   Kelly Woods needed this job desperately.  Another victim of the worst
economy since the Great Depression, with no income the beautiful
19-year-old fell behind in her rent and car payments.  Eviction from her
apartment and repossession of her car threatened to leave her destitute if
she could not secure gainful employment soon.
   Kelly waited in the lobby with what she assumed to be several other
candidates for the secretarial position she hoped to land.  The young girl
suspected her competition possessed superior qualifications based upon
their apparent ages, but managed to maintain her confidence.
