 Chapter Five
   I could really get used to this, waking up to the smell of breakfast
each morning.  When I had staggered to the bathroom and made my bladder

   Meghan and Kelly came in, and sat on either side of me, they rattled
their cups on their saucers, and Vicki giggled as she came over and poured
coffee for them.

coffee.
   "Vicki, thank you for the coffee, will you please stay here with us, and
do this each morning." Meghan said.

   When they had settled down some, Maren came over, and squatted down next

and Maren on the other.
   "She has a long way to go; she and I have talked, and she will practice
her speech all day, every day.  Soon, she will be able to talk faster, as

each time we come back; if we need to, we will find her a therapist,
locally, that will help her, but first I want her to try this herself, I
know she can do it.
   "When I was in high school, I had a bad lisp also, and I could have

   Jonas and Francine came in, and we all had breakfast, with talk of the
day ahead, and the trail ride we were going on.  Maren and Vicki were going

this afternoon.  We would show them where the Survey Crew would start the
staking for the access roads, and where the heavy equipment could be moved
in.

of how the condominium complex would look.  Kelly and Meghan were ready to
start on them today, when they saw what we had in mind.
   When we stopped for a rest, a drink, and a sandwich; Meghan, Kelly, and

played in a big open field, that one day would be filled with big RV's from
all over the States and Canada.  Soon it was time to move on, and turn back
to the area where the bungalows were; Joe took us down his favorite trail
near the lake shore, and the view was really one of the best we had seen on
the whole place.
   We had seen what we went to see.  Now we had in our heads the layout of
the property, and where we wanted to start immediate construction.  We
already knew where we wanted to add more bungalows; that area had been
cleared long before by the Brackens, they had just never made the final
decision to expand.
   We met with the contractor about building roads, and getting the RV Park
under construction.  He and I agreed to meet the next morning, and ride
back over there, in his Jeep, to mark the area off.
   Jonas and I met with Meghan and Kelly, when the contractor they wanted
to build the condos showed up.  We showed him on the lake map where we
wanted to start; he promised to have us a sketch of the proposed layout, in
a week, and if we approved it, he could start right away.
   Meghan and Kelly wanted him to move his equipment in immediately, and
start building the roads, and get them graveled so he could move building
materials in as soon as we approved his plans.
   The next three days were just as busy, now that we were talking to
builders and contractors.  The second day, we looked across the lake and
saw three huge Caterpillar dozers moving along the high ridge above the
lake, pushing trees, and piling them up, as they cleared the path for the
first roads back to the RV park, and the condominium construction sites.
   At the end of the second day, we had our first company meeting with all
our employees.  Jonas and I cooked forty steaks with all the fixings and
trimmings.
   We had the maintenance crew move more picnic tables in front of the two
bungalows where we were staying.
   Geri had made a list of all the employees, and their job descriptions;
even the part time housekeeping help that cleaned the bungalows every other
day, and when they became vacant.
   When Meghan and Kelly had gone to town earlier in the week, they had
planned this meeting, and had t-shirts made up for all of us, and the
employees, with Little Beaver Nature Resort screened on the back; including

   "There will be a suggestion box at the office, not for guests, but for
each employee to suggest anything about the resort, or their job, which
might help us all be better at serving our guests.
   "I'm sure you've seen all that is happening around you, and especially
over in the undeveloped portions of the property; we have plans to build
twenty five new bungalows by this time next year, and twenty five more the
next year.
   "We will announce soon, the opening of a large RV park, on the high
ground, above the south end of the lake.  Construction will also start on
the first condominium complex, which will eventually total twenty five
units along the shore of the lake on the south end.
   "Within the next few months, we will start construction of a new
convention center next to the new steak house/seafood restaurant on the
east side of the lake.
   Kelly took over then, and spoke to the employees briefly about benefits
and salaries.
   "I just want all of you to know that we have reviewed the quarterly
payroll records; all hourly wages will be increased one dollar per hour,
beginning with this pay period.
   "We will have medical and health insurance available, in the near
future, for all of you.  We will start a profit sharing plan, as soon as
our attorneys have all the legal work finished.
   "All of this is for you, the employees; in return, we ask that you work
hard for us, to make this the best nature resort possible."
   Kelly drew a big round of applause for the wage increase, and added
employee benefits.
   After the meal, we all made it a point to meet, and talk to each of the
employees, and let them know we needed them, and they would have to work
extra hard to make the resort prosper, which meant that the profit sharing
would grow according to the growth of the resort.
   Meghan walked over to me, and put her arms around me and hugged me.

letting Kelly and me do this.  She is leaving tomorrow, with Jonas and

   "Good, you will pick yourself a good replacement, and offer him what you
were making here.  He can move in, as soon as you and Krissy move out."
   "We'll be out by noon, tomorrow; I am too excited by all this, to stay
here now." Krissy laughed.
   "We'll see you at the office, early, Joe; you can get the maintenance
men to help you and Krissy move, you'll be the boss here now, Gerald and
Frances are moving today."
   "Damn, Murphy, you sure put a lot on a man that's never done all this
before."
   "Just treat them like you would want to be treated; don't boss them
around, but get them to do their jobs the way you want it done, by telling
them exactly what to do.  If they tell you, no, fire them, and hire someone
that will."

