After taking down her history and preferences, I began the
physical exam. I asked Krista to remove all of her clothing.

explained the significance of the physical portion of the exam,
agreed to cooperate. She subsequently disrobed as instructed, and
a physical assessment was recorded.

After the physical assessment, I began asking Krista questions
while presenting her with visual stimuli. I disrobed in front of
her and then approached her chair, allowing her to view the
female form at a close distance. At first, when asked how my
nudity made her feel, she was silent, but she soon admitted to
finding the sight of my naked body stimulating.

With this admission, I asked her to focus on specific areas of my
body one at a time, and to rate on a scale of 1-10 how sexually
arousing she found the image to be. Also, should she find her own
body demanding attention during the test, I encouraged her to

The Visual Stimuli Test showed that Krista indeed does draw
sexual pleasure from viewing the female form, and even more so
when erogenous areas are being manipulated sexually. Her scores
rose with increase of contact, and penetration rated highest out
of all stimuli. Her reaction to all virtually stimuli was
positive. Of note, when I spread my mons to provide view of my
labia minora, Krista began to masturbate by touching her own

Once we both had regained our faculties, I began to assess
Krista's opinion of her first homosexual experience, summed up as
follows:

Krista found the experience of sexual intercourse with another
woman to be "wholly enjoyable." Her favorite activities included
cunnilingus and tribadism. She especially enjoyed receiving oral
sex from a woman, finding both the idea and the experience to be
very arousing. She further remarked that she quite enjoyed
administering cunnilingus for me, finding the flavor of my
vaginal secretions to be "tasty and sexy" and greatly
appreciating the feeling of a clitoris against her tongue.

Krista did not find any activity to be unpleasant, and had no
response when asked what her least favorite part of the exam was.
She admitted to finding the whole anal portion of the exam to be
initially frightening, specifically being penetrated; however,
after experiencing anal stimulation, she commented that she
"would be open to trying it again." She found the experience of
penetrating and "fucking" my rectum to be exciting, calling it
something she would "absolutely" attempt again.

After participating in intercourse with another woman, Krista
showed no hesitation in admitting that she liked the idea of
being sexual with another woman. When asked if she would have
sexual intercourse with me again, she responded that she would
"absolutely" do so. When asked if she would have sexual
intercourse with someone else of the female sex, given the
opportunity, she responded that she "really liked the idea,"
although she was worried she might "chicken out." I then asked if
having the other party be someone close to her would make her
more likely to participate, to which she responded positively.

Upon review of the entire of the exam, I feel that Krista
absolutely has bisexual tendencies, given her positive responses
to the idea of and participation in coitus with both males and
females. Whereas she was reluctant to acknowledge her homosexual
urges at the beginning of the exam, being given an outlet to
express and experience those urges has made her more comfortable
with the idea of sexual intercourse with another woman. After
participating in same-sex relations, she is more likely to do so
again, and less likely to suppress any lust for the female body.

I am very happy with Krista's progress today, and to maintain it,
I have prescribed the following:

1. Daily masturbation. Krista may continue to use visual stimuli
during this. I recommend a healthy balance between heterosexual
and homosexual stimuli.

2. Regular sexual intercourse. To stimulate all of her sexual
needs, I feel that Krista would benefit from intercourse with
both males and females. I recommend finding a ready partner of
each sex with whom she can regularly couple.

3. A follow-up exam with me, scheduled one month from now. I also
recommend a group session with you, her mother, sometime in the
near future.

Obviously, Krista may naturally still feel some trepidation
towards same-sex intercourse; thus, I recommend that she begin by
experimenting with someone around whom she is comfortable, such
as a close friend, a sister or cousin, or even her mother. Krista
initially expressed dislike of the idea of incestuous
intercourse, but after a little explanation, told me she
"wouldn't rule it out."

Mrs. Manson, Thank you so much for allowing me to share in the
care of your daughter. I will see her in approximately a month
for follow-up, at which time we will repeat testing as well as
consider experimentation with anilingus, anal penetration, the
integration of sex toys, and multiple partners. I would
appreciate it if you could make sure Krista sticks to her
recommended regimen of sexual activity. Should you have any
