My insect-crushing boss & some other stories... Tuesday, 23-Dec-97 11:23:01
Well, since my seatch for a crushing soul mate has gone over like a led ballon (or Zeppelin for those classic rock fans) I have decided to scrap that idea and just post some good crushing stories...if anyone would like to tell me theirs I'd really be appreciative. But enough small talk, lets get to the crushin'
1) my boss.
My boss at work is a 24 yr old named Lori. Lori is about 5-7 120lbs with blond hair and the most desirable body imaginable. She isn't supermodel thin, but that is what I like. She is probably a C cup and the rest of her...well, it's something that makes me call her over to get change for my register more than I probably should. She used to play basketball in high school and is very Tom-Boyish. She is the kind of girl you'd like to go out drinking with (as a buddy), but then take home and spend the night with. Now that I've given you the details, lets get into her crush oddessy's. I've only worked in her store for 6 months but I've seen already three instances of crushing that has left me with great nighttime memories for weeks afterwards. a) One day back in September when it was back to school week (I work in an Office Max) the store was packed. I had a ton of money in my drawer and needed a pull (money taken out). I called Lori over and she opened the drawer. She lifted up the bottom of the drawer to get at where the 50's and 100's are and the strangest thing happened. A yellow jacket flew out of the drawer. A live yellow jacket! I was stunned. Lori was stunned. THe customers were stunned. But Lori acted with out thinking and she swatted the yellowjacket with the money she was holding. She hit it dead-on and it dropped to the floor like a stone. I was in shock as I looked down at the twitching bee. Customers must have been astonished too, as they leaned over the counter to see what would happen next. Lori towered over the helpless bee and placed her size 7 black sandall over it. She pressed down slowly, making a "scrunch" sound as she twisted her foot into the floor. It became such a sight that I looked around and everyone on line was now wathcing her. Lori looked up at them with a big smile on her face and about five customers (all male) gave her a round of applause. She held her arms up like she just won a heavyweight fight and smiled confidently. SHe then went back to counting the money and left to back to her office.
That is just one of many 'boss crushing' stories I have...If you liked that one, tell me and I'll post more.
