My Story 32
By Corbin
How life tests the endurance, patience, and sometimes faith of one young woman.

Hey, I have my own web site! http://www.corbin.com

It's got something to do with motorcycles, but I am honored none the less. :)

They also appear to be pretty successful. Although I haven't seen a damn penny
from any of the profits, I am sure it's a minor oversight on their part.

Honestly, I have no affiliation with the aforementioned company/products, but I
suspect it's a sign...that maybe I should be riding a motorcycle...it must be a
sign. My father is a Service manager at a large Motorcycle shop.

**********

Well, it was one of those clear, beautiful mornings. The kind of day where there
was barely a cloud in the sky, which could only mean one thing!

Immanent doom lurked over the horizon! :)

Now how could I know that?

Well you see, Mike (the Owner of my Gym and no it's not called Mike's Gym) was
meeting with me soon about becoming training partner with some girl I have never
officially met.

So let me introduce Jenna, the 'other' girl. She was a driven, self absorbed,
gotta be First/Best/A-#1 kind of person and I suspected she hated my guts. Why?
Because Mike paid more attention to me then her, I know, silly petty stuff, oh
and thru the grape-vine I know she referred to me as 'The Blonde Bimbo' which
made no sense because my interpretation of a Blonde Bimbo was someone who
bounced around, acting ditzy, and flaunting they're body. I didn't do any of
that...so go figure.

But let me stop slamming her and give the girl some credit. Jenna had a
deliciously sculpted body, she was a true powerhouse of female strength and
sexuality (Can you tell I really admired her body?). I think it was a
combination of her Asian heritage, naturally rich skin tone (a deep tan) almost
to a rich golden bronze.

So what ended up happening next was a meeting of sorts, between me, Jenna and
Mike. (Is that correct grammar? Me, Jenna and Mike? or should it be Jenna, Mike
and I? or Jenna, Mike and me? Oh screw it, I'm more important so I get to go
first!)

Before I get into that stuff, I thought long and hard about if and how much to
reveal about my relationship with Jason. It's no big deal really, but Jason was
something special. You see, Jason was shy and quiet and somewhat reserved. I
don't think he had ever dated a girl like me before (errr...ok...mistake, we did
NOT DATE!) anyway, his last girlfriend prior to me had been awhile ago, and
prior to that it was far and few between in the dating arena for him. He also
wasn't on my mental checklist of what I 'go for' in a guy usually;
-	He never played any sports.
-	He was in good shape but didn't work out often.
-	He was exactly my height, just barely.
-	He worked as a Computer geek/consultant/something.
-	His wardrobe coolness factor also needed some assistance, but who am I
	to talk! :)

Needless to say, Sharon didn't approve at all. When I got home and informed
her of my encounter at the bookstore her first response was; "What are you doing
picking up guys at a bookstore!" She snapped.

"I am NOT picking up guys at a book store, we just chatted a little bit and he
asked if I wanted to meet back there tomorrow night for some coffee and chat a
little bit." Which was all true, very innocent stuff, but Sharon is such a
social snot that it's really embarrassing at times.

"What does he do? What kind of car does he drive? How much does he make? Does he
live at home? Is he good looking?....and on and on..."

I didn't really share anything much with her, just to irritate the crap out
of her. I did mention the fact he drove a pickup truck and she flipped out on
that. "WHAT! Jesus Corbin, have you lost it? Picking up some hillbilly, trash,
redneck! Your so much better and above that! Do you know how badly that will
reflect on me!" Sharon chided.

"He's a computer techie and he makes pretty good money, so he's not a redneck."
I was defending the guy and we hadn't even been out on a date yet.

"He's just a geek redneck!" She complained.

"It's a Toyota!" I replied, I mean, I guess there are different social classes
of trucks, like cars, right?

"A crappy truck is a crappy truck! Can you see yourself going on a date in a
pickup truck Corbin? I mean please, why are you doing this!" Sharon went on
and on, but you see I had already started tuning her out. I had a good feeling
about Jason and nothing Sharon could say was going to change that, but in any
case, you might as well understand that if Sharon was not the match maker
then she was ever critical of anyone I selected on my own.

He was such a sweet guy, so attentive and nervous around me at first. Because
our first encounter was when I was attired in my baggy workout sweats, he
probably didn't know how focused I was on exercising. So when I showed up the
next night I decided to wear some shorts, sandals and threw on a lightweight
jacket. I was early but he was earlier as usual, I spotted him pacing by the
magazine rack which was next to the Bookshop's Cafe. I doubt he was able to
focus on any magazines from the way he was constantly grazing up and down the
racks.

