body parts are greatly more powerful then before.  It is
rare for the color to be different then black unless you are special like
Chel as her harden parts are gold in color.  Also there is a known Logia
Devil Fruit that can let the eater do the same thing as Chel with using
Busoushoku Haki as I believe that is also the Devil Fruit that a lot of
Pirates want, the Kin-Kin no Mi (Gold-Gold Fruit)," Zurina said as Nami
notice the name of the Devil Fruit that Zurina talked with Vena about. 
"That Devil Fruit might help me," Nami said before stopping herself.
   "Busoushoku Haki can't be used to increase the attacks that are energy
based and Logia based," Zurina said as she told Vena the Busoushoku Haki
also work on the users' weapon too.  "Last is Haoushoku Haki (Haki of the
Color of the Conquering King) which can only be trained with you are born
with this Haki.  Haoushoku Haki lets you dominate the wills of others which
will knock out the person.  Someone who has a stronger will can resist and
even ignore the effects of this Haki.  Here I show you what I mean," Zurina
said as she use sends a quick burst of Haoushoku Haki at Kiyone knocking
her out.  Zurina then sends a quick burst of Haoushoku Haki at Retsu, but
it did nothing as Retsu smirks.  Kiyone got up, but felt chills over her
body as Zurina told Vena about the aftereffects of waking from being
knocked out by Haoushoku Haki.  "You can use continuous burst which will
knock out the ones with weaker wills around and also effect affect physical
objects in the area.  Also Haoushoku Haki can be used to tame or intimidate
creatures to show your superiority over them.  I can use it and not hit my
allies, but users that don't have control will always hit their allies. 
Anyway, I think it is time to talk about the three types of Devil Fruits,"
Zurina said.
   "Well the first is the Paramecia Devil Fruit as Vena has eaten one
already making her a rubber girl.  Paramecia Devil Fruit can do anything
except transforming into elements or transforming into animals.  Some
Paramecia Devil Fruits can be mistaken as Logias because of what they can
do, but they aren't.  There is a Paramecia Devil Fruit that gives someone
the power to be the strongest person in the world if mastered.  Next is the
Zoan Devil Fruit as those devil fruits let the eater become an animal. 
Zoan Devil Fruit users can change parts of their body into the animal that
they are, become a hybrid, and even fully turn into their animal.  There is
a rarer type of Devil Fruit which belongs in the Zoan type called Mythical
Zoan as those Devil Fruits let the eater turn into a mythological creatures
that each have different powers as I heard there is one that has powers of
a Zoan mixed with Paramecia and Logia.  Some Zoan can be Carnivorous
animals and even ancient animals along with the Zoan gaining a boost of
strength.  Also I know that Awaken Zoans as those Zoans are stronger then
they normally would be," Zurina said as she takes a drink.
   "The last type of Devil Fruit is the powerful Logia Devil Fruit.  Logias
are powerful as they can turn into an element making them intangible.  The
element that a Logia can use is limitless and they are almost unbeatable
when transformed or in an place that have their element.  Also their normal
strength means nothing when using a Logia power since the Devil Fruit
doesn't boost strength as the strength of the element is only boosted in a
place of their element.  My powers are similar to the Logia Devil Fruit
that has the power of the Darkness Element, but that Devil Fruit is kind of
special for being the only Logia Devil Fruit so far to not let the eater
transform into the element.  You see I can transform into Darkness which
also has a gravity pull," Zurina said as she turns into black smoke then
turns back to normal.
