Deanna by: Dr. Paco Jones copyright 2012 Chapter 19 - Take Him Down - Still a Nightmare The house began to come to life about noon, and as each "pair" wandered into the kitchen the conversations picked up where they left off earlier in the day. Tara was on the phone talking to her daughter. It sounded as though things were a bit mellower, but you could sense the strain in Tara. Marie made eye contact with Tom and smiled nodding her head. Lisa walked up behind Marie, put her arms around her lover, gave her a kiss on the neck to which Marie bent her head aside giving Lisa more access, and hummed with a smile. Drawing on some of the training that he'd gone through, Tom was trying to come up with a way to lure Tara's abuser into a "trap" so that he could be jailed. Then it would be a matter of convincing Tara to participate. The whole object would be to draw him out into the open so that he could be neutralized. He had an idea, but it would take her cooperation, although if he could get someone to dress in her clothes and play the roll it could possibly work just as well. He'd have to make a couple phone calls, but he thought he'd run it by the "family" first. Softly he began by addressing Tara, "Tara honey," he said getting everyone's attention. "I have an idea how to bring this whole waiting game to an end, but it will take your participation or I'll have to find a 'look-alike' to play the part." "What are you talking about," asked Marie? "Well the guy has to be neutralized so he can be arrested, at which point the law can take its course. I'd like to draw him out so I can have the opportunity to let him know that what he's done is, shall we say, unacceptable in a civilized society," he said with a growing grin. "So what you're saying is you want to go looking for trouble?" commented Lisa. "In a way, yes. It wouldn't be without the knowledge of law enforcement and I know they don't like 'civilians' doing some of their work for them, but I would hope I could convince them otherwise in this case," he said seriously. "Once I take the bastard down I don't want to have to wait all that long to have him taken into custody. I don't trust myself not to kill the son of a bitch." Tara looked at Tom skeptically and asked, "Do you really think you can take him down? He's six foot six and weighs at least two hundred and eighty pounds. He's also very strong." "I have no doubt I can take him down Tara. Something we were taught is that the bigger they are the easier they are to bring down because 'power comes off the floor'. That means I have the leverage advantage by being slightly shorter." Then looking at them all said with a grin, "I don't believe in fair fights guys. You fight to win so you do anything and everything to affect that final outcome. I'm going to give the sheriff a call and see if there's any status then I'll talk to the 'chief'." So Tom went off to make the phone calls he needed to do and left the women to chat in the kitchen. Tara looked at Lisa and Marie, "Is he as crazy as he sounds?" Marie chuckled and shook her head. "Sweetie, he's not crazy at all. He knows his capabilities and how to use them to his advantage. You have to remember Tara; Tom was a highly trained 'commando' in his service times. I'm sure the idea he's got is simple, effective and has a 99.99% chance of success. I've never known Tom to go off half-cocked. Ever!" "It just scares me that he might get hurt because of that monster." "Tara, I would be more worried about the monster. If Tom gets to him before the police, he'll wish he'd given himself up to the police." Then with a chuckle, "I'd bet the monster would fall down a few flights of stairs at minimum." "I don't know," Tara was visibly nervous. "Let's just see what he's come up with and what the police say about it," Marie said. "Tom can be very persuasive." He returned to the room about 30 minutes later with a smile on his face so apparently, whatever it was, worked out. "The plan is ready," Tom said in a matter of fact tone. "The police weren't too keen on it until I explained my background and the fact I don't want anyone to get involved that doesn't need to, and I don't want anyone getting hurt except the perpetrator." "So when are you going to do this thing and what is it you're going to do?" asked Marie cautiously. "Well," looking at Tara, "That depends. Tara, how would you feel about being the 'bait'?" "Bait?" a startled Tara asked. "Briefly what I want to do is take you to your house and wait. I figure he's going to be watching the place because he knows you'll come back sooner or later, and he'll see you with another man which will hopefully set him off even more than he already is." "Then what?" asked Lisa. "If he takes the bait he'll probably storm into the house full of piss and vinegar, raging about how he's going to do something to everyone." Then