"Hey there." I said and it was a pleasure to watch his whole face light up when
he turned around to see me standing there. I almost even gave him a hug, wasn't
that sweet of me, but I didn't, instead I just stood there smiling waiting and
watching because as nice as he was I still had to lay down the rules tonight as
far as any expectations. (*sigh* yeah I have a tough life. :) )

"What would you like to drink?" He quickly asked and waved his hand to one of
the tables. He past the initial manner's test when he pulled the chair out for
me, little things like that I keep tabs on, AS ALL WOMEN SHOULD! So, I was eager
to see his reaction because I had kept my jacket on until he came back with my
coffee, at which point I proceeded to stand up and take off my jacket, which
revealed my somewhat snug, white tee shirt. Well, his eyes just opened a little
and he lost focus, he stared at my arms, legs and of course the chest area.

"Wow...you're..." He suddenly blurted out and must have instantly regretted it
because his face went somewhat red and he looked away from me totally, trying
to recover.

"What?" I asked while sitting down, but my eyes remained focused on his, not
giving him a chance to wiggle out from completing his comment.

"You're in great shape." He voice was almost in whisper mode and he still
couldn't look me in the eyes.

"Thank you." I smiled and pulled my chair up to the table. My reply was
genuine because it was a sincere moment of appreciation on his part, and after
all, I work hard for this body and if feels good to have POLITE comments
reflecting that fact. Some of you may have reckoned that I was going to blast
him or something, but no, you see I can tell the difference between a comment
laced with sarcasm/insults/jealousy when some guy or girl implies that they are
really shocked to see a girl in great shape, versus Jason's comment where he
was 'pleasantly' surprised and really admired my physique.

"Sorry." He smiled sheepishly.

"Why?" I challenged.

"For blurting that out so quickly, I hardly know you." He shrugged and hunched
forward a little bit, sliding his cup around on the table.

"It was nice of you to say." I was hoping he wasn't going to go down the road of
babbling a long string of apologies. I hate it when guys and girls do that after
I've already told them it's OK! Anyway, I sat back and brought the cup up
to my lower lip and blew softly over the hot liquid. I can't quite explain it,
Jason and I had this instant connection when we looked at one another, like we
both could sit quietly without talking and it was like we truly engaged each
other. (Reminds me of someone else I know, but she wants a BREAK! Damn her!)

BTW, Dale (Don't know that name? Well you're going to have to read about my
College years, otherwise tough shit!) Anyway, Dale was not totally out of my
life at this point. Yeah, he had actually started dating Tiffany, but he still
called and we kept in touch, just some info for you folks. Boy oh boy, I gave
him hell for dating her, he had ignored her for several months after we broke up
in our Senior year back in College, but she pursued him and pursued him. But, as
much as I hate saying this, in fact I feel physically ill, Tiffany is an
attractive girl...BARF!HACK!COUGH!PUKE!

I have no idea why we hated each other so much, but that's just the way it was,
or is! I never rubbed it in her face that Dale fell in love with me and not her.
She just went out of her way to annoy me and try to steal Dale. Funny thing is,
we've never gotten into a physical confrontation, might have flipped each other
off now and again and she's definitely 'waved me on' to start something, but our
paths have never really crossed close enough for that to happen. I also figured
she had some screw loose anyway, although she had a good circle of friends who
seemed to ride her coat-tails everywhere she went.

I guess it was her sense of 'entitlement' to everything. She actually was nice
to Sharon, but I think that was just a sly attempt to annoy me, Sharon tried to
broker the piece between us but I wasn't interested and Tiffany made no
indication she had any interest in it either.

Okay, back to Jason;
"Jason, just so you know," I started and shifted a little in my chair. He
smirked at me with this knowing look, like he saw this coming, but I doubt he
was anticipating everything I was getting ready to tell him.

"I'm still involved with someone." I said in a very calm, but serious tone and
voice.

"Well that's a big let down, so is this just a 'friends' only talk?" he asked,
although I don't think my declaration had his full attention yet, he still
seemed distracted by my body, more like his gaze was repeatedly drifting to my
breasts and my cleavage at the moment.

"I don't know Jason, do you think you can only be friends with a girl?" I asked
in a stern way that kind of caught him off guard. And isn't my question really
the hinge that makes or breaks allot of relationships between guys and girls,
most guys can't stay friends with an attractive girl for very long.

"I think so, well I can try." He sighed and I smiled a little, "but your
boyfriend, the other someone in this mix, won't he mind? Or maybe that's the
point in all of this?"

I looked down at my lap and smiled, brushed out the wrinkles in my shorts (ha!
fat chance there, most of my clothes are permanently wrinkled) I look back up at
Jason, "I don't think my girlfriend will mind that we are friends." That's a big
fat lie, Nikki was pissed off.

He did something that was kind of cute and funny, he blinked a couple of times
and shook his head just barely, as if he couldn't believe his eyes, or ears in
this case.

