I used to write stories a long way back, an activity I enjoyed it tremendously. However, all my early attempts were destroyed in a disk crash years ago. No matter though, because I probably would have hated them all today anyway.

Recently I decided to start writing again because feel I have a few interesting personal stories to relate from my past. I’ve found that reliving the events in my mind and writing them down is immensely rewarding as I struggle to get the storyline and details just right. For accuracy I've spent many gratifying evenings reviewing each story with many of the people who took part. Sure I have taken some license with the dialogue but who can remember every word that was said so long ago. I've found that as long as you're true to the emotions and the outcomes, the words and actions take care of themselves.