seriously but with a wry chuckle, "You have to understand the psychology. When someone is that 'angry' the rational mind takes a back seat, if it remains at all, someone that's irrational at that level is fairly easy to neutralize. There will be unmarked police vehicles and persons right there, and I'm going to stop off and pick up a 'panic button' which when pushed will bring all of them into the house immediately." Then looking at Tara again, "Tara, I know that it sounds like a scary idea to you knowing that he'll be that close, however once we enter the house you will hide in a spot you feel would be the last place he'd even try to look. I'm the only one that's going to be there to face him once he decides to be stupid. I want you to think about it, because I don't want you doing it if you think you're going to panic or somehow show something other than you're bringing another man home to have some fun." She looked at him nervously but said, "I'll do it. I want him put away and if I can help catch him..." "You're sure?" Tom said looking at her seriously. She nodded her head then asked for a piece of paper and a pen or pencil. Marie went to a drawer in the kitchen and pulled out a pad of paper and a pen, handing both to Tara, while Tom made a quick phone call. Tara began to write on the paper, and as she did so started crying openly. Everyone let her get it out; they knew pretty much what she was doing. When she was done, she looked up and noticed concern on everyone's face. She smiled at them and said hesitantly, "If anything happens to me in this mess, please give this to Dee. The name of the people, their address and their phone number is at the top so you'll know how to reach them." "I know it may be unnecessary, but in these kinds of things one can't be sure of the outcome until it's done." Then starting to cry again, "I want Dee to know how much I love her and hope that she'll always remember me as a good mother." Now everyone in the room was shedding tears, including Tom. "I don't think that will be needed Tara, but these ladies will take care of things if it is." Looking at Tara, Tom asked, "Do you know if he's armed in any way sweetie?" Tara shook her head, "Unless he's picked up something in the last few days, no. He doesn't own any guns. He may have a knife of some kind, but no gun." "Ok. That makes me feel a little better, though if he has a gun, he'll have a bullet between his eyes before he can get it out of his pocket," patting the 9mm Glock semi-automatic pistol he had holstered in a way it wasn't noticeable. They all got wide eyes and Tom heard loud gasps from around the room as he looked into shocked faces. Then looking around the room again, he stopped at Tara, "You ready to rock and roll sweetie? No time like the present to give the shithead some of what he deserves." Tara looked at him, and nodded picking up her purse and looking right at Tom, "Let's do it." Everyone in the house hugged her tightly and whispered something into her ear that was personal, and then kissed her. They did the same with Tom. "I'd expect both of us to be back here before dark, but if not don't panic. It'll only mean he hasn't shown up yet. It'll probably take less than a minute to take him down, so once it's done, he's in custody, and the cops are done with us, we'll be here." Then looking around the room at frightened faces, "Do you want me to pick up a couple pizzas on the way back? Should I call first?" Tom didn't pound his chest as many might expect from someone with his background, but one thing everyone noticed was a quiet confidence that everything was going to be just fine. This was only an exercise in bringing someone in for justice, nothing more, nothing less. Hand in hand Tom and Tara left to see about taking down an abuser. On the way Tom gave her a brief rundown on what the plan was in more detail than he gave everyone else. They didn't have a need to know, so he just gave them enough to chew on. But Tara was getting the fine details. "Ok sweetie, here's the deal. We're going to slowly walk up the street very conspicuously. You're going to hang all over me, like you're ready to get royally fucked, so lay it on heavy. He has to believe that you're already fucking another guy." Tara nodded her head with a smile. She thought to herself, "That may not be a bad option. I could use a tender love session with a caring man, god knows I haven't had one of those in a lot of years." "So you know, I am armed just in case," he reiterated reminding her he was carrying a gun. "Don't worry though, I said if he tried to pull a gun, he'd have a bullet between his eyes before he can get it out of his pocket. I meant that, and between you and me, I'm also capable of carrying it out." She gave him a shocked look, "The police know you have a gun?" "Yes, but they also know that I know how to use it, and