"Your girlfriend?" Jason leaned forward a little bit with raised eyebrows, his
attractive face still frozen in genuine surprise.

I couldn't suppress a faint smile out of the corner of my mouth and nodded
'yes', "My girlfriend" I simply repeated.

Jason quickly recovered and was actually full of allot of questions, but I was
fairly guarded about my relationship with Nikki, but still the conversation
really seemed to take off once we got past all the awkward first moments. Jason
was very smart, well versed in current affairs and had strong beliefs, which was
good because it added a spark to our relationship in that he wasn't afraid to
argue with me over stuff. And finally yes, I admit there was a certain sexual
chemistry between us; I was really attracted to him. Oddly enough, it turned out
that he was less experienced then I was (Hard to imagine given my conservative
dating experiences.)

The first time Jason came by to pick me up, so that we could hang-out as friends
(he tried hard to restrain himself, but he was always putting the moves on me).

"Do you mind if we stop off somewhere first?" Jason asked as we pulled away
from the curb of my Townhouse.

"Sure, where?" I asked while adjusting a form fitting skirt I had chosen, dumb
move on my part, it was kind of short and Jason couldn't take his eyes off my
legs from the moment he saw me. Also, I was forced to wear the ever dreaded g-
string because it was so tight and short (coming down about mid thigh) but oh
well. So it's late in the afternoon and the sun is setting as he just
says he wants to show me something, hmmm, a nice surprise...it better be a
pleasant surprise!

But my mind really started to spin when we pulled into a long row of self-
storage units, big ones too, with those big pull down doors that were easily
two to three times the height of your average garage door on a house. So he
stops the truck and starts to get out, I follow in kind, watching cautiously,
wondering what in the hell is he going to show me.

"Look, it's no big deal." He starts with a silly smile.

"You don't have dead bodies in there do you?" I half jokingly ask to which he
laughs aloud.

"No, no, nothing of the sort. But Corbin I do have a hobby and while I am not
obsessed with it, I do spend a good deal of time participating."

"Well show me already!" I wave my right hand to the door which he proceeds to
unlock and give a firm tug before the big metal frame of a door creeks and
begins to roll up. Finally, the dimming light of the late afternoon sun
revealed...a car. That's it, a car, oh it was a white car, isn't this exciting!

"It's a car." I shrug, trying to act relaxed because I was wondering if
he thought I was going to freak out or something. Big deal, guys and cars are
nothing new.

"It's a race car!" He smiles and points proudly.

Ohhhhkkkkayyyyy, he's looking pretty pumped about his little pride and joy so
let me take a closer look at this 'CAR'. Well, first thing I noticed what that
it had big fatty tires on the rear and skinny one's up front, it looked like the
body of a mustang (oh that and it said 'Mustang' on the inside dash, I should be
a detective!). I strolled into the large garage and tried to look interested
as I surveyed this hunk of metal, meanwhile Jason quickly walked up behind me
and flipped a switch on the wall and a couple of big flood lights in the ceiling
came on. I guess it was at this moment I decided to have some fun at his
expense; "So you're into that round track kind of racing?" I glance over at him
and stare dumbfounded while waving a finger in the air, making a circular
motion.

"What?" He kind of mumbles in response his smile starts to fade.

"You know, NASCAR stuff." I shrug and smile a little. I could tell he was going
thru some kind of self torture as he figured out how to correct me without
offending me, poor guy, but you have to understand it's easy for women to
mess with you guys.

"No, it's not that, it's drag racing." He says in a kind of awkward manner and I
just smile.

"Jason..."

"Yeah?" He sighs.

"I know! I was just teasing!" I walk over and gently push him on the shoulder.
So anyway, here I am trying to navigate around this garage, which is filled with
all sorts of odd car parts and junk (important stuff to him, but it was
always junk to me) and I know if I even come within a hair's width of anything
in this place I'll wind up with a big grease stain on my legs, skirt or shirt.
Wow, I really sound like a girly-girl now! So by now I've made my way around to
the driver's side door and peer in, looks kind of impressive I have to admit
with all these big gauges and funky switches lining the center console and how
could I not miss the metal cage that weaved it's way around the interior.
Anyway, you have to understand that as I write this I do recall much of the
'lingo' from dating Jason and I'll try to do his hobby justice, because after
awhile I truly respected the courage and knowledge it took to handle that
machine.

"Get in." He said, and he said it with some authority which for some reason kind
of turned me on, I don't know why but it did.

"Lift on the handle there." Here pointed and I did. If was kind of exciting
having him tell me what to do as I trusted his knowledge and instructions. But
let me tell you, climbing into that freaking thing was a pain in MY ASS, I had
to figure out how to navigate my right leg into the foot well, my butt over a
part of that roll cage, and get into that seat without my skirt riding up to my
crotch, not to mention the short heels I had on. But I managed somehow.

