Ive been tied down and had my 235lb wife stand on my stomach in bare nylon feet and refuse to step off when I begged her to. She stood on way me beyond the point I had expected, it felt like my guts would come out my mouth and when she began to bounce in place i was sure they would. As far as injurys I did vomit after a while and there was some blood in it but it could have been from the force of vomitting, after that I passed out. I sure was sore for a few weeks but no damage.
