A Dravidian man bought sweets and lassi for everybody in the
dhaba announcing that his bibi (wife) had just given birth to "a
typical Dravidian baby boy weighing twenty pounds."
Congratulations were showered on him from all around, and
everybody was very happy for him.
A few days later, he returned to the dhaba. Again he bought
sweets and lassi for all in the dhaba, saying, "My baby boy, who
was born twenty pounds, now weighs ten pounds!"
Everybody was very happy again and congratulated him. However,
one puzzled dhaba man asked, "Why? How did he lose all that
weight? What happened?"
The Dravidian father then said happily, "He was circumcised."
