NEPI STORIES ANNOUNCEMENTS (August 2016)
I wish to thank ALL of our readers, writers, and contributers to
the Nepi Stories Collection over the last few years. It isn't easy
getting up the courage to read such "extreme" erotica - let alone
write a story dealing with this sub-genre of pedophilia.
Also, I wish to thank the previous lead Moderator (Ethan) for his
time and effort to improve the site and create a fantastic web page
experience. His technical expertise and ability to translate various
foreign stories will be missed. Which leads to my next address...
Many have e-mailed me and asked why the Web Page aspect of the
Nepi Stories Collection has been dismantled. The reason this was
done was an effort to tone down the volume here at the site. Initially,
Ethan and I believed it was a good idea to expand the Nepi Stories
FTP Directory to include a professional looking webpage environment,
with all the bells and whistles included. In hind-site, I personally
felt that this might not have been such a good idea due to the fact
that it was beginning to draw attention from un-desirable sources -
and I'm not just referring to trolls. Also, (with all due respect
to Ethan's generous contributions), I felt that the Nepi Stories
Collection had a higher chance of having it's security compromised
if two moderators had access to the site. So, in the interest of
protecting and preserving what we had labored so hard to build
here at ASSTR over the years, I reluctantly decided to take over
the duties myself.
Bare in mind that I do NOT claim to be a perfect Moderator. And,
I will be the first to tell you that I DO NOT have the expertise nor
consistant diligence that the former lead Moderator had, nor will I
try to replace him. Rather, I will attempt to update this site as
frequently as possible while adhering to my strengths - which are
the writing, editing, and posting of various story submissions in
plain text format - which has the advantage of being able to be
universally read and opened no matter what platform a visitor to
the site is using - be it Mac, Windows, or other programs.
To conclude, I wish to direct your attention to a new aspect
of the site that many had requested in the past - and was sorely
needed: the posting of a Nepi Stories "Statistics" page. In the
main area of the FTP Directory, I am proud to announce the posting
of our first Nepi Stories "TOP 40" Download Statistics document. I
will make every effort to update it on a weekly basis (either on Sunday
or Monday mornings).
Please do not hesitate to e-mail me with any questions, story
submissions, or concerns you may have. I appreciate ALL of our
Nepiophile fans who are able to come to a place where they can feel
accepted and enjoy erotic stories that center on their specific tastes.