   "Hello, I'm Murphy." I said.
   "Well, hello, Murphy; I'm Dave Mitchussun, and this is my wife Gail. 
We're from Tennessee, where are you from?"
   "We're from Tennessee, ourselves; Memphis, what part you from?"
   "Jackson, just about 90 miles east of you."
   "I know exactly where it is, I used to go there, when I was in sales."
   "Murphy, do you folks come here often?  This is our first time.  Our
kids have friends back home, that come here every summer, and they bragged
on it, so much, I told them we'd give it a try, one time.  Gail has wanted
to come down, ever since she heard the kids talking about it."
   "This is our first time, Dave, but we fell in love with it, and we'll
sure be coming back now."
   "Are you here with your wife, and kids?"
   "Well, I'm here with my fiancée, and her son; we're getting married in
November, and a girlfriend of his, that came with my son."
   "Great, how long will you be here?"
   We'll be leaving the day after tomorrow.  We have a trip planned down to
the Gulf, for Labor Day, and we need to get back to get ready for that, or
we'd stay."
   "Well, maybe we'll see you folks later then; we're going to get naked,
and get some sun."
   "OK, good talking to you; hope you enjoy your stay.  Wait here's my
wife, now.  Meghan, come meet Dave and Gail, from Jackson, Tennessee."
   "Dave, Gail, this is Meghan; the woman that I fell head over heels in
love with, when I caught her stealing my beer, one day."
   "Murphy, you tell that story, and make it sound like I am a thief."
Meghan laughed.  "Dave, Gail, it's good to meet you, have you been here
before?"
   "No, we were just telling Murphy, this was our first time."
   "Meghan, you have a beautiful body; if I looked like you, I'd never wear
clothes," Gail said.
   "Thanks, Gail, I bought these tits a few years ago, and I love these
babies," she looked down at her breasts, and smiled, "Murphy and I met up
in Arkansas, on a trout stream, and we have literally been together ever
since."
   "Mom, Dad, we're going down to the lake and swim." Their son said, as he
and his sister came out onto the porch of their bungalow, wearing nothing
but a t-shirt, that they had pulled down as far as it would stretch.
   "If you like, I'll get our son, Bobby, and his friend, Allisyn, to go
with you; they know just about all the kids here, by now." Meghan said.
   "Sure, where are they?" the girl asked.
   "I'll get them; they were emailing photos to Allisyn's Mom, on the
laptop."
   "Ray, you and Juli come meet Mr.  Murphy, and his wife, Meghan." Dave
told them.
   "Hi, Ray, Juli, when you meet Bobby and Allisyn, they'll have you
meeting all the kids in the Camp, and have you diving off the high board,
into the lake; here they come now.
   "Bobby, Allisyn, meet Ray and Juli, and their Mom and Dad, Gail and
Dave," I introduced them.
   "Hi Ray, Hi Juli, do both of you want to get naked, and go swimming?  We
have to leave the day after tomorrow; I wish we were staying now," Bobby
smiled at Juli.
   "Well, Juli, we wanted to stay at a nude resort.  So I'm gonna be brave,
and get naked with Bobby and Allisyn." Ray said, and stripped his shirt
over his head.
   "Mom, are you and Dad gonna get naked too?" Juli asked, she wanted more
support than Ray, before she shed her shirt.
   "You two talked us into this, let's all get naked." Gail said, as she
took her clothes off, and threw them back onto seat of the SUV.  Dave shed
his too, and they all giggled, and walked out, just as Meghan came back
with Maren.
   "This is Maren, our friend, and Bobby's teacher.  Maren, meet Dave and
Gail, and their son, Ray, and daughter, Juli," Meghan said.
   "Let's go down to the lake with them, Murphy." Meghan suggested.
   "Sure, we've only been swimming once, and we didn't swim long then," I
grinned.
   "Damn, Bobby sure takes after his Dad, with that big dick," Gail
laughed.
   "He sure does, and he's more like him everyday," Meghan smiled.
   They were tanned all over, and looked like they may have tanned in a
tanning bed, to get ready for the sun here.  Gail was short, with short
dark hair.  She was fit and trim, as if she worked out, and Juli must have
been into sports too, she was very athletic looking, with short hair as
well.  Dave was tall and thin, and Ray was the image of his Dad, both with
sandy hair.
   The kids all walked out in front of us, as they started down the trail,
it just seemed natural for Ray and Allisyn to walk side by side, and Juli
and Bobby to walk next to each other.
   "Do you and Murphy work, Meghan?  Dave and I neither one work, and this
is the first time we have ever done anything like this, but I already like
it."
   "Murphy just sold his company, and retired.  I am recently divorced, and
I am retired too; except for a few business ventures we have going now,
with some friends."
   "How long have you had your bus?  I love that.  I was telling Dave, when
we drove up, that I wanted one just like that, one day."
   "We have only had it a couple of weeks now, we bought two from some
friends of Murphy's; they gave us a great deal on them."
   "Wow, you own another one, like this one?"
   "Well it's not identical; but, yes, almost like it."
   "If you ever decide you want to get rid of one of them, I wish you'd let
us know.  Could we see it, when we get back?"
   "Sure, we'd love to show it to you.  Murphy was talking the other day
about getting one like it with pull outs, so we'd have more room.  We may
call you.  When Murphy gets it in his mind to do something, he does it."
   "One like your's would be perfect for us; I bet its beautiful inside."
   "It is, Gail, it has a huge water bed in the master bedroom, and two big
screen TV's, we're having satellite dishes put on both of them, for TV, and
internet; and a Bose sound system installed."
   "Damn, that is just like being at home." Dave said.
   "It sure is, Murphy is teaching Maren and me to drive them too, we love
to just get up, and go."
   "Meghan, I have to ask you this, and please, don't be offended, can you
get all of Murphy inside you?"
