First of all I like to be clear about Koman's idea of riding his bicycle to try to keep up while I drive. It is really not a sexual fetish, but it is just pure determination. I have been living with Koman for a year now, and he feels that by setting an impossible goal, he could keep pushing himself to the limit and continue to improve his fitness. The "being run over part" is definately his fetish, and so is eating all my leftovers. In a way, he is getting two birds with one stone, since I usually stop for lunch and usually will always have some type of leftovers, and sometime it could be pretty gross.
This was my schedule of the day, and it was a leisure one. I had to meet my client at the Hyatt Newporter Resort in Newport Beach (13 miles from our apartment), for my pay check of the interior decoration of the hotel's restaurant. Then I drove to Laguna Beach and visited the Laguna Art Museum (only another 12 miles or so), and bought a painting. After I spend about two hours there, going though the art exhibition, I drove home (only another 15 miles or so). But for Koman, it was a very strenuous day, since he had to keep up with me on his bicycle as usual.
Well, I finally had the time to take a nice relaxing drive in my new Mustang GT convertible. I have gotten it for almost three weeks now, but I been busy with my clients, so I was driving my minivan most of the time. Anyway, we start off at around 10:00 am, it was in the mid 60's (still is consider cold for Californians) so I didn't take put the top down. Koman had already filled up my Mustang with gas the night before (it is so bad that the dealer didn't even give us a full tank of gas when we bought a brand new car from them), it was so sweet of him. All I had to do was to enjoy a hot cup of Eral Grey tea (which Koman made for me), and enjoying the comfort of the leather upholstery while adjusting the 4-way power seat, I was in heaven. At the same time, I realized how much Koman care and love me, not only because of his expensive gifts, like this beautiful Mustang, but deep from his heart.
Anyway, lets go on with the journal. I pulled onto Jamboree Road, and started to cruise down the street. It was so easy too speed with the powerful 4.6 liter, 215 horsepower, V8, I glanced at the speedometer, and I was already going 45 mph. I looked at my rear view mirror, and Koman was falling way behind, desprite the fact that he was already sprinting. I was sitting there at a "red light" on Irvine Blvd and Jamboree, a main intersection, that was when Koman managed to catch up and he pull right along side and waved to me. He was grasping for air from sprinting the whole way, just to catch up with me. The poor guy was trying so hard!
I thought about it, and had a new idea. I got on the walkie-talkie and told Koman to lead, and I would follow him instead. He agreed, but he told be to keep pushing him, and horn at him if and be nasty about it, just to push him to work harder. I thought that was kind of absurd, but it was fine with me. The light turned green and off we went. Since Jamboree is a wide road with two to three lanes going on each directions, I just let Koman ride ahead of me and I just follow right behind him, along the shoulder of the road, so this way I am not blocking any traffic. I couldn't believe it, but Koman was actually trying to out run me. He called from the radio and said, "Let's see if you can keep up with me!". I just told him to go for it! He started to sprint with all his might, I looked at the speedometer, and was actually going about 25 to 30 mph. Meanwhile, I was just laughing, sipping on my tea, play the Belinda Carlisle's CD (Heaven on Earth), and just laid back and watched. I was interested to find out how long he could keep that pace up, so I started to horn at him, I mean long loud horns, and so he just kept pushing himself. He managed to keep sprinting and keep it above 25 mph for about 2 miles or so, and he was exhausted and dropped down to about 15 mph. I kept horning to try to get him to pick the pace up, but it was useless. So, I saw a "Burger King" and so I decided to let Koman to have a head start, so I called him and told him to ride ahead, as I stopped by the "drive through" and pick some breakfast up.
I got a lots of food, eggs, sausage, hash browns, orange juice, and so on. I got back on the road within 15 minutes (there were a few cars ahead of me). At 55 mph, I caught up with Koman in no time at all. I pulled along his left hand side, and horned and told him to try to ride along side of me for the rest of the way. By then we were over half way to the Hyatt. Koman watched me eating my breakfast, while I relax behind the wheel. Apparently, he saw me spat some chewy, fatty sausage out, and so he ask if he could have it. I said, "Are you sure you want that?", and he nodded. So I signaled him to come around the driver side, and I rolled down the window, put it on the plate and gave it to him. He put it into his mouth and just savored it. It was gross, but I am quite used to it. We finally got to the Hyatt, and I parked and proceeded to finish my breakfast. I handed Koman his share, which I bought for him, but he preferred my leftovers. There was no way that I could eat too full breakfast, I have a hard time finishing up my share. So, I decided he should have some food with all that riding still ahead, so I decided to chew up his food for him.
Of course, if I am going to be tasting it, I will definitely make it to my liking. So I poured no the Ketchup, and started to eat. Koman hold out his hands, right under my mouth, so I could spit out the food right on his hands. Even though, I was quite full, every once in a while I will swallow the hash brown, I just love it with Ketchup while Koman watched. The sausage, I loved it but was too fattening, so I would chewed it tasted it, and spat it out. Anyway, I had a wonderful breakfast, and Koman had a hardy leftover.
I went and chatted with the client, making sure she was satisfied with my work. I picked up the check, and off to Laguna Beach. It was already around noon, and the museum closed early at 3:30 that day, so I just drove normally to get to the art show. Koman didn't stand a chance to keep up with me. Anyway, we got home at around 4:00, bought a nice painting for our living room. Koman got in a little after 6:00, and we had a candle light dinner. Oh, he ate his own share this time. :))
