Jeep
Sometime in the middle of June,I went to pick my friend up from work at a mall. From the space I had pulled into, there was an old, ragged out Jeep with no top or doors on it diagonally to the right in front of me. I saw it when I first pulled in, but didn't pay any attention to it. After about five minutes checking out the women coming out of the mall, I noticed an awesome looking blonde & brunette walking out & heading toward me. They both looked like they were in their early 20's. The blonde was wearing a white halter top, red mini skirt & red ankle tie sandals. The brunette was wearing a black half-shirt, short, short black mini skirt & white ankle strap sandals. I never would have believed it but they came out & got in the Jeep. As they passed me, I heard the blonde tell the brunette that she "hopes this piece of shit will start." Evidently they must have borrowed the Jeep from one of their relatives or friends. The brunette got in the driver's seat & put her feet up on the edge of the door. She then took off her sandals & threw them in the back, swung her legs in & put her left foot on the clutch & her right foot on the gas pedal. I felt like I was in heaven! By the way, both girls had bright red toenails. She got the key out and put it in the ignition. Then she pushed in the clutch & her toes curled over the top edge of the pedal. With her right foot, she pumped the gas pedal 5 or 6 times and turned the key. The engine cranked for 5 or 6 seconds, not showing any signs of starting. After waiting a few seconds, she tried it again, this time pumping the gas pedal. It still wouldn't start. I felt like I was in paradise! The two girls looked at each other as if to say, "now what do we do?". She tried one more time, this time saying "come on, please start" over & over. This time she was alternating between pumping the gas pedal & holding it to the floor. After about 20 seconds of cranking, it started. I watched her work the clutch & gas pedal as far as I could see her as she pulled out of the space & pulled away.
Whew! That seemed like that took forever, but it was worth it (I hope). Have you ever been with a girl wearing sandals when her car wouldn't start? If so, I'd like to hear about it or any other driving stories.
See ya soon!