Wow, I guess I did get a bit of a rush sitting there, putting my hands on that
wheel with all of those instruments at my fingertips, I had never seen a guy
look so proud and excited as he looked at me behind the wheel of his race car.
"You look great behind the wheel, maybe you should race it one day."

"Don't tempt me unless your prepare to back it up." I said with a smile and my
fists firmly griped the wheel.

I must admit it felt pretty confining and claustrophobic being in that snug seat
with all of that metal closing in around me, and yet at the same time, it felt
safe...how odd. So I look up, well that's not entirely accurate, I gave this
sultry glance upward and asked; "Aren't you going to buckle me up?" Why I asked
that I don't know, I think part of me was still messing with his mind and
another part wanting to flirt. (What the hell am I doing! This is wrong! My
subconscious scolded me, don't mess with this guys head, you still with Nikki!)
Poor Jason, he sort of froze and hesitated, he didn't fully grasp that flirting
thing I was doing with him because I had kept him at arms length for a couple of
weeks now. He squatted down next to the seat, "You want me to buckle you..."

"Strap me in." I said and kept my intense stare going, one he couldn't maintain
in return and blushed while I observed his nice brown eyes darting around. I
then did something very provocative and I think shocking to not only myself,
but Jason as well. I raised my arms as he reached in to grab the several
straps, one over each shoulder and one from the left and right side of my waist,
but it was the last strap, the one that lay on the seat and between my legs that
stressed him out the most. As I indicated I had a short skirt on, and very lady
like I had my knees pressed together, but then I did something very forward and
I spread my thighs apart while I reached down to hunch up my skirt a little,
which in turn exposed my pink-panty covered crotch. But that's also the reality
of it, if I wanted to be fully buckled into a five point harness, I had to
spread my legs apart for the last strap to hook into that circular thing where
all five belts come together. (Yeah I know, pink underwear? Pink? Yuck! But
Sharon was the reason behind that, she always encouraged me to wear pink more
often.) Anyway, poor guy, he was breathing a little harder now and I got a
little excited as his hand brushed against my inner thighs to pull the strap up
and clip it to my waist. I was emotionally and sexually unraveling, weeks of
longing for Nikki and all those tempting moments, that combined with our
escalating arguments left me in a very reckless frame of mind. With Jason there
was no baggage, no history, no worries, I felt that warmth spread between my
legs, while a guilt formed a knot in my stomach, guilt for leading Jason on
behind Nikki's back.

He couldn't take his eyes off my underwear and the more he stared the more
aroused I got...yeah I felt a bit vulnerable and very exposed...but damn the
moment was more intense. I was getting moist down below, I halfway expected him
to touch me down there, good god what the hell had gotten into me!

He glanced up and saw me watching him, he blushed and looked very nervous.
So let me get this straight, I'm the one strapped into the car...sitting
there with my legs slightly spread apart as this guy is gawking at my slightly
exposed crotch. But he's the more nervous one!

"You beautiful Corbin, and you smell so nice, I've never met anyone like you."
He whispers inches from my face, but doesn't make a move. I told you people I
would be doing allot of initiating in this relationship. Finally he got up
enough courage to lean in a few more inches and kiss me, and I let him, and kiss
we did! It was a very sensual kiss, very deep if you get my drift, including a
great deal of heavy breathing on both our parts. His left hand moved down and
gripped my bare right thigh, something he had been wanting to do all day.

When we finally parted after stopping and then restarting the kiss several
times, I did finally close my legs. I doubt he could see, but I was getting very
aroused and the thin pair of panties did probably very little to conceal
or absorb that fact. He was extremely cute as he went to lean back and stand
up, adjusting his pants to hide his now obvious erection, well, it looks like a
newly formed bulge down there to me! :)

An awkward, but fun silence ensued as he helped me get out of the car. Don't
misunderstand for a moment, I could have easily climbed in and out but I was
trying to be RESERVED and lady like with the revealing skirt I had on. Although
I did just purposively flash him a few minutes ago. So back into his truck as I
was quickly repairing my smeared lipstick.

"Nice car." I said, thinking he would like the compliment.

"Huh?" He just quickly glanced over (Hehe, guess he forgot all about his prized
car).

"Nice car." I slowly said and turned to him with a smile. He just blushed and
put the truck in 'drive'. I was more reserved the rest of the night as
we went out to dinner and danced, but then as if someone had choreographed the
moment, the next song segued into "Lonely Sinking Feeling" by Cowboy Junkies. A
rather sad song, but that's okay, it suited us. We held each other and I knew I
would end up breaking his heart in the end, that I should not have kissed him or
be dancing with him right now.

Nothings ever easy I think sometimes.

But more on that junk later...........I'm tired and it's time for bed.