   "Using Busoushoku Haki is one way to defeat a Logia, but if your skill
with Haki isn't good enough then you need to use Kairouseki (Sea Watchtower
Stone) aka Seastone either on a weapon or as a weapon or something that is
the weakness of the element or finding a way to get a sneak attack.  Anyway
Vena, I want you to eat something and drink something that will get rid of
you losing your powers in the sea," Zurina said as she hands a apple-sized
blue grape and a cup filled with golden color soda.  "The Grape is a Sea
Salt Grape which will give you the ability to swim if you can't or if you
eaten a Devil Fruit and the soda is Miracle Soda which lets you use your
Devil Fruit powers in the sea.  You will still be weaken by Kairouseki, but
not to the point that you lose your powers as for Logias still will have
their element creating powers, but their ability to turn into the element
is slower," Zurina said as Vena ate the grape and drunk the soda.  Zurina
told Vena that she is going to learn how to swim as they walk down to the
ninth floor where the pool is at.  At the pool there are three new people
that join the crew during the fight against the Pride Fleet.
   Denise Marmalade has long brown hair that stops her waist, blue eyes and
peach skin.  She wears a blue bikini top, black skintight latex shorts, and
blue platform pumps with wedge heels that have the heel of her feet up
three inches then the bottom of her feet.
   Lyris Deetz has long black hair in a ponytail with her hair going
upwards then four strands of her hair curved downwards in four different
directions, pale white skin, pink eye shadow on her eyelids, red lipstick
on her lips, black polish on her fingernails and toenails, and black eyes
along with her cock having purple head and the shaft of her cock having
white and gray horizontal stripes on it and her nipples and areolas are
either pink or any other color then white.  She wears a red sleeveless,
strapless latex leotard that has a black spider web design on it, long red
latex gloves that stops at the middle of her upper arms, and red latex
thigh-high kinky boots with 16 cm stiletto heels.  She is the mother to
Lydia as she loves Lydia and Zurina along with being the one to teach Lydia
things as Zurina is the father of Lydia.
   Lainey Whiskers is a Bunny Girl with blonde hair in two pigtails that
look like two lop-eared rabbit ears on the top of her head as she has human
ears, silky brown skin, a black bunny's nose and blue eyes.  She wears a
purple latex sling bikini, long black latex fingerless gloves that stops at
the middle of her upper arms, and black latex thigh-high kinky boots with
14 cm stiletto heels.  Lainey is a friend of Brandy as they are catching
up.
   Zurina has Nami help with teaching Vena how to swim as she went and talk
with Lyris.  Lyris has the same powers as Lydia and is relaxing with her
daughter in the pool.  "So Zurina, what do you think is up with these
Ladies of Sin?" Lyris asked as she is floating on the water.  "Who knows,
but I will take care of them when I find them.  I still have to become the
Pirate Empress," Zurina said as Lyris smirks.  Nami lose her bikini top
when Vena took it and swim away.  "Get back here," Nami said as she swims
after Vena as the two went to the middle of the pool as Nami miss Vena. 
Vena grabs Nami's breasts as Nami blushed while Vena hangs on since Nami is
swimming under the water.  "You know that might help Vena get better with
fighting in the water," Zurina said as she was watching them playing.  Nami
swims away from Vena as Vena stretch her arm underwater as she slaps Nami's
booty.
   Zurina sense the presence of someone that isn't a part of his crew near
the Kagechaft as she left the ninth floor with Vena, Nami after she gotten
her bikini top back, Lydia, Lyris, and Naledi.  Zurina have Katara bring
the person onto the deck as Zurina knows who this is.  "This is Hatsune
Miku, but what is she doing here?" Zurina said as Tron went to get
something to help wake Miku up.  "Odd, why would she be beaten up," Zurina
said as Retsu checks on Miku with Kaya.  Tron came back with some of the
healing liquid that Retsu made as Retsu help Tron pour it down Miku's
throat.  Miku opens her eyes as she looks around seeing these new people.
"Gumi," Miku said as Retsu told them that they should let Miku rest as
Zurina made a bed for Miku on the middle deck.  Retsu is teaching Kaya some
things about medicine as Mio and Ritsu are talking.  "I can't believe that
we got Hatsune Miku on the ship.  Ritsu, I'm sorry," Mio said as she
apologize about the argument that they had back before fighting Kuro. 