do it safely so that nobody else gets hurt." "Tom, I don't want to hide. I want him to see me and know that I am the one. What scares me more than anything, really, is after everything is said and done, if he gets out of prison, he'll want to take his revenge and I'm scared to death for my daughter. Me? I'm not worried about, but Dee is totally innocent in this whole thing and does not deserve what she's already seen, heard and had done to her." "Has he molested her?" Tom asked quickly. "No. I don't believe so, but he has beaten her badly a couple times. It was really this last time, when she was trying to save me, that he started going off on her and I said it was enough and called 911. That set him off even more, but somehow he knew the police were on their way. After beating me, calling me all kinds of names, smashing things up, he ran out the back door." "Well knowing he beat a child like that takes him down one more notch in my book. He's going to wish the police got him first." "I'm so scared Tom. He's such a big and powerful man, I truly fear for your safety." Tom looked at her with a wry smile and told her, "Don't you worry about me sweetie. I've taken out worse than he could even dream up. Quite honestly, this isn't even much of a challenge." "God, I hope you're right. I still don't sense any nervousness or fear in you and that's kind of scary too." "Tara, I was trained very well for just this kind of situation. I could do what I'm going to do in my sleep. You just have to trust me." "I trust you Tom, but I still worry." He parked his Jeep a few blocks away so that it would look like they were both on foot when they arrived. Tara noticed a marked change in Tom's demeanor immediately when they got out of the Jeep. He was hyper sensitive to anything and everything around them. His eyes never stopped moving, and you could tell that he was making a mental picture of everything for future reference. Tom left nothing to chance. It had kept him alive on many occasions in the past. They walked hand in hand through the neighborhood while he surveyed the entire area. She was looking around also, wondering when he was going to strike. She knew he would, it was a matter of time. As they approached the house Tom was catlike in his observations. He whispered to her, "Nine cops in plain clothes, and four unmarked cars. They're giving me exactly the support I asked for." "What do you mean? I didn't see anything and I was watching too," she looked up at him mysteriously. They stopped a few houses away from their ultimate destination so that Tom could embrace Tara lovingly and kiss her. She returned the kiss very willingly, thinking to herself, "I'd sure like more of this." When he broke the kiss, he looked in her eyes, "Don't look away from my eyes. The gardeners across the street from your place, the pool maintenance truck two houses down, all cops. If you notice there are two cars very close that have a man and a woman in them talking but watching, cops. There are more, but just notice what I said when we begin to walk again." He leaned down and gave her a long and obviously a full on sexy kiss. Hopefully the scumbag was watching from somewhere and this would really fire him up. When they broke the kiss and began to slowly walk up the street to the target house Tara noticed all the things that Tom had pointed out. She knew she saw all of it, but didn't even consider they were anything but what they appeared to be. She supposed that was the whole idea. When they got to the front of the house, he said to her, "Take a deep breath and let it out slowly. The police have already swept the house so there's no way he's already inside. Ok?" She nodded. "Let's assume he'll come busting in the front door, but be ready for any kind of entrance." She again nodded, looking right into his eyes. She was a good actress. Before they walked up the path to the front door, she gave him another long, wet kiss, but it was what she did after they broke the kiss that made him almost laugh. Looking directly into his eyes when she pulled her face back, she reached down with one hand and rubbed his cock while she leaned up and kissed his neck and pretended to say something into his ear. He whispered with a grin, "Laying it on a bit thick are we?" She nodded her head with a nervous smile and leaned up to kiss his lips one more time, before they both turned to walk up the path and in the front door. Now it was a waiting game. Would he take the bait? They didn't have long to wait. I did take 20 minutes, the time it probably would have taken to get undressed and be in the middle of a good quick screw, but they were both sitting on the couch in the living room just chatting, when the front door left its hinges and slammed into the wall then the floor in the hallway. "Where are you, you two timing cunt," he hollered. "I'm