My own meandering thoughts 3;.

Creating a diverse foot fetish web site such as this was always going to be controversial, I don’t mind rocking the boat or upsetting the status quo of life. Which is exactly what this site is doing. When my sister set about building this site, she said it would be for the entire foot fetish community. When I took over the site, I also thought it the same.

I don’t think either of us realised how big that community is or how varied their interests are. My initial thought was to get everyone together pulling in the same direction. No flame wars, or criticisms like other boards seem to have. I felt that flame wars suppress peoples thoughts. Didn’t Sadam suppress the way his people thought? The result was WAR. Didn’t Hitler also have the same notion? Again the result is war. In the same way, flame wars incite hate and promote dictatorship. Telling people how to think, how to react etc.

Now some would argue that a flame is one way of expressing an opinion. I feel that in a civilised society a flame is no longer needed.

So what prompted this meandering offering of mine? I stood back in a non-judgemental open-minded way and took a hard and thought provoking look at the threads in the forum. Enough fuel there to ignite a few wars for sure. Now I consider myself an extremely levelheaded person, but I can see how some may object to a particular posting. I am well versed in the ways of objection. I can as easily defend something I disagree with as I can defend my own beliefs.

Having said that, I don’t agree with or support paedophilia. However the aforementioned relates to graphical images not text. There is however a fine line between expression and incitement, and it is this line I do not want to cross.

Whereby a story depicts rape or other illegal activity, it is essential to remember that it is a fragment of the author/writers imagination. It can even be argued that whereby a person, confesses/states to the event as being true, it must be assumed that this is for the purpose of the article in hand. 

Therefore; to write of rape, pre-teen or any other questionable subject, is not a legally bound confession, it is a story. It should also be noted that in law a written or verbal confession of any kind cannot be acted upon with solid evidence. I.e. a victim or witness must support the confession, or other forensic / photographic evidence must also be obtainable.

Although I do not object to any form of story being posted, I cannot and will not allow images of people below the ages of 18, and I will not allow the message board to be used as a place to set up meetings between two consensual people for the purpose of carrying out any illegal activity. I’m sorry if this may seem harsh from a person like me. But I must keep everything legal and define what can be construed as such. I should also point out that links to site depicting Snuff, Pedophillia, or Rape will be deleted. Sorry but like I said there is a fine line and I want this site to flourish not diminish.