Ritsu hugs Mio as Nami is reading the book on Devil Fruits by E.  O.  as
the book seems to update on it own.
   Yui and Ui are relaxing on the middle deck as Azusa and Tsumugi are in
the kitchen with Cattleya and Rana cooking eggs mixed with corned beef
hash, beef patties, sausages, toast, biscuits with butter and grape jelly,
and cinnamon raisin bagels with cream cheese.  Ben and Gwen are talking
with their mothers as they wonder about the people that they are after.  "I
haven't spotted Kevin or her, but I know that they are out there.  We will
take care of them when we see them," Natalie said as Ben sighs.  Ben knows
that he has to get rid of Kevin as Kevin destroyed an island.  He wants to
make sure that Kevin doesn't get what he is after which is powers that
could match those of a Deity.  Gwen knows that Kevin killed a lot of people
even children as she won't forgive him for that.  Kevin and the other
person that they were after used to be part of a group until those two went
and did their own things as the Tennysons want to take them out now because
of the damage to innocent lives that the two caused.
   Azumi is working on Azuri since the sisters only trust each other to
deal with their body and things in them while Senka is playing with a ball
as Azumi looks at her.  "So what are you really, you have no parents from
what I know of you," Azumi said as the black cat looks at her.  "Well if
you want to know then you could call me a partner," Senka said.  "Zurina
created me using her powers and I hold something inside of me that she
wanted to keep locked away.  I am my own person, but I want to give
whatever she locked away back to her.  It just that she is rejecting my
attempts to give it back to her.  I really don't know what to do," Senka
said.  "She will need to overcome the problem that made her locked it
inside of you in the first place as that is why you can't give it back.  I
believe that Zurina and this crew will do get things as they already helped
someone," Azumi said as Senka knows that she meant Kaya.  "Don't worry,
Zurina will overcome her problems as no one can be a captain of the crew
that Zurina wants.  I know what happen that made Zurina lock away whatever
is inside of you," Azumi said as Senka nods.
   "What she locked away was memories, not anything doing with her powers
as she sealed those inside of herself and doesn't want to release them,"
Retsu said as she walks over to them.  "Memories, but could it be from that
time?" Senka asked as Retsu sighs.  "Yes, it has to do with what happened
when Zurina was eight as she lose someone and watched something happen
thinking that her powers caused it.  This was before she learned that Sabo
was killed as Zurina, Raven, Vena, Ace, and Sabo act like they are brother
and sister to each other," Retsu said.  Azumi and Azuri pay attention to
this as Azumi is finished with working on Azuri.  She sends what she did to
Azuri as Azumi sat down and Azuri went to work on Azumi's body doing the
same thing that Azumi did to Azuri's body.  The sisters use their mind link
to make sure that they do the same thing to the other's body when they are
the one doing the checking and moderations.
   At the same time, Zurina explain to Nami why Vena treats Zurina and
Raven like sisters.  "We were even born on the same day so when I went to
visit Vena one day, I met Sabo then did a ceremony with Raven, Vena, Ace,
and Sabo to adopt each other as brother and sister.  It is kind of how I
treat you like a sister, Nami," Zurina said as Nami smiles.  Tron is doing
a check of herself to see if there is anything wrong.  Once she found
nothing, she went to do the same check on Miku then saw something. 
"Zurina-sama, come and see this," Tron said as Zurina walks over and looks
at the screen then narrow her eyes.  "Something put a bunch of programs in
her along with something hidden and a tracker.  We're going to have company
soon as there are two people heading this way," Tron said as Zurina smirks.
   A/N: The Ladies of Sin are only going to be messing with the crew until
after a time.  By then all the Ladies would have join the crew.  Also I am
moving an arc created for this story to be next so there will be more
members in the crew then I had planned before the Arlong Arc.  I decided to
put the talk about Haki here along with the Devil Fruits as you should
remember that Devil Fruit that was named.
