An old Brahmin priest from Mylapore in Tamil Nadu went to the
Delhi hospital because of his weak heart. He was told by the
*hakim* (Muslim doctor) that his condition was very serious. In
fact, he needed a heart transplant.
"Fine, *hakim sahib*," replied the Brahmin. "Do it. But
whatever you do, do not give me the heart of a Shudra man."
The *hakim* agreed and performed the operation. After the
operation, the *hakim* was delighted to see the man alive.
"Panditji, I have some good news and some bad news." said the
*hakim*. "Let me tell you the bad news first."
"What is it ?" asked the Brahmin.
"Sorry, I know about your caste restrictions, but I had to use
a Shudra man's heart," said the *hakim*.
The Brahmin's face went pale. "*He Ram*!" (O Ram!) he
exclaimed. "And what is the good news?"
"The good news is: your *zubb* (penis) is five *unglees*
(inches) longer!"