going to cut your heart out and cut your boyfriends balls off." Tom was already in action. He made sure the Glock was ready, just in case, and yelled back, "We're in here you useless piece of shit. You're not man enough to cut my balls off, you pussy." He came storming into the living room and stopped to look at his adversary, and started to laugh. She was right he was a big motherfucker. Tom moved forward towards the big man causing him to open his eyes in surprise probably believing the "little guy" was going to cower and run away. All Tom was doing is putting more room between Tara and her soon-to-be-ex-husband. "I hear you think you're a tough guy," Tom said mockingly. "Come on teeny dick, bring it to me." He started to come at Tom and was swinging, "Why you little bastard, I'm going to..." As the big man was coming towards him swinging his fist, Tom just sidestepped and his attacker went to the floor. Tara had retreated to a far doorway so she could see what was happening, but her husband could no longer see her. "You're going to what? Is that all you got little fella?" Tom mocked him again. "And you have the nerve to call her a cunt?" The big man picked himself up off of the floor, turned to attack Tom once again. This time he walked instead of running, but his hands were fists and he was ready to strike. He lunged forward throwing one fist towards Tom's face. Tom took the arm as it passed by, and snapped it over his knee neatly breaking both the radius and the Ulna. As the big guy was going down again, Tom back punched him with an elbow, which broke the humerus, so now our "villain" had one arm with all three bones broken, and a very disjointed elbow. He screamed in pain when Tom put his foot at the base of his skull. It was only restraint born from years of training and clandestine missions that he didn't just push down and snap his neck, killing him instantly. Instead he took the foot and lightly kicked at the arm that was now broken and said, "Oh, come on now ya big wimp, I've heard so many stories about how tough you are. Shit. You pussy, I haven't even worked up a sweat." The big man struggled to his feet with an arm dangling. He was obviously in pain, but his ego was being trashed so he needed to do something and then get that useless cunt he was married to. He was going to enjoy giving her a little torture before he slowly choked her to death. He turned to face in Tom's direction just in time to see Tom's arm come at him absolutely straight. When it made contact it not only knocked all the wind out of his sails, literally, but also crushed his breastbone snapping all the ribs connected to it. He went down in a heap, gasping for the breath his lungs were trying so hard to inhale. What little air he could drag into his lungs caused an excruciating pain in his chest. Tom just looked down at him and said, "Tsk, tsk, tsk. Here I thought there might be a challenge. You're just like all the other tough guy wannabe's, just another useless bully, who can't hack it when push comes to shove. Gee dickless, I'm not a small woman or a helpless child. Get up and fight back you chicken shit. Come on cunt, I'm waiting." Tom spent a minute staring at his adversary. You disgust me," Tom spat. "You two bit little boy!" With that he pulled out the Glock, made sure his adversary noticed he had cocked it. Round in chamber, he put it right against the big man's forehead between his eyes and just smiled at him. His other hand reached into his pocket and pulled out something that looked like a tiny remote control and pushed the button. Within 30 seconds there were four fairly large law enforcement officers blasting through the broken front door, guns drawn and made their way to the room that had seen all the action. When they got there they saw Tom with his Glock pressed between the big man's eyes, which were twice their normal size. They also noted the odd shape is right arm was posed in as well as the gasping from the man on the floor. "Oh thank god," he painfully gasped. "Help me, this asshole is trying to kill me." Tom gave out a quick laugh, and looked down and into the eyes of his former adversary and said, "Puuleezze... Give me a break. If I had been trying to kill you, trust me asshole, you'd be dead." Then looking up at the officers, said, "He's all yours. We'll be in the kitchen so you can take our statements." Then as he was walking towards the kitchen had an afterthought, turned and said to the officers, "Oh, You will need to call an ambulance. His right arm has three broken bones, and his breastbone has been detached from all the ribs it usually supports. If it were me I'd just put him in a cell the way he is, but I know you can't do that because he has more rights that his victims." He was chuckling as he walked away to find Tara in the kitchen. She looked at him in awe as he walked through