I have worked in a shipyard for about 10 years, and have taken many oportunities (nice spelling, huh!) to get my fingers stepped on by female employees. One day a female elictrical worker was wiring up a piece of equipment in the engine room, and she happened to be standing on open deck grating. I watched for my chance, and when she left to get something I put a large piece of plastic on the grate where she would be standing when she returned. I went down to the level below and got into position under the grate and waited for her to return. Soon enough, she came back. I looked around to make sure no one was looking, and I carefully slid my fingers through the grate near her feet, keeping them under the plastic. I could see her above me by looking through another grate. She was wearing work boots, but they had a feminine look to them. I should mention that she was a kind-of-cute blonde that I would guess probrably weighed about 180. She had large breasts and a fairly large butt. It didn't take long before she stepped right on my fingers, and it felt so good! The grates are built in a criss-cross patern, in one direction the steel is a fairly sharp edge, but in the other direction it is smoothe and curved, just comfy for your fingers! She stood on me for at least an hour, stepping back and forth, twisting, just basicly treating my fingers as part of the floor. The only time it realy hurt was when she would step only on my pinky with her heel, I couldn't wait for her to get the rest of my fingers too because it hurt so much. The piece of equipment she was wiring was fairly complex, and she worked there most of the day, but I could only stay off my job for so long before being noticed, so I had to go. I did go back later and got stepped on some more. I"ve used this type method quite a few times where I work, but that was the single most successful. To have a woman above you, standing, working, moving around, totaly oblivious to the fact that most of the time she is standing on and crushing someones fingers beneath her, (and I was getting paid!) life is good.
