The copyright message at the end of
every page (scroll down to the end of this page to see an example) means I own
the copyright on the entire contents of that page, and consequently the entire
site. The stories themselves are further covered by the inclusion of the
approximate date they were written by me, so don't go trying to claim you wrote
any of my work before I did! Copies can be made for personal enjoyment, both
from this site and from the FTP site at
http://www.asstr-mirror.org/files/Authors/FantasyFiction/, but that's
all.
Technical notes about the site
This web site has been checked
for accessibility using HoTMetaL Pro 6.0. That means it should be optimised for
visitors with disabilities who may have to use special screen readers. Tell me
how many other such web sites can boast THAT!
I have also kept it free from adverts and those annoying pop-up windows which seem to be an integral part of so many porn sites. (Actually, this is stated in the rules of the Alt.Sex.Stories Text Repository (ASSTR) which hosts this site, so I couldn't advertise anything even if I wanted to!) If this site does seem to be invoking pop-up windows or adverts of any kind, it's probably due to it being viewed in some other site's frameset. Some sites really are that dumb, or so annoying that they do it deliberately. I've recently added a bit of JavaScript to every page which should solve this problem, but I'm sure that isn't infallible, so if you think it has happened, simply click HERE to re-open the Home Page in the whole window.
Please note that any external links (i.e. those to other web sites, such as the FTP site and ASSTR) will open up in new windows, but that's only so you can easily return to this site! I cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of these sites, but I'll try to warn you of any "nasty" features of a site if I can.
A note for visitors from the USA
As this is a UK site, some
spellings and word meanings may be different to how you're used to. For
example, the word "fanny" means ass or butt in the US, but in English it is a
slang word for vagina, or cunt. If there are any words you aren't sure about,
please let me know and I'll include an American
translation where necessary. Please note, however, that this only applies to
American visitors - I'm not translating anything into any foreign
languages!