the door. It was a look that was asking if she really knew anything about this man. She really didn't, but she had seen that he was nobody to be messed with. When she looked again into his eyes, they were soft, loving and deep showing no indication that, moments before, he had been in a life-threatening situation. He smiled and said to her calmly, "It's over honey. You won't have to worry about him for quite some time, if ever." She looked at him and nodded then choked out, "You could have killed him Tommy." Tom looked at her and the eyes became serious, "Yeah, I could have. He really wasn't much of a challenge." Then with a laugh said, "I thought you said he was a tough guy." "Why didn't you?" Tara asked shocked at his calm. "It would have saved everyone a lot of time and money." Tom smiled at her and with those serious eyes said, "Too quick Tara. It would have been totally over for him right then. He deserves to suffer. He'll never breathe without pain again because when his breastbone heals it won't be back in the same condition, so the ribs will cause him pain for the rest of his days. Every breath he takes will remind him of why he is where he is. His arm is going to require some serious surgery to put back together though the breaks should be pretty clean." She looked at him with huge shocked eyes. He was saying all of this, so clinically, as such a matter of fact, like it was something that was just a routine, run of the mill thing done every day. Then he smiled brightly, "You said he was homophobic which is why you went to a gay bar." She nodded, "I think it is one of his biggest fears. He's afraid he's going to catch gay." She gave him a sheepish smile. "Goooood," he said with enthusiasm. "He's going to prison Tara, for a long, long time. He might think he's a tough guy, but he's never met Bubba and the boys. It won't be long before he's some Bubba's bitch and constantly grabbing his ankles while Bubba and the boy's butt fuck him to no end. Trust me, he'll get his asshole stretched all the time." Tara began to giggle, which turned into a heavy chuckle. It had turned into a full-scale hysterical laugh by the time the law enforcement people came into the kitchen for statements. "You messed him up pretty bad," noted the sergeant. "I guess so. He deserves a lot worse." "That's for a jury to decide," he tried to get self-righteous on Tom. He looked the sergeant in the eye and said very coldly, "I was defending myself and this young lady. Her life was in danger; he stated openly and clearly that he was going to kill her, her daughter, and me. I want him to suffer, I know when he gets to prison, and he will go to prison sergeant, that he will be used and abused in less than a week. New meat as they say." The sergeant's eyes showed shock as he took out his pad to take their statements. Then the Lieutenant who was in charge of the operation came in and sat down. "Good job Tom. This bastard will go away for a long time," he said with a chuckle drawing a very surprised look from the sergeant taking the statements. Then he added, "I wonder how long he'll last before he gets butt fucked? Child abusers don't last long." It took about forty-five minutes to get both Tara's and Tom's statements for the reports. By the time the police left the house, there was a little bit of a crowd hanging around the front including some local reporters. Tom just looked out the front door and shook his head. He took Tara by the hand and started back to the kitchen. "Phone?" he asked. She pointed to the wall where a cordless was hanging. Tom picked it off the wall and punched on the keyboard, then put it up to his ear and waited. "Hi beautiful. I just called to get the pizza order." Tara's jaw about broke it fell so hard and fast. After all of this shit, he still remembered he'd promised to bring home some pizza. Not only that, but she noted he was so calm it was as though nothing had happened at all. He smiled at Tara while he wrote down the order on the notepad next to the phone. "Thanks sweetie, we'll be there in, well as long as it takes to get the pizzas... What?" Then he looked at Tara, "Yeah, It's over. No, she's fine." Then with a big chuckle, "He's not. We'll see you in a while." He hung up the phone and mentioned she should probably grab clothes and toiletries she'd want for the next few months. Dee's stuff too. "You don't need to bring everything yet sweetie, you'll be able to come back here any time you want now." After a short trip through the house to collect things they made their way out the back door. They quickly climbed over the fence, through the neighbors gate and out to the street. They only had a couple blocks to walk to get back to the Jeep. They stopped off to pick up the four pizzas that everyone ordered, and then he and Tara headed home.Chapter 19 - Take Him Down - Still a Nightmare
